Very busy restaurant. Had wrap of the day.

Went for the double Big Mac lunch.Spacious parking, good customer service.

The wait for food is abysmally slow due to the priority that delivery drivers seemingly get. You should not be offering a delivery service on top of a restaurant / drive through when it's clear the capacity isn't there to do so...

I bought sauce. I paid for it. But when I got home, there was no sauce in it. They are very attentive. 17.10.24

The food was stone cold when it arrived he switched his phone off as he left the restaurant so you could t track him! The delivery time got later and later! Rubbish

why on earth do I keep having to give codes to get the food I paid for. it's ridiculous

Good cold and tasteless. Delivery time kept changing - ended up 25 minutes later than first stated. Very poor service. Didn’t order cold food but got it. Must of been delivered in a convertible!

Took 15 minutes to receive a small order of a wrap + drink because "there is only 1 coffee machine working". You need to put up signs if there is only 1 coffee machine so the customer can make an informed decision whether to waste their time or not. Common sense is lacking with management in this location.

When placing order it said 30 minutes and it arrived almost a hour later, by the time it came the chips were freezing cold and the burgers was luke warm which was not enjoyable and we had to re heat it in the microwave. It was horrible

Teenagers and young adults hang out here outside the store making it difficult for young children and families to step in to the store. Very shady all the time.

Just cancelled order via JustEat, no phone call, no explanation - when it was already delivery time. I called them to enquire, but of course, no answer. Great customer service 👏

Ordered through just eats meal wasn't even delivered, but showed delivered, Macdonald's in Feltham didn't want to know saying once it leaves the restaurant it's nothing to do with them, so it seems they're not bothered with getting bad reviews, plus they never answer the phone to scared incase it's someone complaining.

Sent medium drink and medium fries in a large box. Should’ve been a large meal.

watched on the tracker as he went to all these different places over an hour, by the time we got food it was cold delivery driver was rude walked away from me when I asked what I should do so rude, went into Macdonald's they were just as bad, saying that they have no control over the drivers, but it's ridiculous the way they are allowed to pick your order up then go onto another delivery place and pick up more orders, before getting to you

You didn't send my order and you sent bacon and I had to go into occupation. And you have not returned my money since yesterday morning. If you don't handle it, I will file a complaint against you because you are so rude that you don't even answer the customer

The driver delivered the wrong order, which ended in the food being thrown away, and rather than just refunding me, justeat “credited my account”, a full refund would have been a better option

Chips were like rock sticks. Burger and nuggets were as good as yesterdays. The heat aspect is shocking. Very disapointed

Naysa in the Feltham was really kind and showed good customer service when we made a mistake!

Not enough fries clearly less than usual despite ordering large, drinks were also not filled adequately which was weird, and the burgers were cold the onions even more so as if they just added cold onions to the burger

Appalling delivery as instructions given on order about gaining access to the flats not followed at all and the driver used the poorest excuse that he couldn’t here what was being said to him because of his helmet on! But if he’d followed the instructions given to him he wouldn’t have needed to here anything!

i got a notification that the food was on its way and 15 minutes later the driver was still at the restaurant. i then messaged the driver at 17:55 i believe and asked what’s going on as he was just sitting there. he arrived at around 18:03

It seems like it's common practice that every time I order through the McDonald's app, I have missing items. It has become the employees' way of having food every day. As advice, order through JustEat. At least there, you can get a refund. It's unacceptable for a company like McDonald's not to have any way to complain about missing items on orders.

Delivered to someone else. He marked the delivery as successful. He gave the food to the wrong person and clearly didn’t bother making sure the codes were checked to make sure it went to the right person.
