Amazing fusion Turkish food with desi/spicy spice blend. The grill/bbq right in front of you. Quick service. Turkish tea at the end is a must. Salam soda was good with food. The bread and the chutney/dip is finger licking. Must try this place. Family friendly environment.

I decided to try all the different Adana kebabs to compare them, starting with the 7 Kings one. It was just as good as others I’ve had, with the main difference being their bread, which isn’t included in the Jummah box. However, the owner generously gave it to us for free. The chicken shawarma with rice was delicious, and the portions were generous, especially for just £5. I highly recommend it and will definitely be trying it again.

Awesome food, highly recommend everyone to try, you won’t be disappointed, we finally found our favourite restaurant.

I visited this Turkish restaurant after seeing the hype on social media. I travelled 1 hour. The restaurant is located on the main road. It is well decorated and it was busy with customers. On arrival, we were offered to sit by the window and menu given to us within minutes. We ordered platter 2, which was £40 with bottle drink. We asked for half chips and half rice to the waitrese, and she initially stated we wouldn't make changes. Then after speaking to other staff. They agreed and said it's fine. We waited 20 minutes for food. It was hot & portion size was good. We were given bread and garlic sauce & chilli sauce. The food tasted ok and looked good. Not your authentic turkish food. We asked for straws for the drink, which was initially forgotten by the female lady. Another staff member got the straws and then gave them to the wrong table. After eating, we had food left over. I asked the staff for the takeway box. They came back with the bill. It was rushed, and we had not even packed the food. They have 1 x toilet used by male and female. The tap is damaged and does spill over you. Rating for food 6/10 Service 5/10

Excellent quality food. Always fresh and fantastic flavour combinations. Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Perfect for sharing with friend and family. The platters are generously portioned and way more than enough to fill a large group. The service is also very personal. We love coming here with family. Highly recommend anyone who’s looking for great quality Turkish and fusion foods.

I came here with my friends last week and what can I say. This was the most flavoursome Turkish food i’ve had. To start off with the Turkish bread and chilli sauce was full of flavour. The Turkish bread alone had some kind of delicious seasoning and the chilli sauce just complemented it well. The mains arrived and it was enough to feed four (fat) guys including myself and even then we struggled to finish what was left. Everything, and I mean everything including the chicken wings was full of flavour. This is all the amazing work of chef Adnan who put a lot of love and care into this, and of course the amazing staff who were very helpful and took care of everything. A place to pray, good food, great staff, parking on the side street (after a certain time). Really enjoyed my evening here and will be looking to bring my family here also! 👌🏼

I have tasted the adana kofte and chicken shish and I must say the flavour and taste is amazing. Slightly more spicier glaze and marination than your usual Turkish bbq which you will find to be delicious. Service is very friendly and prices are reasonable will definitely be returning.

Really tasty and value for money! We went for a late lunch and had Platter 2. Within minutes we were given a small plate of salads, chilli sauce, yoghurt dip. The lady server then said she would bring some humous and tzatziki and bread. And this was before the meats came! The meal also included a large (chilled) bottle of cola. We were even offered cans if we wanted different drinks. When the meat platter came, I joked Is this the small one?’ It was massive (although perhaps I would have liked a bit more chicken doner). All meats were freshly cooked, hot and tasty. The more we tucked in, the more there seemed to be left over. There was indeed lots left over - enough for a couple of people more. We asked for a box to take the rest home and whether we could buy some more chilli sauce (which I thought was delish as it was not overtly hot). They gave it to us and said no charge, with compliments. The seats are also very comfortable and the restaurant is very clean and airy. All this food for £40 - excellent value and highly recommend. Wow what can I say. At arrival I thought this was just another Turkish food place but boy was I wrong. The restaurant was busy however they guys managed to get us seated quickly. We had ordered the mixed platter although we had saw that the restaurant do an all chicken platter (which indicated how good the chicken must be. When the food arrived the lamb was cooked well but was still tender and juicy and the chicken was even better. The platter comes with rice only but honestly this was probably the standout part of the dish as it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be coming back here 10/10.

Lovely resturent and amazing food full of flavour and the service was top notch the price is very reasonable can’t wait to be back! The new owner is super friendly and generous the new management team is doing a great job! Keep it up and goodluck

I was looking forward to going to this Adana after I saw a few videos on TikTok and one my cousins said the food was very good here. The service was very good, bread was nicely seasoned and fresh too. I went for the meat platter for 1 and unfortunately the Adana was undercooked as it gave me stomach problems for a few days. The platter was also £20 but there was not enough food for that amount of money. I would not recommend this platter or Adana restaurant as the food was not the best and you could get better value for money elsewhere with £20.

Came here with my friends on a Thursday evening. The food was great and the atmosphere. The customer service was amazing alongside the food which blew our mind. The food was different compared to all the other Turkish food. Adnan the chef came and checked up on us and he was a humble man. The platter for 4 was great for 5 people and the drink that came complimentary with it. The atmosphere with nasheeds playing and amazing space at the back to pray.

First time I came alone with my carer was 2 weeks ago I had the grilled chicken with rice I loved the taste and excellent texture of the chicken. I recommended it to my family I now recommend Adana to all my family and friends. The platter the bread the sauces the tea everything was absolutely outstanding on point 10/10. After trying many different restaurants this is my go to place for Turkish food. Come here twice a month for the platter. The flavour here hits the spot which is all I care about. This is my one and only restaurant for Turkish now.

Had the chicken shawarma and have to say was disappointed. There was no flavour in the shawarma. They also seem to warm the shawarma in the microwave, if I had known they do that then I would not have purchased this.

Adana is right next to where I live, as such it is one of those you take for granted and almost never visit. One fine day I decided to step in to ask for the menu and pricing, the Head Chef and Owner was very welcoming and said 'its turkish fusion' - and bang on he was. He has used the traditional turkish methods, and improvised on them so elegantly - for example using fried onions, braising the meat with butter when on the grill, crafting secret sauces and marinades using a combination of Turkish and Indo/Pak spices. I go here atleast 3 times a week, sometimes 4 - and dare I say, I get good discounts for being a regular. I have been to very many turkish restaurants (both here and in Turkey), and whilst it will be rude to say that this is the best turkish I have been to, however this is way up there - one of the very best. In addition to the taste, I can tell the quality of meat is very high - surely it does not come cheap - very highly recommended. They are also very flexible in catering to your palete in terms of spice levels, I like my food spicy and they do not disappoint. and by the way there is an Adana on Green Lane (previous Lokanta) - I have previously reviewed them - this in my view is the real Adana. Keep up the good work and all the best as you progress further in your journey...!

Went there because of the positive reviews, and was just… disappointed. The food was very mid, waitress serving other groups before our party that came in first and ordered first? and then slow service. At least we don’t have to come back here again.

Just visited Adhana with my wife and daughter. We ordered the mix platter, the food was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent! It always begins with complimentary starters and also ends with a lovely complimentary Turkish tea. I highly recommend this for everyone, it’s a must try!

I have to say Adana didn't disappoint. The deco, food and service were excellent. I went with my wife and two kids, we decided to go for the 'Platter 2'. We started off with a salad and the bread which was cooked on the grill with oils and spices. The platter came shortly after and from the first glance I knew its wasn't going to disappoint. The addition of crispy onions on the rice is wonderful. The homemade chilli sauce complimented the food well. The platter was unfinished so we asked for a take away box which would become the next morning's "breakfast". I had to ask for some extra sauce. The boss was nice and friendly coming to check on us and then decide to give me a tour of the new lounge where shisha is avaliable. All in all a good dining experience.

Very good service from the team. Brothers were very nice, food is very good as usual. Shisha also very nice, owners showed us around the new shisha lounge opening Monday, they were generous to allow us to sit in the lounge and show us the shisha they will offer and even gave an extra one to try, very nice shisha and gave us free drinks on the house. Definitely recommend. Brother Adnan took very good care of us. Will definitely be back!

Very disappointed with the service received today, Adana is very frequently visited spot for me and on this occasion is was a terrible experience!! Booked a table for 9pm mentioned i was fasting and would like food at the time of breaking fast, initial complimentary Bread was given at 9.39, water water give few mins prior but only after asking many many times, once food had finally arrived there are no plates which is not acceptable, I understand you may be busy but End of the day we are paying customers and expect a certain standard, the food was good as always no issue with food, however the service could do with improvement.

And my favorite cake is chocolate cake. But I don't like chocolate ferro-roche. and also that was very kind of welcoming staff for giving me Diet coke with 0 sugar. and I enjoyed looking at the food menu. Thank you so much, I enjoyed it.

Eating this since a while, they are doing something exceptional. I must say this is under-rated restaurant. They deserve more. Although service is not at its best specially a Hijabi girl, I have no idea for what she got attitude. Moreover its not ideal to flirt and touch Chef while he’s cooking. 👍👍👍👍
