I am from South Africa so I know the quality of Nandos back home but what I saw yesterday was shocking. All the chairs inside the restaurant were very very dirty. The floor looked like a shebeen floor . The chicken was overcooked , was burnt and smells smoke. I won’t recommend anyone to that. Disgusting.

A friend and I decided to try this place. The best thing was our server, she was polite, discreet and super attentive. The best dish was the lamb biriyani. Other dishes were average at best, I asked if the poppadum were freshly made to order or sat around so cold? We were assured fresh but in reality they were room temperature at best and obviously made earlier. I had assumed they would be hot and freshly grilled or fried. Keema naan had a very. thin filling not a full filling like at The Prince of Wales in Southall. Worst dish was the chicken curry as the pieces were tough and not marinated. I asked about the lunch special offer and was told not bank holidays.

Tried food here for the first time it was top notch 😍i just love it 🥰 wow 5 star ⭐️. Lastly, i will come back again see u soon 🔜

This was the 2nd time we have recently visited the Cafe as we do not live locally. My husband had the Dirty fries and I had the Egg & Cress on granary sandwich. Both were excellent, in fact the sandwich was so full of filling I think it was probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere. The Dirty fries were excellent too done with fresh chillies. Both were well presented and a good idea that the plates were bought to the table on a placemat. Rena was very pleasant and explained the specials which were available. We are planning another trip up to Feltham in a couple of weeks when we will definitely be in to try your special breakfast menu 😃

After a fun filled day of family activities, my daughter begged to go to one of her favourite restaurant chains and, since we thought you can’t go wrong at Frankie & Bennies, we decided to visit. How wrong we were. Drinks were brought reasonably quick and, despite being just soft drinks, were the highlight of our visit as they were the only thing that would turn our correct! When ordering our food, my sister was informed her first option was unavailable due to there being no halloumi and, after choosing an alternative, told she’d be unable to have sweet potato fries due to them being out of stock too. No big issue though as original fries were fine. So, we sat back and waited for our food. Twenty minutes later and a new server appeared to explain that there were no fries in stock… yes, no fries. Miraculously, they could give us sweet potato fries which were in stock - the original server having simply mistaken “low stock” for no stock. Sadly, only my sister eats them so we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The new server then went to speak to the manager and returned to ensure us that we could have the food for free as we’d already waited some time and they did not want us to leave hungry. In the end, we got our main items served with these fried dough o’s you’d probably expect to see on a child’s plate. I won’t lie, they were rather bland but edible enough to eat and subdue our hunger. We ended up getting our drinks free too due to the massive disaster that was unfolding before us as other staff were sitting more customers and not informing them of the items out of stock - our original server humbly avoiding all her original tables and serving the new tables - we overheard her again offer fries so I pity the rest of the evening for the staff. The only positive we have from the night was our new server who was an absolute gem to us and to everyone else. She was the one apologising to everyone and trying to find solutions, she was the one apprehending the chefs for not updating servers on the stock updates, she was the one who ran to new customers who had sat down to inform them of the stock issues before letting them make an order they couldn’t complete. I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a lot of praise as she was the only server doing the hard work but alas, I did not. All I can say was she had dark hair and an accent and seemed to take pride about her job in which she has clearly a lot of experience! Sadly though, this experience makes me want to avoid not only this particular Frankie & Benny’s, but the brand itself in the future.

I've ordered a 13.5" pizza but instead I only received a 12" one. I've called the store and the delivery driver collected the pizza but no one has contacted me to process a refund. Terrible customer service...

Worst experience after I was asked to pay upfront but the lady clarified that lot of people were leaving without paying after food They asked me to pay upfront because of that They i belive are not a racist restaurant as they suffered very badly with people not paying after food Portions size are small for the price as well . Ridiculous and pathetic if someone says don't believe

Burger King your Burgers are really king in whole burger restaurants's taste I mean to say it is awesome , delicious, But the service I got I wish I could say the same, First of all when I was waiting for my order at the Burger king counter I saw the lady behind one of the staff of burger king in black shirt and pant there is namebadge on her shirt but I am unable to read that from that distance she was making burgers behind and I saw her packing fries for a while without wearing cap on her head no any hairnet. she is serving or making food without taking care of food hygiene. Dear Burger king If you want evidence of this situation please check cameras of that time I had ordered my food on Date 02/06/2025 Time 7:41 pm. and one more thing I came again from eating area on counter for ketchup I asked one of the female staff serving on front she saw me she asked me. I said her ketchup please, she said ketchup, I replied Yes ketchup please , She ignored and turned and started packing fries in boxes I saw , she came on front but did not given me ketchup, she again turned back to area where the burgers are kept after preparation, she picked those burger which are ready there she kept in bag and called the customer and handed it to customer I was still there waiting for only two ketchups. Now she came to me asked 'sorry' I replied to her two ketchups please. Then she given me two ketchups by covering it in one tissue paper. After having that ketchups I left the counter after saying her thanks for ketchups. I find her behavior with me is rude . Please Have look on this matter Dear Burger king . I not felt good I do not want to post review like this for my favorite Burger king . but I want you to know about this situation. I will delete this review soon .
