Good service when go there employess treat me really good

Their is so much salt in the chicken batter I had to spit it out never again no wonder it's empty in there

I mostly order collections from there and always get them on time seriously nice staff and fast service.

Overall nice food and environment

No one is responding the uber driver since 27 minutes I am waiting here inside restaurant just only for Wings I request you to hire for staff in FRONT

Chicken smelt disgusting, had red bits in it, didnt taste like chicken at all. Gave it to my sister to try and she threw up. I feel sick after only having a bite. never ordering from here again

Waited an hour and half for this only for it to be cold.

The plain wings were very spicy, and the delivery time was changed numerous times. The corn on the cob was delicious and so were the chips, the drinks were also wrong

apart from I ordered coke they gave me water

I ordered the food to be in time to open my fast,but it came late and was cold

food finally arrived after 1hour 40 minutes, absolutely freezing..staff on phone were rude .. terrible experience

This is my second visit to this branch first time I bought chicken in found it salty but thought it's probably a one off, second time had family over so made a big order of £40.00 when I brought food home I spat it back out it was so much salt that my mouth started to burn this time the whole family felt the same it was disgusting and not fit for human consumption I paid extra for peri chips the whole bottle of peri salt was poured over my chips which added to the salt. Bought gravy was literally water that tasted like burnt curry When I called the store they said sorry but you ate it.. Well how else do you expect us to taste the salt😂 there was £36 worth of salty food still left over when I spoke to a man who called himself lemon said sorry you have now eaten some so we can't do nothing. NEXT DAY I TOOK MY ORDER BACK TO STORE and demanded my money back I was told you can have more chicken what a joke. Would NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH IN HOUNSLOW WEST even if they were giving it away free

I ordered bbq wings in sauce clearly written but they sent just normal wings with taste of bbq but no sauce of bbq as they used to do waste of time and money

Never heard the delivery the restaurant not helpful at all

They don’t answer the phone orders from they last time and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly so I want to place an order and tried to call them to tell them to cook the chicken properly they not answer calls

The restaurant has my food ready within 30 mins but had no driver waited 1hr 20 mins

ordered an hour hour before delivery saud 8 oclock for delivery turned up just after 9 and was freezing cold food would have probably be nice if hot but hard to telk when its so cold

Driver forgot to give me my drink

He didn’t even come to bring the food and just left after waiting 5 minutes and he was in the wrong place the whole time

I called the restaurant and they said the driver left 30 mins ago…. When he arrived he was in a full blown punjabi argument with someone. My order was wrong and completely cold. First and last time order from this place. Asked just eat for compensation, they looking into it. That means F me and just wait for no comp. Ordered way before and it took the restaurant 40 mins to contact me abs say they had no wings, because they had a rush of customers… even tho I ordered way before … waste of money.

Food was cold and i was delivered the wrong wrap. Delivery was great tho

Ordered 6 whole grilled chicken and peri peri chips it was worth every penny some of the best chips and with 2 whole chickens priced at 15 pound you cant beat it. I hundred percent recommend the peri peri chips!

This is my first order and I absolutely love the taste! The barbecue chicken wings were my favourite

Fried chicken was excellent. Tender and juicy. Really appreciate them taking my note and gave me thighs and legs instead of breasts 👍 Wings were a bit overcooked though.

These people are so igorent they d9nt care about their customers i had placed an order for £40 and was trying to call them to let them about some allergies requir ments but they never picked up i ll never order here again. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT 😤 😒

Ordered chicken nuggets big box family sharing…after eating my mom and my son who is 3 years old had several times vomiting….this was the meal we expected to be a dinner and it became a disaster.never go to this place Hounslow West….not worth risking your health

I had the half peri peri chicken hot with corn. It was good. I couldn't complain. Tasty, freshly made and generous in portion size. Cheap and cheerful! My order took a little longer than others as I guess they had to make it whereas the fried chicken is already made. I ate in. There are not that many tables. Staff were pleasant. Fast service. My small negative was cleanliness. Tables desperately needed a wipe. Halal.

Driver was very rude.,, I asked him politely to close front gate after he left made a rude comment walked away not closing the gate

Not bad food very average menu is better than before overall not bad. But wouldn’t say I’d make a habit of going there would try another place

Ordered the rice and chicken which was described as diced peri peri chicken breast coated ontop of a bed of rice instead got a couple of dry strips on a bed of rice with little to no sauce … burger was cold and wings were dry .. not happy with order and did not finish our meal really sad and poor quality

the driver was brilliant and waited for me to arrive as I didn't check the address and sent it to my work which was 10 mins away from home. if I has messaged he would have happily redirected himself.

Completely row chicken, replaced with chicken side, then it was the same. Spoken to manager was insist it’s ok to eat! Ridiculous. People should avoid this place for health and safety point of view.

Usually get fast service and fresh hot quality however today the order kept getting delayed. When the food did arrive it was cold and the wings were not fresh at all.

I ordered 60 spicy chicken wings for family surprisingly I also found meat which does not look like spicy fried chicken wings and it stank and had massive bone which is coated to look like fried chicken wings. I threw up right after I found this

I saw 3 staff there today. 2 out the back working like troopers. But the young lady on the till serving and boxing the food was working the hardest of all. She was superb. It was very busy and easy to see why. Its a good shop with really good staff

2 times report that the portion of chips is less quantity. The Manager didn't bother mail the representative of Chicken cottage but nothing been done after one month I buy a chips portion got more than last time and yesterday I buy again here less quantity. Cold food, barely any lettuce in the burger, the portion of the chips was very small & cold

Their Peri Peri chicken was unexpectedly good on this occasion. Made for a great dinner on its own! Quick delivery!

Salty popcorn 5pcs only paid 3.50 with fries so unhappy my kids to see when they was hungry from school At list they should mention on it ! Only 5cps . It’s not a kids meal at all ! Never come back again !!

The staff was very unprofessional the 1 was on the till the way they served food like they give it for free whenever u go after 11 am serve what they have on Display if u ask for burger they said is finish online it showe that they close at 1am when u go there they said is 12am the wings and chips they give as was not even worm and the grill chicken was not even cook it was red inside

Everything was tasty but one downside was chips and burger was abit cold not inedible but warm-ish cold.

I received the wrong wraps. The bbq sauce or whatever it is is really hot. My child is now having to wait even longer for dinner

Ordered few items and nothing was to a good standard. Most of the items were cold and bland. Not expected from such a establishment business and members in the house now have bad stomachaches

We called them, but no one picked. Then we checked their closing time on google and on their website it was till 1 am, so we been drove their from feltham and they were cleaning and door was shutt. Even if you are closing early for some reason, at least answer the call so no one will waste their time to come there.
