Very bad experience we ordered paye after 30 min we ask for Paye how long it will take chef said if you ordered nihari it take 10 min Paye take 30 min . They should explain when we ordered after 30 min they said we can serve châna in 2 min we said okay . Châna OMG was 2 days old I’m pregnant I couldn’t eat. Service was horrible . Please don’t waste your money

Untrained unprofessional reception and kitchen staff disgusting. They messed up with my order I ordered aalo ghost and they gave saag aaloo. I called them i went back to replace no apology nothing and they were laughing I understand what they were saying speaking my native language. Absolute disgusting. I am a regular customer for both Iman and Uber eats. I have ordered a lamb biryani today and I was surprised to see how it was delivered to me. I have never ever received any biryani without a salad or even the yogurt chutney, which is a part of the biryani dish. However, they have just sent me the biryani which was dry and even without the chutney, that completely surprised and annoyed me. I could see the standard of this restaurant deteriorating every now and then. It's a humble and honest feedback that I hope you will receive with a constructive mindset and the to improve your services at least to the standard practice, if not excellent.

Very good clean packaging! Great customer service! Good portions and FRESH salads! Not soggy and old salads like most places give. The nihari was amazing, the roti and naan were nice too. Their chicken curry is amazing! All of their curries are really nice, best Pakistani food in the area! The biryani was nice but tasted a bit dry and I only got one small piece of meat which was disappointing. I’ll order again because the food was still really nice!

A good Pakistani restaurant specially for breakfast

We ordered halwa puri and taka tak for breakfast on Sunday. The taka tak was stale and tasteless. The chola in the halwa puri tastes odd. The only thing we enjoyed was the mango lassi.

Nice spacious restaurant with lots of desi Pakistani food options. Fresh naans made with perfection. We had Nihari, Haleem and Chana masala. Food was bit too spicy for my taste. Either it was too much black pepper or extra garam masala. Otherwise food was well cooked, looked authentic, good sized portions. Staff is nice, welcoming and they looked after us well. Would go again if I am in that area.

On Friday we came here to eat in, we spent around £45 for two people. The food was absolutely absurd, the Haleem was absolutely horrendous, the grill food tasted awful and tasted old and overcooked. The rice was undercooked, the sauces tasted old and not fresh at all. Customer service was very poor, waiting time was 1hr plus. Please stay away from this pathetic restaurant and spend your money elsewhere. I would rate this place 0 if I could.

2024: visited on the eid day for breakfast, it was very busy and the food took ages to come. Waited for a long time for food that came in bits and wasn't even tasty. Not going there again. I feel pity for the waitresses that were managing. 😔 2020:I was really impressed by their efficient staff, quick service and yummy food, that too on the day when they were quite busy. Loved the chicken karahi and roghni naan. Good place to go if you want to enjoy the taste of Lahore

Bad service. Dont know how to serve customers. Girls on reception entertaining owner kids, they could be contaminated with germs and they are serving food.

I've been visiting this place for a long time, but recently, I've been disappointed by the service, food quality, and prices.I spent about £55 for a mix grill, nihari, and naan.a) The mix grill cost around £27.99 through Uber Eats, but they sent me two small seekh kebabs, alot of chicken strips, and only four chops, even though lamb tikka was shown in the menu picture.b) The naan bread was super thick and tasted like rubber.c) I requested extra mint sauce, but it wasn't sent.If you're looking for BBQ or grill food, I'd recommend trying a Turkish place instead, as they offer much better options at reasonable prices.

Everything was great—the service was excellent, and the food tasted good and came out hot and timely. The atmosphere was also wonderful. The only thing missing was boneless lamb, which most restaurants have, but they didn't. However, the lamb karahi with black pepper was also fantastic.

We ordered the dhaal makhni and lamb karahi, it was terrible, it had no flavour what’s so ever, very bland and the dhaal was tasteless & also lacked in flavour. The prices that they are charging for the portions are extortionate. The food was lower than our expectations and even lower than the bare minimum. No wonder the restaurant was empty!

The mutton karahi was nice taste. The plain naan was amazing. Haleem was ok. There was very strong gas leak smell which was not a nice experience. The plates looked dirty, it was a bit hot inside despite ACs being on.

The food is tasty!! The lamb chops are a must, will be back to try more, definitely reccomend!

Very delicious asian cuisine and cordial hospitality from the Staff! I recommend their Lamb biriyani and brain nehari it’s really very mouthwatering. Hygiene is well maintained and serving well.

Very big and spacious inside Really nice naan bread and pakoras. They were well made and delicious. However, Other foods like biryani and curries were not tasty, and tasted not fresh but rather old No availability of mineral water or orange juice which was disappointing. Would not come again but please improve the texture and taste of food to reflect the interior of the place which attracted us inside originally

Absolutely terrible service, this restuarant honestly needs to fix up their game if they want to continue operating. Food took almost 2 hours to come out, paid for 2+ hours of parking outside and by the time our food arrived, had to move the car and purchase more parking. If you try to ask where you order is or how long your food will take the waiters are not helpful whatsoever, complete disorginsation by mangement. Owners need to take in negative feedback carefully and have a hard think about how they will improve. Food was terrible too, cold and tasteless. Cat food tastes better than what they were serving on those dishes. Management/owners should have used their sense and placed more cooks in the kitchen, they know its Eid, they know people have been fasting for a month, they know it will be busy, so why offer a fudged service? At the end of it all, someone had the cheek to respond to my sister and ask her why we took the food for takeaway if we didn't like it, maybe because we have paid for the food ? AVOID this place at all costs.

The worst restaurant ever, a normal healthy person can’t tolerate the taste less food , pathetic service . Even if I m offered free food I’d never dare to have food here. They serve u uncooked naan, out of date curry’s .

Terrible restaurant, the food was unbelievably cold and the naan we ordered never came and when they did come they were the wrong ones. The staff were rude and dismissive aswell.

Food was horrible, service was extremely slow. It took one hour to bring out starters and we didn’t receive our full order. The paya was extremely watery and the food tasted like it came from the freezer. We came here on Eid expecting to have a good time but this experience ruined our day.

Hi I been Ramadan month do iftari and we order chicken curry and dal makhni but never response to makhni dal until we finished food and chicken curry too much neck peace chicken peace to less I order one kg chicken curry and roti is very hard can’t eat and my guest is upset so I am feel guilty.

Travelled almost 100 miles for desi breakfast but much disappointed as the quality of food was very bad . Ordered paya and nehari , both looked like 3-4 days old . Noting was fresh not even tea Very bad experience

We bought 2 portions of halwa poori. Firstly it was so bland almost like boiled chickpeas and boiled potatoes. Secondly we was charged £24 for 2 portions which I’m guessing one portion would feed at least 2 people. They put it in one container and it barely fed 3 people. So disappointing and disgusting food. Aswell as rubbish customer service. We will definitely not be going back. Size of container is in pictures! That we only got one of each container. And we paid for 2 portions. Avoid this place - we will not be going back again!

Im extremely upset with the service i waited 30 mins for food to arrive and i asked for an extra naan and they had me waiting for 20 mins the service of the food is extremely bad. Im very disappointed with the food i was eating my naan with the salaan and i saw a piece of hair on my food and i got so put off from the food. I will never come to this restaurant again as they still made me pay for the food.

The Nihari and Haleem are the best here...not really tried anything else. Staff are very polite and helpful too.

Had a 40 guest dinner. Food quality was great. Little attention to service is needed but staff was very helpful upon any request. Manager on duty(Mehak) was very hands on. Will definitely visit back for more occasions.

We ordered lamb karahi. The taste is normally good, but this time, it has chicken pieces in it, which is odd. I mentioned the issue to the chef, but not a very good response received.

I went to Iman restaurant today that was really amazing experience. Best place for Asian food I really loved the food I had karahi which was of black paper I loved that the staff members bkr , mehak , gargi really cooperative towards their customers I really appreciate them . If uh want to have a great taste of food just highly recommend you all to visit this place Iman restaurant goodmayes .

whole November No heating at all. Now in December No Heating At All. People Eat in This Restaurant with Wearing Winter’s Heavy Jackets on. very disappointing. if you ask staff about could you please turn on Heating they said sure in 5 minutes but they don’t do it.

We went with good expectation but end up with terrible experience.. food was less salty.. overall food quality and service was so poor . Even they charge me £14 more then. I have order . Food is really yummy specially Nihari and Chicken Karahi. The place is a good go with family and it is easy to reach. If going after 6, finding parking is also easy.

Iman has always been my favourite local curry house. The food is always good and service is good too! We ordered a plate of grilled wings as starters. Didn't expect them to taste so good but they were all really juicy and flavourful. For the mains we got 3 types of karahi, the lamb, chicken and lamb makhani dish. All 3 of them were delicious but the lamb karahi was my fave! My only complaint is that sometimes there isn't enough sauce in the dishes. We also bought nan breads (butter nan, roghini nan and garlic nan) and all were crispy and buttery. To help digest the food we also ordered a jug of sweet lassi which was amazing. The price was very reasonable and the food was enough to feed 4 of us. Parking is also quite easy and available. We parked on an off road nearby. I definitely recommend this place!

The most Authentic Pakistani food you'll find! My friend's favourite restaurant as it reminds her of her hometown food. After months of being pestered by her to try it I finally gave it a try and boi do I regret not trying it sooner. We ordered the chicken karahi, lamb biryani, and lahori naan. The chicken Karahi was perfectly cooked and had so much flavour. Although it still had the bones inside, I couldn't stop myself from eating it all. The lamb biryani was very nice and tender but the rice was a bit dry to my taste, but still very filling. The lahori naan was a shocker as I wasn't expecting it to have so much flavour. The only downside being they don't give that many. If you're looking for an authentic Pakistani restaurant then this is the place for you.

The kebabs here are amazing, although they don't cook them at the restaurant, they are bought from elsewhere. They really are delicious 😋 The nihari here is amazing and the chicken karahi. The mixed grill platter is amazing! Not so sure about the saag chicken as they used thigh piece instead of boneless chicken and it felt like the saag was not fresh. Nice peaceful atmosphere, and lovely food overall

Been here a number of times. This place serves good quality Pakistani food. Their Sunday special Halva Puri is the best. You must also try the Nihari which has well cooked, coming off the bone, delicious and tender meat. This coupled amazingly well with the kulcha and sweet lassi. Speed of delivery of food is very good. The internal setting is a traditional wood setting with famous ornaments decorating the restaurant. Location is excellent, parking on the main road is free for an hour.

Used to come here frequently when was living in London. Went to London for a day trip from Birmingham and went straight to Imaan for Lunch. Even though they were serving breakfast on Sunday, they entertained us and made fresh Black pepper karahi for us. And those Lahori naans were really good. Taste was amazing as always. Price wasn’t that much either.

Today I ordered paya large quantity, and i wasso disappointed with the paya quality also the shorba of paya is like Water , nothing much add just like water with small paya … Also the taste is sooo bad like im eating naan with water , no taste nothing … 👎 Very bad

Upon arriving at the restaurant was handed the menu. Food seemed pretty common for Pakistani food. To our surprise what we had ordered was completely different to what we were familiar to from previous Pakistani restaurants. It was extremely spicy every dish. Half cold then hot parts as if it had been microwaved. We asked why the food was so spicy as the menu didn't specify spicy level. We were told we must inform waitress of the level of spice. This option was not provided to us. They were not happy to receive criticism and not offered any apology nor discount even though the food was not edable. I had to cook once home. Please don't expect to receive what is advertised when ordering at this restaurant.

I was good place for desi food. You can taste home food in restaurant. Staff is perfect and helpful. In some departments they need to improve such as services and need to focus on cleanliness of the toilet. Food was amazing and good for families to visit. Chicken karahi was the best and biryani was good as well. Grill was amazing. I will recommend to everyone for good taste

The food was great shame of dated decoration and that always brings a aspect to it being run down with a little effort this could be a great restaurant yet the food is brilliant nans are perfect you won't find this in many places

Well we wanted authentic and that is what we got I would describe this restaurant as excellent for the locals who are not fussed by the decor or the standard of service. Putting that aside I found all that different and interesting just like eating out with the locals when you are on holiday. No complaints with the food and would I return YES I would
