Very nice food but the floor is quite dirty

I bought some fries and they did not give it to me so i went to talk to the staff and said that they cant give it to me. I got a secend order for some ice creams and also got limited addition pie . When i recieved it the packaging said apple pie when i said i wanted the limited addition one ,i thought that the outside did not matter so i opened it and it was a NORMAL APPLE PIE I SPECIALLY CHOSE THE LIMITED EDITION ONE . I talked to one of the staff again and that same mean lady said she cant do anything about that another staff talked and gave me my order i wanted . Overall review CHANGE YOUR STAFF!!!

McDonald’s Feltham is THE worst Mc’d’s I’ve ever seen. They don’t actually care about customers. Most of the employees don’t give a crap about the food standard. It’s sooo poor. Never eating McDonald’s from Feltham again.

If you want the correct food, would not recommend going here. I went through the drive-through to order breakfast for the family due to a birthday, when ordering the lady kept saying “are you done yet’ after every meal (Im sorry if you did not want to work today maybe call sick) Once we got the order and went home it was all wrong breakfast wrap , we asked for no bacon they put no egg init and left the bacon in. Pancakes had no syrup, the muffins were dry AF. All the food was cold. Poor service poor food £30:00 down the drain

Placed an order for chicken sandwich meal, got delivered beef burger! Refused delivery as I don't eat beef!! Rider took picture of bags in doorstep, even though it was handed back to him. Uber consider this to be "proof of delivery", however they should consider contract law which allows for refusal if the goods are not as ordered! I get last laugh as transaction cancelled via bank!

Very busy and not very clean, food was as expected but only 4 terminals to order and a longer than expected wait at lunchtimes.

Beware Met parking scam company in mechdonald car park.one of the company guy wait in his car once you go out of the mechdonald premises no matter for few minutes it takes the picture of your car registration number and the company sent you pcn with these mobile phone pictures taken.no matter you buy or eat anything from mechdonald. It is abuse of technology and public harassment. I am taking Met parking company in court so that it refund public money taking in such a cheap way without public notice cameras. I spoke to mechdonald manager and this English lady also took Met parking company side.that mean both mechdonald and Met parking company are both involved in this scam.

Food is good but the staff and customer service is awful. It's a shame as McDonald's used to pride itself on customer service.

I have type 1 diabetes , I ordered a Diet Coke and despite already giving me the completely wrong order you also gave me a normal Coke that made my blood sugar levels go sky high . I want a refund and will not be ordering again .

It was an alright visit to McDonald's Feltham High Street. The dining room was crowded, with tables needing used food trays removed. The hand dryer was broken in the Gentlemens loo. The food was good and delivered to my table. Kiosk ordering was easy, too. The dining room had a security person and a manager hanging around at 7 pm. It was somewhat uncomfortable. I'd probably visit this McDonald's again.

Bags were all open apparently the driver had to exchange due to handing my order to another customer. Food cold and thrown away as unsure whether it had been touched previously.

Every single time is something missed out from order. Every single time. You can not imagine the disappointment by kids who are having it as a treat. Today, the code was not working, so they send me inside. But inside wasn't working either and the checkout was broken so they send me through drive-through again. And from there to waiting bay. After 10 minutes food arrived. All together webeen there 45 minutes just ordering food. We bought 3 Minecraft menus and chicken selects, what was quite expensive order and none of the collectible toys were inside. We left without checking it, because when I started to check there were no sauces, so I have to go inside to get them. When we arrived home kids just cried. Unbelievably disappointed. Extremely poor service.

The restaurant took ages and the food arrived only luke warm. The delivery driver was awesome.

the iced coffee was full of ice when I took the ice put them was just under a quater of a cup of coffee ☕️ not good plus the napkins were with the drinks once again covered in coffee so nothing to wipe our hands on not good

I never going to back at this store such a horrible customer service which I never seen before. The girl behind the counter was absolutely disrespectful and didn't know how to serve customers. It happened today just before 5 pm and she was wearing mine craft shirt. I did asked other member staff what is her name but she didn't say to me even I asked to speak with manager - no response at all. I believe all staff need to have customer service training. I would not recommend this place at all. It is shame for Macdonald company.

I recently ordered from McDonald's Feltham via Uber Eats, and it was a disappointing experience. More frustratingly, I had specific allergy instructions for my order, which were completely ignored. This is not just a minor mistake but a serious health risk. When I reached out to complain, I expected at least some level of concern or accountability, but instead, I was met with a dismissive response. The staff simply stated that they "would not repeat it" as if that excused the mistake. There was no apology, no attempt to rectify the issue, and certainly no sign of care for customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles complaints says a lot about their service. In this case, McDonald's Feltham showed little regard for its customers' well-being or experience. I understand that fast food restaurants are busy, but basic quality control and customer care should not be too much to ask. I’m giving two stars only because the food, despite the mess, was still edible. However, with careless handling, poor delivery, and lack of accountability, I won’t be ordering from here again. If you have allergies or expect good service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere...

Wanted to leave no stars. Rarely have takeaways but treated my son and daughter Saturday night to a delivery. Absolutely disgusting, drinks spilled over in the bag, not one was salvageable, burgers soaked, ice cold and my sons looked like it had been sat on. So disappointed the whole thing was inedible, never ever again will we order anything from this place.

So the availability issues seem to be resolved, but I don't know what sort of sorcery they implement with this place but I ordered something of just eat for delivery MAX ETA was 13:15, I am still waiting on "courier is at the restaurant" for about 45 minutes and the max ETA has become 14:30. Dunno what sort of cowboy show it is in McDonald's but the entire brand has gone downhill

My phillycheese burger wife's big mac was cold and flat the fries were cold had to heat up in microwave not impressed

Watching the tracker, it seems as though he went the wrong way, then stopped off else where and when he finally arrived, drinks had spilled over and the food was cold. I had to reheat all the meat, chicken and the fries. He tried to say that the drinks always fall over. No they don’t.

I watched our delivery driver stop at least 6x going from feltham to Ashford before coming to Sunbury meaning our delivery time went up and up and all our food was cold by the time it arrived to me

This order took an hour to arrive it was only a happy meal for my grandson shouldnt take that long
