Shere Khan in Hounslow

had there lunch offer starters chilli paneer(wasnt chilli it was sour and red ) main lamb karahi(it was boneless and meat smelt of game (fatty) and one naan I did complain to the waiter nothing was done about it apart from saying i will let them know. dont care for their customers i feel their standard of food and quality is slacked.

Really like this restaurant - nice food, friendly staff - plenty of parking near the restaurant & very nice decor/asthetic. Also thank you for doing a last minute bday plate for me, much appreciated.

Seriously bad service for a big party. Drinks brought in jugs, supposedly Coke and lemonade. Lemonade taste like soda water, Coke was chemically. Both flat. Food was just soaked in salt, just about ate it .never again. Woman in the front of restaurant has a attitude problem too

2nd time coming here, we all had the lunch offer which we all very much enjoyed even my 12 year old son. Service was great, friendly & clean inside. Lovely & cool. & we will return :)

I wasn’t really happy with the taste and me and my husband were quite disappointed but the best thing was the service given to us by Adnan, he was extremely helpful and quick to serve us, was friendly and supportive, that’s the reason I gave 5 stars. I ordered egg rice it had no flavour and chicken jalfrezi had no Chinese flavour .

This was the second visit however disappointing!! Was worth only the first time.. This time the staff was all in a hurry to serve, the starters were delicious but the mains were disappointing.. the butter chicken was also not up to expectations!!

We were well hosted by Manpreet kaur, who ensured our dietary requirements were well met. She was very sweet and patient as we were one of the very last customers. Me, Maggy and family will surely visit again.

Stuff is rubbish food just OK there lunch deals £9.99 if you are couple or friends u have to buy 2 time u can not buy single deals there will make u pay twice Stuff make u embarrassed u to pay twice I have order started with a deals £9.99 there forced me to order extra food to make sure 2 people eat enough I think that is not right you eat what you like and afford food price is high quality not 5 star also there give you free drink if u give 5 STAR REVIEW THIS people are very dodgy

Can’t belive this establishment has this rating, 5 star all the way for me and the family, was hosted by Raja whom looked after us exceptionally, the food was the best Pakistani food I’ve had in a while, full on flavour with quality ingredients, nothing compromised like some other places I have been to due to price rises… well done the Shere Khan team… will be coming back next week… can’t wait.

Went in for an after cinema meal, atmosphere was top level. Very posh asian restaurant. Food was better than the restaurant. Definitely 5 stars 🌟

Shere Khan in Feltham-First time visiting today, I love their decor and the food did not disappoint! Samosa chaat was tangy, spicy, full of texture with a perfect crunch. Also tried there Haleem and Nihari. Haleem is my ultimate comfort food. It’s made with meat(beef or lamb) lentils and barley. It’s finely blended to a thick stew/soup. it’s a must try on their menu, it was easy 10/10! My haleem craving was fully satisfied. I had mine with a parata, which was soft yet flaky, absolutely gorgeous combo with my haleem. The Nihari is a slow cooked meat stew, this dish was beautiful cooked, the thickness of the sauce and overall flavour was divine! To finish off for my dessert I had a cup of chai and warm gajar ka halva with vanilla movenpick ice cream it was perfect! I would definitely recommend you try Shere khan, really enjoyed their food want to say their service is 10/10 the staff are great at their job. We were taken care by their FOH called Raja, he was so professional, highly skilled at his role and very humble and friendly. He was incredibly attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. He couldn’t do more to help us feel comfortable. Im always overwhelmed and appreciative of great customer service and I feel it’s only fair I also leave a review for Raja so his hardwork is recognised by the company! Once again thank you Raja for 5 star service!

Nikhil who served us was excellent in helping us choose . He was very courteous and professional in his manner.Decor and food is beautiful. Highly recommend people to visit.

Placed looked packed. Didn't think that we would be seated, but we were. Nikhil our server was so sweet. Friendly, very professional. Super impressed. The manager Fareed is polite, professional and easy going. Compliments to the kitchen and chef Sishan. The food was amazing. Super tasty. Quick to get to the table. We will definitely come here again. Compliments to everyone.

My family booked Shere Khan Feltham for my birthday get together. The food, service and ambiance was great and Raza Ali took care of all our needs and requirements.

I have to give this restaurant 0 stars if I could score this place any Lower then that then I would certainly do this - we went to the Feltham Branch last night 30/12/2023 (3 ladies and 2 kids ). We ordered lamb biryani , chicken tikka and lamb chops (along with drinks) and all 3 of us ladies have got diarrhoeas with severe stomach cramps ,luckily the kids had chicken nuggets and chips so they seem to be ok . I really won’t be recommending this restaurant or will be going there again . We didn’t keep the receipt , we paid £30 cash and the rest was on a card . I’m attaching the receipt
