It seems like it's common practice that every time I order through the McDonald's app, I have missing items. It has become the employees' way of having food every day. As advice, order through JustEat. At least there, you can get a refund. It's unacceptable for a company like McDonald's not to have any way to complain about missing items on orders.

I asked for 9 chicken and selects went home, inside the 9 chicken selects box was a bunch of chicken nuggets. Had to go back and tell them, not even a sorry and they didn’t even let me keep the chicken nuggets

Always a very pleasurable eating at Mac Donald’s but this restaurant Pros: Very close to the Feltham train station for a quick bit. Bang in city centre and close to all amenities Cons Slow service Unclean male toilet. That’s my experience. Tell me about yours was slow.

Food missing from order this is not the first time !!!

I had paid extra for the extra cheese slice, the irony is I didn’t even get any. The coke had more ice than coke and was sooo tasteless. Felt like I was drinking cold sparkling water. The 20 nuggets had some nuggets missing. Worst delivery ever

I’m so annoyed with you guys at just eat. I made an order earlier and waited for two hours for it not to be delivered and you have ignored my emails and now I’ve ordered McDonald’s only for the driver to give me half of the order is this an actual joke?????

Missing a hash brown missing sausage out of the pancakes no butter or syrup

Seemed like there was not enough staff.

The delivery driver was too busy talking over the phone that he delivered the food next door. Luckily I checked on my phone that it’s been delivered and saw delivery guy. So I went next door and ask if our food got delivered there.

Great service good warm and fresher delivered on time

Forgot most of my order trying to ring them no bothering to answer me and just eat is a joke paying money to get mugged basically absolute joke

The food itself was good however I ordered 3 pancakes meals and only got 1 syrup and butter this seems to be a regular mistake from this branch sauces and accompaniments not being given even if paid separately for or a big part of the meal please try to do better it makes the customers experience much more enjoyable when everyone has the correct accompaniment or sauce

Dreadful. The drinks were mostly spilled and one of the burgers had been ripped apart .

Absolutely shocking quality. My drink had spilt a quarter of it so it was completely wet when I received it in hand. I also had a missing double big mac with bacon burger. Worst McDonald’s experience ever.

Good never arrived. Driver came back an hour later to drive down the road to mark the delivery as delivered but no food. Absolutely unacceptable service, we watched driver spend an hour at an address (have screen grabs) to then drive back to us but not actually deliver any food!!! Driver should be sacked. I expect a FULL refund. No food, terrible service and no way to call anyone. Shocking

Crazy waiting time and they dont give a damn about customer. Waited more than 15mins to know that the chicken is cooking and need few more minutes to complete the order, while the restaurant is so quite at 10:30pm? Worst customer service

Dreadful cold food. The Big Mac was put together by feet it seems not hands, the chicken was just awful & the dips were so bad that I threw them away, someone put far too much something in those for sure. Then to top it all, the milk shake was just water when it arrived… All that money, never again…

the lovely man who delivered the food was so helpful and polite. Handed over the food very nice .I hope get this person every time I order from McDonald's

I stopped using Uber cos of this issue, you give the drivers too many deliveries to do on route and my breakfast was cold when it arrived,I had to reheat it all, and the McFlurry had melted not good when you spend £30 plus on breakfast for the family!! If this happens again I will stop using you!!!

So me and 2 of my friends waited about 10 mins for our food but eventually the workers wafflesd to us about not having our order when he paid using the mcdonald app.Then we waited like another 10 mins but they didnt have our drink so we told them and we waited another 5 mins just for the drink and they also messed up my order by not giving me a mayo chicken but a cheeseburger instead. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

urghh the fries so soggy. I've never had a bad meal like this before. the driver was Mike's away from Feltham McD. I have a feeling this came from the one in Ashford crossway. avid using as it comes cold and soggy. I'm using just burger plus in bedfont from now on. much better quality

Food is alright at times, most of time its not warm or served at standard food temperature usually which is expected but most of the time its cold. Service - EXTEREMLEY SLOW SERVICE, you at the self service machine, 1 drink a frappe, why are you taking 7 mins to make a frappe like there was only 2 orders else on the waiting list, and my order within a 1min of wating was showing, collect now, so went up and said look its says collect, i was told it wasnt made and i asked, its a frappe what takes so long, its not even a meal. After 7 mins i was then given it, by this time there was 15+ orders on the screen with the waiting area now full and customers not happy. I dont know how the staff react or do in the kitchen but literally is not the best performing maccies in the country and they have lots of competitors i.e other stores. Atmosphere is just a normal maccies, what more do you expect hahaha. Just literally needs to up its game in waiting time and service performance and food temperature. After the store refurbishment, its gone down

It said my food would be delivered between 22:05-22:25 my niece is now having her food at 22:55 & it is cold.

I was checking on map he’s gone 3-4 place before came for my order due to which my food was cold. Then I have to order it again from Uber eats. I think I should stop ordering from just eat as this is like 3 time something like this happened and I have complained every time but no one do anything about it. I guess they don’t care about their customers.

I ordered some ice cream and milkshake for me and for my son in law. Our milkshake was liquid and didn't appear a milkshake. I turned back to counter to intend replacing for another one. Instead the staff saying hello or good night. The first word was"we don't give refunds". Wasn't my intention to get refund. She said the machine doesn't working well. I had to change the flavour to have some time with my family.

Dirty tables and floor. Overflowing bins so cannot dispose of refuse. Ants climbing up windows. Some kind of infestation. Machines do not give receipts. Probably so you cannot hive feedback on how appalling this McDonald's is. Staff told about ants. Didn't give a hoot. Wonder what's in the kitchen Areas if they have ants in restaurant area. Food was cold too. Eat elsewhere its definitely not worth the money.
