I always spend over £200 in here , tonight was my sister birthday, we came all the way to spend her birthday night in here , my partner wear Balenciaga trak suits , the security guards were so rude , he didn’t let us to go in x it’s alright to have a dress code but , he said in a very rude way and attacked us They said is dress code but nothing said on website Unfortunately you lost your loyal customers

I went today it was really nice. Good service, quality food desserts etc. I enjoyed the waffle dessert so much. I’d come again, especially in summer I know it’ll be so nice

If you have never been to Syon Lounge is West London, you are missing out. This place is fantastic. Parking on site, plenty of seating space, amazing atmosphere, delicious food, great sisha. This is a top venue for an evening out with friends, you will be well looked after. Located next to Syon Hilton Hotel. This is the ideal spot to relax and socialise. Salim Patel

Was shown to our table, and not told that we had to scan the QR code to view the menu, which is fine but wish we were told when we were taken to our table Ordered some beef, which was very salty and the lemon and mint drink I ordered was incredibly sour, needed sugar. The Biscoff cheesecake was even worse, it was literally a blob of cream with a biscuit on top with biscoff sauce and tasted cheap. Service was also slow and had to keep calling the waiters over, even though it wasn't busy When it came to payment, they only accept cash? This is not mentioned anywhere upon booking. There is a cash machine inside which charges you for using it. There was a group in front of us who were complaining about the same thing when we came to pay. So when we finally came to paying our bill, the £50 deposit we paid upon booking was forgotten about and we had to remind the staff (this is the 2nd time I've had this problem) otherwise they would have charged the full bill and the deposit. This used to be a good spot, the quality of food and service has gone down. Given the type of place it is, you would expect alot more. Apparently its come under new ownership which may explain why it's gone down hill. Safe to say, I won't be visiting again anytime soon

Energy, vibes, and great shisha. Great music (sometimes) depends on the DJ hired on the night. On occasions, there are belly dancers or performers, which is great to watch. 2 photos attached on 2 separate occasions. The capacity of VIP lounge is pretty decent, I would say on avg. 20 people can fit in there. It's excluded, which is lovely. However, there is no privacy. They now have introduced steak and alcohol. So, for those that drinks saves you time going to the hiltons. Vibes!

As a conscientious reviewer, it is my duty to share my recent experience at Syon Lounge, a venue that left much to be desired in terms of both service and safety. From the moment I entered Syon Lounge, it was apparent that the atmosphere was far from welcoming. The staff displayed a notable lack of courtesy and professionalism, making interactions with them unpleasant and frustrating. Moreover, the overall vibe of the establishment seemed to attract a crowd that mirrored the discourtesy of the staff, creating an uncomfortable environment for patrons. Adding to the disappointment was the exorbitant pricing of the offerings at Syon Lounge. The menu boasted prices that were unjustifiably high for the quality of service and ambiance provided. It felt as though customers were being taken advantage of, with little regard for value or satisfaction. However, the most alarming aspect of my experience was the behavior of the bouncer employed by Syon Lounge. Not only was he rude and confrontational, but he also exhibited reckless disregard for the safety of others. His actions, including driving a patron's car at high speed, put the lives of both customers and pedestrians at risk—a flagrant display of irresponsibility that cannot be overlooked. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that Syon Lounge is owned by an individual of Shia background. While one's religious affiliation should not inherently affect the quality of service or safety standards of an establishment, it is worth noting for those who may have specific preferences or concerns. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Syon Lounge altogether. The combination of rude staff, overpriced offerings, and dangerous behavior from the bouncer make it a place unworthy of patronage. Instead, I encourage individuals to seek out establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction, safety, and professionalism. In conclusion, Syon Lounge falls far short of expectations in terms of service, safety, and overall customer experience. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a cautionary warning to others considering a visit to this establishment.

Arrived and was barely acknowledged, Took a while to get a drink and the heaters kept turning off. Waited 2 and half hours for a sushi platter, had wave to get waiters attention to order more drinks. No physical menus, had to rscan a QR code to view. We asked to take the service charge off and the response from the staff was incredibly rude, said that sushi takes time but even then we had zero communication from the staff. The atmosphere is nice and could be a hotspot, unfortunately staff and service was a let down

BE CAREFUL PAYING HERE - I suspect the front of house staff are committing fraud, no receipts, insists to some customers they are cash only but takes online card deposits, must use their cash machine. Full info below. . When your bill is brought you’ll be asked to go to the front desk, and you’ll be met by one of the front of house guys (pic below). He told me cash payment only, despite having already paid £50 via card online. There were no signs about cash payments. I realised when tables receive the bill they are told to go to the front desk to pay. He offers the card machine to some people but insists it’s cash only for others. Unsure how he decides, but I suspect it has something to do with walking in or booking online. I.e. if you book online they will say the table didn’t show, keep the £50 deposit and then pocket the cash. Anyways, he sent us to the one cash machine and was insistent we use that, it charged extra. Once we returned to the front desk with the cash, a different guy was waiting there (also front of house - brown blazer, square glasses, bald, walks around the place a lot). He took the cash, gave us no receipt. No pics of him online but I’m he’s 100% involved, if not the one organising the fraud. . Big shame, as it was a lovely meal and nice Shisha. The DJ was also good. I’ve stayed at the hotel (Syon park) several times and had great service there. When we came into Syon Lounge as hotel guests we were treated completely differently! Let’s just say it felt a lot more legit! . Please sort your front of house fraud scheme out before the financial authorities get involved and shut the establishment down, would be such a shame to loose the business over a few dodgy guys.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone although the decor is lovely. I went to enquire about renting the space for a Suprise party. I believe I spoke with the manager or owner. He told me that he does not do events on Saturdays as they are his busiest days. Without me asking he said "even if I did, you probably couldn't afford it anyway" I was very offended by this statement as it was extremely unprovoked and offensive. He then told me that he makes around £18k on Saturdays, he offered a section in the back that would seat possibly around 20 people at a price of £8k on a Sunday. I do not doubt that this venue gets busy but I do believe he is exaggerating with the quotes given and he's being extortionate. I would avoid but good luck to you, I guess 🤷‍♀️

Went syon lounge a couple of night ago , no one ever came to take our order we waited for 45 minutes and no one even bothered to ask if we wanted to order any drinks etc .we had to go grab someone to let them know we would like to order and the (I’m guessing manager ) came over full of attitude , took the order ,forgot a drink (we ordered two of the same drink but one with alcohol)and only received one .and when it did arrive they had forgot to put alcohol in it completely and even after they supposedly added alcohol it made no difference to the taste .and then a waiter dropped shot glasses on the floor right between mine and someone else table I collected some of the big pieces of glass and put it on my table and no one ever came to clean up the rest of it ,I was just stepping on broken glass the entire night . They were very attentive with their friends constantly greeting them and looking after them (their food and drinks came before mine eventhough I waited 45-59 minutes for service and they had only just sat down ). To make it worse the manager who was aware that we waited so long ,went ahead to give me the bill with service charge being crazy high . Honestly atp I couldn’t be asked I just paid and left . But honestly horrible experience ,the management is poor .

This place has become a joke. My Fiance & I came for valentines day, we had to ask for a menu as we were not given one after being seated for over 30 minutes. Even when trying to ask a server, they ignored us or said 1 minute and never returned. My Fiance had to go up and get one himself. We then had to wait again, it was clear no-one was coming to take our order. My Fiance then again had to go up and get a server to come to our table. We recieved our drinks a further 30 minutes later. We then waited another further 30 minutes and our food still HADN'T arrived. We were now 2 hours into our booking. My Fiance then AGAIN went upto the desk to complain & the response was "oh what was your table number, take a seat I'll be right there. NOBODY CAME so we decided to get up & LEAVE. I understand it was Valentine's day and busy but this was ridiculous & the worst service I have received. Syon Lounge used to be decent place but has recently become a dump.

Went to celebrate Valentines day. There was a set menu and nothing else on the menu was available (not even a side of chips). This wasn’t made clear on the website/socials. On arrival we were seated and nobody came to check on us or ask if we wanted a drink. We had to go up and ask if they could take our order. We received our food an hour later, a few of the other tables before us were waiting a while too I could hear everybody around us complaining. When our food did come we had to ask for cutlery. They then had the cheek to add on £20 service charge. Service was very poor, though I can understand it may be better and more attentive on a less busy occasion. Food was okay but would have been better if we could have picked the items. First experience, wouldn’t come back.

Do not go. Absolutely idiotic management. Sat down after being let in, to be told to move, which is no problem. Then to be told we’re not welcome and to leave despite being resistants of the hotel. Highly recommend anyone avoid.

I enjoy my visit here, venue was lovely-clean, modern,food was lovely yummy , I say some items a bit pricey, thou lots of choices to suit price range , food to share , service was excellent, drinks- cocktails 🍸a bit pricey,! Atmosphere gr8 with fab music tunes in the background, I defo go again 😀

The food used to be great, but it seems like they've changed the chef or something because the quality just isn't the same anymore. I remember having the truffle fries before and they were delicious; now, they taste completely different. And the saffron milk cake? It used to be so creamy and perfect, but it's changed too.

Overall a 10/10 experience. Food,staff, drinks and vibes were 10/10. The hostess at the door was really welcoming and so was manager. Highly reccomend this place for a night out or even for dinner .

Food was terrible, steak was tough as old boots and chicken was as dry as toast. Overrated over priced. Wouldn’t have eaten it if it was free. Service was slow and had to ask 3 times for the same thing.

Stuff very bad they only know how to deal with whoever they like . We were 3 people, and the hôtesse was very bad. She gave us a table for two people, and when we asked her to change it, she said no. The problem is that when two people came, she gave them a table for four people, and the food and drinks were very bad. When we want to pay, the person in charge only cares about the money. He does not care about the comfort of the customers or what problem we faced, I really do not recommend this place. We got upset about their dealing , and it would be the last time to go there. I see all reviews about stuff unprofessional, such a good place but the people are working there making it bad 👎

I’d like to start off by saying that the food was nice. It was tasty, fresh and hot, however the service I'm afraid was appalling! We were sat at the VIP lounge and the staff had not come once to check up on us. Even after pressing the buzzer, we had to wait SO long to get the bill.

Staff were very unprofessional- looked very clueless! Food took ages to arrive on our table and we had to keep reminding them of the whole order! The shisha was very harsh £38 not worth it. Overall the food was way too pricey for a bit of sushi and the food wasn’t very tasty- I would not recommend going there! Their service charge is £30 but their service was very poor!

Beautifully decorated is the only good thing about this place. I visited on 16 December 2023. The staff and service were below avarage. In order to get service, we had to raise our hands as if we were in a meeting on teams every time. Waiting staff was the worst, and what triggered this review. Our table was booked for 7 pm but we were running late due to traffic. We tried to make contact several times via their contact information, but no one answered. We were only 15 mins late, which wasn't a problem. It wasn't busy. No one asked us if we wanted to order drinks. We got served at 8:20, and they reminded us that they want the table back at 9 pm. So after ignoring us for nearly 1 hour, we were left with 10 mins to order, wait, and 30 minutes to eat and socialise. It was our first time at this restaurant. The table wasn't ready, no cutlery, no napkins, and no menu. No one explained that the menu needed to be scanned. Eventually, when we called a staff member over, she told us to scan the table rudely as if we were dumb. The manager was understanding. The wait staff needs training. Will not be returning.
