Iso Sushi in Hounslow

Food is usually good however today, i placed my order online and when i went to the store to collect the order it was closed at 8:30pm, but they still took my payment.

Tried the Chicken Katsu and was not impressed! The sauce was too thick and tasted too sour.

By far the best salmon nigiri that I have. Really pleased with the selection and prices for their sushi boxes. Regular customer.

Staff were nice but that’s the only good thing. The chicken ramen isn’t ramen, it’s noodles in a large bowl of watery “miso” soup with afew stray pieces of tofu and cabbage. Wasn’t expecting the food to be good but this was really shabby.

First time I have order from them, saw them on Uber Eats and said, why not? Price are very reasonable and the quality is really high! I've worked in a Japanese restaurant so I can confidently say the fish is fresh. I had the beef Teriyaki which was delicious and the Fish roll box. The only thing I would have improved is that in the description of the box it says "Tuna" roll when actually it was "Spicy Tuna" roll. Unfortunately I cannot have spicy food due to a medical procedure, but my housemate had the rolls and confirmed they were delicious hence I kept it 5 stars.

One of my favourite places to order from! Their gyozas are amazing better than in many famous sushi chain restaurants. Their spicy rice is my go to! Definitely recommend!

I am going to be honest, the sushi quality value/ money is good, also the fact that they have kids menu is a bonus, cheaper than other Japanese restaurants. I am not giving it 5 star rating just for the fact that I love Ramen so much, and the want they make is not the real one and sometimes I need to order from other places to get a proper tonkotsu, also they could make Nasu dengaku ( Aubergine) or the famous octopus balls, so I'd like to order from them more but as I love these items specially I have to go an order from other restaurants. Delivery is usually fast

Mostly order takeaways and they are always on time with a friendly delivery driver. The food quality never drops! Always top tier food

I've ordered sushi from here for years, and everytime I've ordered, the sushi has been amazing quality! Good value for money too, it's a lot cheaper than many other sushi places.

My friends and I’s go to place for sushi! Really good range of sushi options- amongst other dishes. The prices are so reasonable for the food you get- you won’t see any other sushi place that will give you a decent amount of sushi for a reasonable price without ripping you off. Couldn’t recommend more :)

I always get my sushi from here via UberEats. Always fresh and always delicious. Tako nigiri and the soft shell crab yuzu tobiko is roll is usually my go to.

I always order through Just eat. Ramen is one of the best. Feel sorry that they change packages for the plastic :(

Basically don't believe anything you see on their site as they have said, things like side dressings, salads illustrated in photos is for show and not going to be received. They has an answer for everything you'll notice with each poor review there is someone there with poor wit with som way to explain away the negative as other than their own fault. Poor food, in delivery, poor timing and cold, again received other than described or illustrated. Stick to the ones you know

OK this is an honest review. The rice was stodgy but worst still the soft shell crab is illustrated with Spring onion and salad, you will get none, and then told, that it doesn't come with salad as illustrated, it's for show. And to the manager who believes its everyone else fault in their replies i see , get some responsibility. And no, you'll definitely not be serving me again.

The size of sushis and the amount of rise is excessive. Looked like someone did sushis for first time. They were too hard too, we literally through away half box. Never again

Ordered steak ramen, assorted iso box and salmon sashimi for my girlfriend. Steak was way overcooked, grey and very chewy. Iso box was "inedible". Salmon sashimi was alright. Arrived warm and on time. She said it was literally the worst sushi she'd had in her life (which is a shame). Website pictures are extremely misleading vs what you get in the order.

Ordered a delivery service to my hotel as my other half was craving for sushi. While delivery time was a little more than what is expected, the food was fab. Great value and fantastic food i would say. Woukd order agina whenever in town.

Sushi is just ok, rice is a bit thick and dense. Good price though.

Had a very disappointing, tasteless ramen. needed loads of soy etc. Chicken teryaki equally awful. Was it chicken? Very hard to tell. Just awful, the worst Japanese I've had all year! How do they get away with it? A total waste of my money.

I tried to order a takeaway, but there was a minimum 1 hrs wait for pick-ups which wasn't great

I'm a regular customer of party platter. Ordered 2 platters for my Birthday and was very disappointed. Tuna wasn't fresh. Lost its taste and colour. One of my guests got hair in one of the pieces half way the platter. That was end of our sushi party. Not sure if will give another chance...

Arrived in 25 mins very speedy sushi was amazing very fresh great combo the pumpkin 🎃 tempura was awesome.I live in London and Tokyo near the fish market i can say this is a good sushi place very tasty and up there with the best of them. Will defo order again perfect food to go with my Japanese beer 🍺 plus they have a meat range sushi as well which is great for guests that are a bit suspicious of raw fish ..we ordered sushi platter and the meat platter dish as well everyone enjoyed.

We have ordered from here many times and it’s always been nice. Not sure what happened last night but the edamame beans looked 100 years old and were not edible. Sushi was tasteless and the beef was so chewy. Overall quite gross.

We had a stop over in brentford during our holiday. Had a crave for sushi and tried this place. So googled up some places and finally settled with this one. We called there and placed order. The delivery service was great tbh and so was the food. Its suprising to see how close they are to the originality of the food. The food didnt have those additions like mayo etc except for some . The sushi were great tasting and fresh. Katsu and teriyaki were equally amaging. I will definately order again if i am nearby. Great work people.

I was in quarentine hotel when i ordered from iso couple of days back. I ordered about 5 times and evrytime has been consistently excellent with food. Delivery service however are hit and miss which i understand as they seemed to be absolutely busy ( i heard them on phone when i called). All in all great experience

Duck hand roll was amazing! Crispy squid was over cooked and the seafood rice was ok.

Fancied a little sushi for a lockdown half term treat, and Iso did not disappoint. You could tell the sushi was freshly made, the rice was ever so slightly warm as it should be, not fridge cold as you get more often nowadays. The fatty belly of salmon was clear to see. It was melt in the mouth. We'd have preferred the kids yakitori meal to have been less saucy (but that was mainly because I have a child who is sauce averse) - the chicken itself was beautifully cooked and very tender. Thank you, we will return!

Awesome Sushi! Veggie Box is an absolute bargain, quality veggie sushi. Also highly recommend the Crunchy Prawn and Avocado Iso Sushi - Prawn is definitely crunchy!

Omg! This was I can honestly the best sushi I had in London! I had 20 Solomon set and salmon sashimi and all was divine. Quality, presentation and taste I couldn’t fault it. Will definitely go back! Thank you ISO sushi for unforgettable experience.

Possibly the worst sushi I have ever had in my life and I eat sushi very often. It was tasteless and soggy and the ramen came in a hot cardboard container which then made it taste like cardboard ,chicken was dry. I could have made something better using my big toe. Merry Christmas

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. I never knew this place existed despite living for 3 years in isleworth. The experience was fantastic so was the food and service. The box sushi are a good value and equally delicious. The order taker was really polite and helpfull in explaining their menu and bearing with me. Good place overall.

I’m a regular customer and the service has been quite bad lately. Tuna box sushi was very horrible. Fat streaks in the fish. I wanted to order more starters as normally they are really good and food is nice. However the waiter was so rude and said “ im not going to repeat information. Its very busy “ then hung up. I wanted to complain to the manager and another person picked up. He Then started laughing. They have lost a very loyal customer

Very tasty food and excellent customer services. The delivery driver left our food with the hotel staff as we were delayed on the motorway. He then called to confirm that the hotel staff had kept our food for us. We arrived 20 minutes after the food had been delivered but it was still very warm and we didn’t need to reheat as it has been packed so well. Big portions too.

Some of tuna and rice was dry, half of my miso soup spilled out from the container into plastic bag it was in. Soup not even warm.

food was 2 hours late. after calling the restaurant to enquire why, I was told it would be here in 10 mins. 30 mins later... calamari was stale and soggy and sushi was nothing special. by this time we were starved but would appreciate it if we were told about the lack of drivers prior to ordering so we could order from somewhere else. probably won’t be ordering again

White rice with beef was really delicious as was the duck gyozas! The chicken yakisoba was good but not amazing. All in all, good value for money and would order from them again!

These guys are THE BEST! The food is amazing and the service is outstanding, most of the take away places get so many orders they don’t really care about keeping everyone happy but these guys do! And thank you for that! X

Not really cheap for the portion size!!!

The food is always nice here, HOWEVER the portions are very small and extremely over priced, for example, the salt and pepper squid is around £7.00 per potion and is tiny they should definitely increase the size of the portion or lower the price, the tempura tiger prawns is £10.00 which I find too much.

I ordered a veg and a chicken gyozo ramen. Unfortunately it wasn't labelled what's veg and chicken since they both look similar. Wish they labelled their food on the package. Overall the food quality was very good.

Decent size portions, very good for money. Gyoza seemed a little too crispy but were still delicious. I ordered the Chicken Gyoza and Katsu chicken curry, highly recommend.

gyoza was lovely...chicken in main dishes was dry..possibly consider using thigh meat...doesn't dry out as easily as breast...

It was on time but the food wasn't so great. Not fresh.

Food was great and the price excellent, however the cheesecake was just a circle cake (like a sponge cake) and not a cheesecake in the traditional sense. Plus, it was the size of a large biscuit, which is small.

The customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the issue was the sizes of the salmon and tuna nigiri, way too small about half the size lf your thumb nothing like the pictures from the official website. I contacted the restaurant and they sent out a new order with reasonable size pieces to make up for the problem.very happy with that. I wont be ordering nigiri pieces from iso ever again everything else was delicious.
