We were completely satisfied! The hotel met all our expectations - beautiful surroundings, clean rooms and great service. But I would like to single out Natalia in particular, who was wonderful throughout our stay. She willingly advised us on everything and arranged anything we needed immediately with a smile. Thanks to her, we enjoyed our stay without a single stress. We will definitely be happy to come back here!

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist. Enfield Council placed me and my family in this hotel for over two months. On the day before we were moving out of the hotel, they locked us out of our rooms and demanded us to leave at that moment. We had proof showing that we were supposed to leave the next day, however they kicked us out. They did not allow me do get my medication out of my room as I am a Diabetic. She risked my life if I did not have my medication. We had all our stuff there, and even our documents and all our kids items. I think her name was Olga. She was so rude to us. This is not proper customer service, especially with the way she treated us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must say, the coffee shop was an absolute highlight. From the moment I stepped into the cozy, inviting space, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better by offering a variety of delicious options, from rich espresso to smooth lattes and pastries. We held a function at Best Western and were met with exceptional service. From Stephan the manager responding quickly to our questions and needs to Natalia on the day who was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be holding future events at Best Western Greater London and will recommend to others. Excellent services and customer service. Thank you!

The four of us stayed here in a double room in October 2022. Very small but okay. Breakfast was okay too. We were only here to sleep and spent the rest of the day watching LONDON.

This Hotel have a very nice staff, and you feel you are very welcome, from the time you went into the hotel. The breakfast was very good and was serve with a smiling and friendly staff. The hotel is located near by the rail station, so it’s very easy to come around from this hotel. So, my wife and I gladly recommend this hotel.

Just popped in for a quick coffee and the service from Natalia was exceptional. She was by herself running around for all the customers but her big smile was on her face constantly. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The room was functional. TV, heating, electric kettle (with daily supply of tea/coffee things), 1 double and 1 single bed, reading table, and 2 chairs. Floor was carpeted. The bathroom was good. The free WiFi worked every time, used it for several online meetings, and was well satisfied. The breakfast that came with the room was a bit monotonous but had variety on weekends. Property was clean, and staff were courteous and polite. Though the hotel is bang on the high street (train station just a few meters away and good bus services), the noise didn't get in, and I enjoyed the quietness. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay, and I'd do it again and again😊

Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht zu Fuß zu einem anderen, absolut minderwertigen und ekelhaften Hotel in einer sehr schlechten Gegend geführt. Die Ausstattung war wie aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert, das Schlafen auf den höchst ekelhaft mit Flecken durchsetzt bezogenen Betten war nahezu unmöglich. Die Bäder waren absolut unhygienisch. Alle Handtücher waren verschmutzt von Haaren und Flecken. Man hat uns eine horrende Zahlung leisten lassen, wohl wissend, dass es gar keine Zimmer gibt. Schlussendlich hat das Best Western Greater London nur sehr wenige einzelne Zimmer und alle anderen Zimmer werden überbucht, somit müssen die Gäste inkaufnehnen, in ein absolut minderwertiges Ersatzhotel überführt zu werden. Auch die Gegend ist alles andere als gut und ungefährlich. Wer in London Urlaub machen möchte, sollte das Geld lieber besser in eine hochwertige Unterkunft investieren . Update: Best Western denied any refund for the second night, where we left the and moved to another hotel. Best Western only offered a voucher for the same hotel, which is far away from a customer friendly solution. In fact they sold us rooms, which weren‘t available and denied any refund for the missing rooms. Instead they moved us and other tourist from their 3 stars hotel to a cheap and disgusting zero star hotel. In Germany and many other countries this is clearly a fraud, which is a case for prosecution.

Achtung! Höchst fragwürdiger Umgang mit Hotelbesuchern. Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 5 Leuten unterwegs und haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Auf der offiziellen Homepage steht "vorübergehend geschlossen". Daraufhin habe ich 1 Woche vor Reiseantritt angerufen um zu erfragen, ob alles ok ist - dies wurde telefonisch bestätigt. Es wurde nichts von eventuellen Problemen erwähnt. Als wir mitten in der Nacht (durch Flugverspätung und Bahnausfall) ankamen, wurde die Tür des Best Western Greater London Hotel für uns geöffnet. Voller Erleichtung, dass alles klappt, wurden wir "eingecheckt" - also persönliche Daten angeben, Hotelzimmer zahlen und Kaution hinterlegen. Direkt NACH der Zahlung wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nicht in diesem Hotel schlafen sondern in einem anderen "gleichwertigen Hotel" (Britainn Inn) untergebracht werden. Der Grund: unsere beiden Zimmer seien angeblich wegen eines Wasserschadens nicht verfügbar. Dies wurde bis zur erledigten Zahlung verschwiegen - Unglaublich! Das Taxi, welches uns zum neuen Hotel bringen sollte, kam nicht. Daher sind wir mitten in der Nacht (ca. 2.30 Uhr morgens!) den Weg zum neuen Hotel alleine gelaufen. Das "gleichwertige" Hotel? Eine absolute Frechheit! Dreckige Handtücher und Betten - wobei man das gar nicht Betten nennen darf. Man liegt gefühlt auf keiner Matratze, sondern direkt auf den Federn - an schlafen ist hier nicht zu denken. Die Bäder verunreinigt, verschimmelt - eine absolute Zumutung! Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Aufenthalt (gebucht waren 2 Nächte) abgebrochen und haben nach der ersten "Nacht" ausgecheckt - sehr zur Verwunderung der Rezeption. Wir haben die Sachlage geschildert, aber niemand konnte (oder wollte?) uns helfen - es geht alles nur via E-Mail an eine allgemeine "Info@..." Adresse. Nach mehrmaligen Anschreiben gab es dann tatsächlich eine Rückmeldung vom Hotelmanagement. Die angebotene "Wiedergutmachung" beinhaltet einen Preisnachlass auf eine Neubuchung des Hotels - absolut unpraktikabel und auch nicht Kundenfreundlich. Denn in diesem Hotel werde ich definitiv nie wieder buchen. Ich teile Ihnen hier lediglich meine Erfahrung mit und möchte Sie vor "negativen" Überraschungen schützen. Denn es entstand bei uns allen den Eindruck, dass hier durchaus systematisch gehandelt wird.

Food arrived cold despite not being located far, had no flavour and dry, vegetables of low quality tasting bland, the sauce dips where watery and the humus tasted off so unfortunately I have chucked this in the bin. How does one mess up a chicken wrap, it's so simple to make. Never again
