What an absolute disgrace. Clearly your employees and drivers don’t have a single brain cell between them. Received an order half an hour late and was freezing cold. Threw it away. Shut this place down, disgusting crooks.

It's a McDonald's, it done the job

We went through the drive through and the food they gave us was really cold. So we had to park up and go into the restaurant to get it changed. They resolved the issue really quickly, but the staff were not friendly. Also the burgers were not assembled properly.

The place is like all mcd so I only like their caramel frappe

How can McDonalds miss your burger out of your meal?? It’s the main part yet they seem to always forget to add it in. Consistently missing items in my order. How difficult is it to pack up an order??

Slow service. Defeats the object of being fast food.

The worst delivery site in the entire world!! Completely in capable of fulfilling orders. 3 times now the order has been incomplete, normally the most expensive item missed, and thats after you've waited 45min for a delivery. And when it's finally delivered, it's cold because the delivery driver has done other drops beforehand. And the best part, when you go to complain, you end up going round and in circles as they blame uber and uber blame McDonald's. Waste of time, just like their useless app.

I ordered table service and one of the staff didn’t bring me my food for the table she call my number table and I need to come by myself for my food another staff of this McDonalds is ok because in the same time they bring me food for my table service thank you only for once I give for service I give 2 stars.

Just eat showed your item was delivered and yet no one delivered my food. How come they're able to deliver food without a code? Just Eat is fraud. It's always better to use Uber Eats.

The cleanliness of this McDonald's is amazing, our food was provided quickly. The service is quick and the staff seemed very polite.

I ordered food at night after midnight . Recieved the food very fast from the delivery. Hope to fill my midnight hunger , i recived just cold mc spicy meal . Which delt it was in the fridge and just packed and given to me . The fries were so cold and rubbery. The hot choclate was chocolate flavoured water. Totally its not worth ur money this mc donalds. Such a reputed brand should avoid such mistakes . Never going to order mc donalds ever again.

Always seemed to be clean but I visit between 19:00-20:00 on Fridays. Fast service but the burger patties seemed to be slapped on, each time I open to inspect it's literally half in half off...

The service is very bad. The staffs are very rude and mean.They take the order wrong through the microphone in drive through and when you go to the counter and realised its wrong and want to change it, they argue and give mean response. I did not expect that the customer can be treated like that. I complained about her in the food collection window, the staff member said the lady who served me has issues will dealing with people and she makes lot of mistakes at work. I could't respond anything further.

Home delivery all wrong still haven't given me my money back

I had just finished work and this McDonald’s is my local so I decided to stop and grab a quick bite with some friends myself and my friend (call him A) and my other friend (call her B) we paid through the McDonald’s app whilst myself and A got our full food B looked inside their bag and was missing an item we ate our food and went back through the drive-through to claim a small fries that we won on the monopoly peel but as we went back we also asked for the fries B was missing from their meal.. the manager a short blonde lady was adamant that she gave us the fries in the meantime we showed the receipt on the email and the bag of food which they gave to us and nothing was there.. I then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager on shift she gave her employee a bag of fries to give to us and said she didn’t want to speak to us.. I’m sorry one manager to another this is not the way to treat your customers, I apologise to the employee for how I spoke which was not their fault but it’s the principle if we paid for our food we want our full meal, like seriously and then you have the cheek to be demanding that you gave us everything when you didn’t.. Honestly last time I ever go to this McDonalds I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where they have better customer service !!!! You have now lost a customer due to this manager being a spoiled brat.

It was a busy time. How they managed is amazing. Online orders, customers in the restaurant, and drive through but the managers working in high alert.

Missing order stuff. No refund for there missing stuff in the order. Disappointed service too much delay for food.

I have given 3 stars on food because they keep on serving customers re-fried chips. I usually reject re-fried chips when I am not in a hurry, and their drive-through is not busy.

They say they’re open 24 hours we show up at 11pm and they tell us they’re closed on top of that whenever we order delivery from this one they always get something wrong or they’ll just forget to put it in the bag, and when I go in in person they’re piss all helpful because they don’t understand me when I speak English

They are so unprofessional, very slow and always short of staff in the morning drive through, yesterday I asked for a breakfast rap, and they gave me a muffin, today I asked for a tea and I got a coffee, and when I told her about yesterday she’s even didn’t car.

Slowest service, more delivery drivers than staff or customers. Went in the restaurant as my vehicle is too high for drive-through, half full of people sleeping at tables.

I just ordered large mcspicy meal and 6 nuggets. My order number 38B2C. It's 1.45 AM and I didn't receive my complete order. Mcspicy burger was missing in the order. I tried contacted the Mcdonald's store but they are not responding to the calls. I have even mailed then and no response yet.

Usually good but sometimes the drive thru can take ages, especially when they send you to their third window to wait and then completely forget about you for 20mins...and then give you the wrong food anyway.

Ordered on the machine. My daughter paid by card. Collected order after 10 minutes this was in store. Took our order back home, paid for 5 meals, when sorting out the food the crispy chicken burger was missing, but the fries, drink and mcflurry were there. Phoned up and found out it was closed. Never had a phone call back and my daughter is £6.00 odd out of pocket. Not a happy person.

It's a nice 24 McDonald's. My only problem with it is driving out the road indications are a bit weird

Never get delivery from this place. Always has stuff missing and you can't even call them since they always unavailable. They tell you they will refund you and don't even do that.

This didn't deserve the 1 star went and brought a breakfast bun which I was looking forward to while I ate half of it I happen to look down at the bun and saw it was mouldy this is 1 of many problems I've had with mc donalds and I'm sad to say I won't ever have mc ds again

Please change the oil frying the chips AT LEAST EVERY WEEK. Do not leave it for more than 5 months,because we can taste it. It tastes disgusting, the chips are juat soaking in some nasty cooking oil being use over and over and over again. PLEASE KEEP UP WITH #HYGIENE SO THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY DONT GET SICK FROM THE FOOD THAT YOU SERVE. Also the receipts, it's so hard to read because clearly something is wrong with the printer. The letters are mostly smudgey which makes it so hard to figure out ifits a letter W or V, H or N and the list just goes on.

Thanks Ida the food server for ruining my lunchtime. After getting aggy bcz I requested a cup holder she then realised I had more than 1 drink.. that was my clue that she was a few burgers short of a picnic !! I tried to get her to check the rest of the order to no avail as she was busy screeching with her colleagues.. I'm now 1 plant burger and 1 cheeseburger down. Missing from the bag. Which I'd paid for..how do I get my money back please...if anyone from macdonald's is reading this please let me know.

I visited this branch as I was passing on way to a destination, to get the kids food, we ordered four meals, one set of fries ordered with NO salt, all meals came full of salt, the burgers two ordered with no ketchup all came with ketchup which was oozing out the buns and all over wrapper. the service person did not understand when I asked for these things and then I had to ask to speak to the manager as it took time for the order to be ordered. This is suppose to be a place where you can order and go not spend half hour trying to order food. will not be going back to this one anytime soon.

This is my second visit to this place and I must honestly say that I liked it again. I recommend the place for its fresh, hot food and pleasant service.

I went to the drive-through. Very straightforward. The guy who was collecting the money was polite when I asked him if I could add to the order.

Had quite a few poor experiences at this one. I only use it for coffee, the toilet and a car park space. Staff are slow and unorganised.

Staff here have no concept of the idea of FAST food. All of them look like they are moving in slow motion. The order was also messed up

Probably one of the best McDonald's I have been to the area, we were there on Sunday at 11AM Just hit the sweet spot of ordering breakfast whilst transferring over to their main courses I ordered Big breakfast wrap, cooked to perfection, dunno why but this wrap felt particularly heavy, generous portion? Not sure, but the food inside was succulent Transitioning to lunch time my partner and I ordered Fillet O fish and a McCrispy sandwich both were juicy and felt very well made The lady who served us was very nice too, she helped and also was conscious my coffee might be cold so she did offer a replacement, but it was not needed Place itself was a tad messy, expected during busy periods Overall a very good meal

This site gone down hill BIG time! Won't adjust a burger request, shakes " just broke ", sat in a queue for 15 minutes, and a Staff member at the window with a Crappy attitude!

I have ordered mcspicy meal from mcdonals app. And I received a wrong order and the McDonald's app doesn't even have an option to raise problem with the received order. Very disappointing.

Very clean and very friendly staff

Food was cold, it’s really disappointing. Love to take kids meals but never find like that. Specially Pie was cold and it’s was really frustrating. Restaurants looks so clean and tidy. Also staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fahijta wrap was disgusting, all it had was so many onions, small peices of chicken and the sauce tasted awful. All this for 3.50 estimate it is not worth at all. I don't make reviews usually but this made me sick to the point where I had too .Also I recommend the chilli cheese bites, amazing.

An absolute pleasure using this McDonald's. Drive Thurs is fantastic always fast and efficient, out of the world and top class service from a young lady called Sana always pleasant and has a smile on her face irrelevant of the time of night.. She Is an asset and well done to the management for having her as part of there team. 👏

24 hour drive through serving McDonald's food. Pleasant fast service

Now at 4 o'clock I visited the McDonald's that I have next to where I live and that I go to every day, which is the one in Newbury park Ilford, IG2 7rh and when I entered the main door there was a bad smell, and my daughter apparently kicked people's excrement due to its bad smell and shape, the pupu was on the main door, I warned the people in the restaurant that their main door was covered in excrement and they did nothing, apparently during the night some homeless person took advantage of the situation It is a dark hiding place, they should be more careful, I had to throw away my daughter's shoes because it was impossible to bear the bad smell of what I kicked I have the receipt of my purchase but that McDonald's tea in Newbury is always dirty and unhygienic In the bathrooms there are always people who don't even consume and now unfortunately my daughter apparently stopped because they don't even look at the front door

Parked up no problem. Polite staff Had a latte, black coffee Small hamburger chips, Small cheese burger, We ate in, very clean tables. Used bathroom ..was clean,toilet roll ,soap water and was dryer available to use..

The booths run out of paper and don't display the order number. They need to fix this

McDonald's in Nubury Park is the best from many others that I visited. Food is always good and hot when served. The place is very clean all around! Credit to Manager

The food was good and service ok guy was trying to serve other customers at the same time. The store was quite messy but it was full of school children, some of who think its ok to just drop your rubbish on the floor or leave it for someone else to clear up...

I went to Newbury Park McDonald’s and ordered by drive though. I ordered at 1:05pm, received at 1.43am very slow service, lots of cars waiting in the queue. Very slow service and it was the second time I had to face such a slow service. They were also messing up the orders.

Oh my word, worst customer service ever. Went through drive thru and asked why the chicken in the crispy chicken salad was a third the size it used to be. Got told she didn’t understand what I was saying so I asked again. Then got told to move to next window and complain to manager! So I did and asked for the manager. The lady went away then came back and asked what my complaint was. I said I’d rather speak to the manager. Guess what? She said she IS the manager! Wow. I said why didn’t you tell me the first time? She replied I thought you would see it in my name tag! To make things worse she said she didn’t understand what I was talking about and wanted me to move out of the way of the queue forming behind me. I said what about my order? She said you’ll have to go around and join the queue again!!! Poor poor customer service, staff who don’t understand English and rip off practices. PATHETIC, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Good example of a mcdonald's service 👏 The lady who served my food at the driveway, she knows regular customers and interacts well in a short space that I collect my food. She is very nice lady and is a true example of how one can make a person's day by just a smile and a few words.

There two brothers they look identical with beards...I've never experienced such good customer service from both mainly the one with staff training badge on his arm...the managers are amazing also...considering it an absolute shambles the Delivery computers went down it was chaos but they handled it so well...

Could not hear person when ordering. No menu due to display screens only showing limited offers. Poor quality staff. Slow Service. Broken Frappe machine.
