Syon Lounge in Hounslow

Food was really nice, vibe was good went on the weekend, didn’t really like how they put us right in the middle though did ask to move but everything was reserved asked to swap but they said no, food took about 45 mins but it’s understandable as it was busy

Food poisoning. We came with a large group and got food, and Shisha. I had a number of sushi dishes and Prawn Gyoza, from this I got food poisoning, later that night I was sick all night and following to the next day. My partner also a bad stomach after leaving. For a bill of £155 just to be sick I don’t think is acceptable for them to just ignore emails. The total bill for the table of 9 was just over £700. I was the only one in the group to have the prawn dish which is why that stands out to have caused this. I have sent 2 emails previously to making this review and have no response to either of them which is unacceptable. Im hoping i will have some response to this review.

Very accommodating place. We had food only and it was great. Halal food. I recommend prawn dumpling and ribeye steak. They also do Shisha, but we didn’t try it. Loads of TVs, great for sports events.

Visiting from Greece for the first time! I was very pleased with the servers especially Kamile. She was outstanding and really great with helping us out. I would love to say a big thank you!!! Such a great lady. Also the food was delicious and had very different flavors from around the world. ❤️❤️

Really nice place. Great food and great music, the DJ on the night gets a 10 from me. Went on a winding day and found the lounge a bit chilly, the drinks could of come a bit faster but apart from that it was all good. I would 100% go again but maybe in the summer.

It’s a great place but the management seem to lack knowledge. I have visited the place couple of times but each time they have a new “unwritten policy” of minimum spend. At times they claim they have a minimum spend of £50 on the weekends when you are sat on your tables but do not mention this at the time of booking or upon entrance. If it’s a concrete policy that it will be £50 minimum spend then do make it clear at the time of booking so your customers can make an informed decision.

RAY RAY was fantastic and looked after us really well 👌🏼. The waiters were also very accomodating and we had an amazing night, definitely recommend coming here on a Saturday night!

Syon Lounge seems to be trying hard to stand out from competitors, but it’s doing so in the wrong way. The emphasis on flashy entertainment overshadows the dining experience and makes it hard to tell whether the venue is aiming to be a restaurant or a nightclub. For those who come to enjoy a good meal and a pleasant atmosphere, the excessive performances feel out of place and disruptive. If Syon Lounge wants to succeed as a dining space, it needs to strike a better balance between creating an enjoyable ambiance and maintaining its identity as a restaurant. Decide whether you want to be a restaurant or a nightclub, because the current blend isn’t working for everyone.

Fantastic food. The sashimi was melt in the mouth. Service was exceptional couldn’t be better. We were early 7pm on a Tuesday so a bit quiet but got busier by the time we left. So probably not a true reflection.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent experience I had at Syon Lounge. During my visit, I overheard conversations among the management and staff that I found to be highly inappropriate and discriminatory. Specifically, they were making light of the serious situation in Iran, expressing happiness over the suffering of others. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive to those who may be affected by these events, including myself. It is vital for any establishment to foster an environment of respect and inclusivity, especially concerning sensitive global issues. As a result of this incident, I have decided not to return to Syon Lounge in the future. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that measures will be implemented to ensure a more respectful atmosphere for all patrons.

Great night out, party of 22 and very demanding for drinks, food and shisha. Wait staff were attentive and on point. Could not have asked for better, highly recommended.

Such a brilliant first time experience in syon lounge. Marie was exceptional with her service. So smiley and accommodating. Also Mahood was brilliant. We were celebrating mine and a few others birthday and they made it so special.

I went to the restaurant recently again and ate some very tasty sushi I really enjoyed the food the staff was very nice especially the gentleman who served us all night was Mr. Dani he was very nice to us he gave the necessary attention and tried to make us a pleasant atmosphere. This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy food. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly by the waiters (Dani)and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Gabriel was very rude, I’m not sure how he is allowed to be a manager with attitude like this. You can see his staff Maw and Alex are completely overworked trying to please the customer but you just see Gabriel hovering over them, undermining them. I have witnessed Gabriel being very misogynistic and down right rude! Gabriel needs some training on how to treat staff and the public and know that he is not above anyone! I strongly believe you should promote maw as a manager and demote Gabriel as the maintenance man!! Shout out to Alex and maw we love you 🫶🏾 *THIS IS THE HOTEL*

A friend of mine told me about this place and I was not disappointed! From the beginning I enjoyed my experience at the lounge, the vibe and staff were amazing! Also the truffle fries and cocktails were the most enjoyable part for me! I would highly recommend. Lastly, I must give a special mention to the waitress Marie for helping me with deciding whats the best cocktail of choice! I’m normally quite indecisive when it comes to these things but she had good knowledge about the drinks and helped immensely with that! Everyone else was really helpful too! Will be visiting again soon!

Had another great evening at Syon Lounge, the staff always provide a great welcoming service, love having a mix of smaller dishes, so we get to enjoy all the flavours, and it looks so picturesque! The vibe in the shisha area with the DJ bringing friends together and building an atmosphere with the live entertainment, Highly recommend!

Food was very tasty, presentation, and freshness of the food. Service by Sanil was so grate and he was so friendly and kind. Lounge atmosphere, including decor, noise levels, and cleanliness was amazing. Overall pricing was reasonable. And importantly parking was free. I will be visiting here again. Our recent visit to Syon lounge was marred by deeply unsettling incidents that tainted what should have been an enjoyable evening. Despite having a reservation and spending £100 on food, we encountered discriminatory treatment based on our choice not to purchase alcohol. Upon booking, we were informed by email the restaurant's 3-hour table policy, which we acknowledged and respected throughout our meal. However, during halftime of a football match (2hrs into our reservation) we were singled out and asked to vacate our table, while other patrons who were consuming alcohol were allowed to stay. This selective enforcement of the policy solely against us, despite our adherence to all rules and substantial spending, was both disheartening and unfair. It became evident that our decision not to consume alcohol led to differential treatment, which we believe constitutes discrimination. Adding to our disappointment, the manner in which the manager Rawzhan handled the situation further exacerbated our experience. We felt disrespected and spoken down too, as our concerns were dismissed without proper consideration or apology. In conclusion, our evening at Syon Lounge was overshadowed by discriminatory actions and poor managerial conduct. Despite our significant investment in food and compliance with all stated policies, we were subjected to unjust treatment based on our beverage preferences. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and reluctant to recommend this establishment to others.
