Owner just wants money, no customer service, worst food ever! He cancelled my booking because he didnt want to waste his seats on my kids because they would have ordered chips and not a £65 heavy meat platter.

The service is awful, the food is NOT GOOD and prices are extremely high for what you get. Beware the card machine tends to "go down" on weekends and large group orders so they only take cash. Honestly speaking there are many many other turkish places in the ilford area, the food is much better, prices friendlier and service waaay better, trust me you'll do well to avoid this place.

Me and my family love Adana and we use to come very often. We use to order takeaway once a week. We use to even go family meal outing to this restaurant. Food always nice and couldn’t really fault it and nor would we go anywhere else. The prices have gone way to much for the same food. One meal is over £15 and a family easily spending £100 here for a takeaway or eat in. Possible more eating in due to starters drinks etc. That’s ridiculous. £17 for lamb chops meal and honestly there’s nothing special about it. I’m not saying it’s not nice but £17. Adana lower your price stop getting ahead of yourself or you will lose business or not get repeat business. Thank you

I'm so shocked. The food was abysmal. - meat was chewy and dry - bread was old and burnt - salad was old and soggy - lamacun was inedible - Adana was earthy and unseasoned - chili sauce was oily - portion was small - price was expensive Not worth it. At all. How disappointing

Recently moved to next door, new place is done up nice, great food great service, we tried a few places whilst it was being refurbished but nothing compared to it.

Very tasty food. Staff are friendly and music is not to louder. I’ve ordered chicken and it was very tasty.

Poor service with average food makes this another run of the mill food joint to forget. Not an authentic turkish resteraunt as everything bar the water in the place has tonnes of green chilli and spice added. Salad looked like it had been collected from nearest supermarket bin, lettuce leaves had brown edges. Attitude of workers felt like they were doing us a favour by serving. In short a poor experience, better turkish joints there.

A proper Turkish food, with a twist of Asian spicy flavoured Adana and kofte. Worth a visit if you enjoy the healthy Turkish option, but want to keep to your Asian spicy palate. Prices are also reasonable, good team of staff

Best Turkish food to date.. The lamb chops are so tender and succulent. The taste is super. The chicken tastes delicious. Their chicken was nice and juicy very flavoursome. Highly recommend.

Delivery is always quicker than expected and the food always arrives hot. Large selection of dishes which cater for all dietary requirements. Would recommend!!

Food was good, and good variety for picky eaters. They do more than just Turkish food, they also offer gourmet burgers and grilled chicken. You choose the spice level! Atmosphere is cosy and small. Nightmare finding parking buying ever you're nearby, definitely worth popping in.

came to adana which is a mix of turkish food with an indian spice twist.Lunch was very quiet so no issues with service food was brought out promptly. Food was fresh and nice. no complaints.

Only came here because our usual Turkish was closed for refurbishment. The food here is NOT turkish. We ordered a mixed mezze of cold starters and a mixed grill. Everything had a really bad aftertaste- maybe because it is a Turkish 'fusion' restaurant. Either way, it did not work for us. Decor is also rather tired. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the service.

I have heard such great stuff about Adana from family and friends and so my husband and I decided to go for dinner there last night (05/06/2017). food was amazing UNTIL we found a hair in our food which completely put my husband off and he stopped eating and asked for the bill.

Have been here many times, the food has a great blend of spices. The fried onions in the rice are really nice too. Normally just go with a platter works out best you get to taste all the different options.

Went here earlier this year, good service from their team but the good was a let down Not very flavoursome and 2 of us got rough tummys from there

Went here for lunch with my collegue, the food was exceptional. The turkish bread was toasted to perfection, could of had it a little warmer. There chilli sauce chutney has to be the best i have ever tasted with impacting flavours which gave my taste buds a delightful feeling. I had the adana kofte this was lamb at its best, beautiful spices and meat so tender that it was so soft. The price of the lunch is very promising making it a place that you would like to visit over and over again.

Never fails to impress , I have ate in loads of different Turkish restaurants and none come close to the quality and freshness of Adana , stunning juicy succulent lamb and chicken shish

One of the best burgers in ilford , if you go in ask for the double Gourmet burger , you will not be disappointed ( mention a Dave burger as I was the first person to have a double )

Went there with a friend last Friday... Food was high standard as usual, I opted for the Adana Kofte as usual and honestly it was really that damn good... I always believe you can judge a Turkish Restaurant by the quality of the Adana Kofte and its gotta be said that this is up there with one of the best... Definitely recommend this place and will go back.

I've order several take aways from this place and my wife and I have always been impressed with the quality food and service. Our favourites are the Adana Kebab and Lamp Chops, this is our number one take away venue - I hope it stays that way!

This is my first ever review, I just had to comment. The staff and service were so poor. When we arrived, there were four waiters possibly even the manager hanging around and each of them looking at each other waiting for someone to come over to us. Finally when someone took some initiative and approached us, and decided to sit us down, they wasn't sure where they would find us a table even though the restaurant was half empty and decided that we should have a seat outside. We honestly did not mind as it was a beautiful evening, but we had actually called prior to arriving and were told a table would be reserved for us.

Best chicken shish kebabs I've ever tasted. They ask you how you would like them, so we ask for them hot, so flavoursome

Food is amazing but shame about the staff. I called few times and once the person who picked up to take my order was very rude and said that I could not read. The second time I called the tone of his voice was very harsh and unfriendly. Disappointed!

I have been here a few times and the food is outstanding if you are in Ilford or even passing through it is definitely worth a visit the gormet burgers and chicken shish are amazing

Went with a few friends. Great food and good service, just what we needed! Car park is 80p round the back of the restaurant.

Great Service wicked food i really like the lamb chops the price is really good i will recommend this place to everyone i know and if you do decide to go you will not regret it.

Visited with mates several times, staff are extremely friendly food is amazingly tasty and fresh not bland like most of the Turkish restaurant iv been full of flavour which is hard to find or taste in Turkish cuisines! Top quality chicken and lamb! Will defo go back, at first parking was a issue but there is a lot of free car park bays situated in the Isac Newton school which is FREE after 6pm or just 80pence for 2 hours during the day. Highly recommend! Use to be a regular across the road (cemo) sorry guys this restaurant is better cleaner n friendly 5*****

We live very close by to this place. The place is really nicely done up. Its very clean and modern. The food is very tasty here, lots of flavour. The service is very good. Would recommend the half baby chicken, gourmet burger and imam bayildi. Its a bit pricier than other turkish places but I suppose its because they are a bit more upmarket than the other turkish restaurants in the area (cemos opposite and the numerous joints in ilford).

The platter for 2 is a generous portion of a bit of everything from the grill .It also came with a 1.5 litre bottle of soft drink. The food is not spicy but not bland. It is scrumptious. Highly recommend it for families or anyone who enjoys quality food. This is a more casual but fine dining experience. Also has a lower level for party bookings.

So I would say the food is okay, again this place isn't authentic Turkish, it's more Turkish with an Asian twist. The food was okay however the service was excellent as the staff members were very friendly and helpful. This place at the time was cash only however they offered to pay for the charges for withdrawing money out of the cash point next door. Overall okay food but not somewhere I would go for real Turkish food

I visited this restaurant by chance. I was with a group of friends who had met at The Cauliflower pub on the opposite side of the road. As the pub doesn't serve food, we decided to grab something to eat locally.
