Went here for the buffet lunch today and we were so impressed! Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut since I was a kid and it was much better than I remember. Pizzas were really hot and delicious. Salad bar was huge and varied - loads of sauces too. Also really clean which was good. Lovely cheesy garlic bread and pizza crust-like garlic bread which is a fab idea. Also used the ice cream machine and was impressed with the toppings available, and the ice cream was tasty. The lady who greeted us was so friendly and welcoming and it made a big difference to our meal. We paid £20 each for the buffet but it included bottomless drinks and ice cream too, so we thought it was good value. Would definitely go back for a treat! Not a fancy restaurant of course but lovely staff and food - you can’t really go wrong with pizza, pasta and ice cream!

Perfect option for quick, healthy, tasty food. The buffet is great value for money, with so many salad options!! The garlic breadsticks and tomato pasta from the buffet were delicious. The manager Nadeem had amazing customer service and kept the restaurant very organised despite being busy with large groups! The greeting I had from Ina when I arrived was so welcoming, she explained everything to me thoroughly and was so attentive throughout my visit. The entire team were extremely friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs and the length of my visit.

Food is great, I hate need to order via an app just so that they can acquire data. Arrived about hour after opening for the buffet, yet at 12:20 there wasn't 1 pizza ready?? Service was friendly but the delay was annoying.

It's a family friendly place with good food. A nice salad bar, and my daughter loved the make your own ice cream with sprinkles.

I visited this afternoon with my family and I have to say I was really impressed . Simmi Kohli runs a smooth ship there she has excellent customer service nice and friendly very welcoming the food was free flowing no delays and waits she was keeping an eye on the buffet making sure she and the lovely chef were in sync . I visited previously and we had to keep waiting there was not much choice but today well done to the fantastic efficient manager we had a lovely lunch . I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut and definitely recommend Simmi Kohli thanks you

Really convenient location as it’s close to TenPin bowling. The staff are really friendly and the salad bar is well stocked.

It was ok. The kitchen is really struggling to replenish pizza. Most of the time the hot plate was empty. I had to keep coming to check every 5 minutes to get a slice of pizza.

Closing time 10pm Didn’t let people in after 21:30. Checked online as we were going to book a table. And the times were upto 10pm. Workers in any hospitality are meant to serve customers till their CLOSING time. The woman who denied these customers was called Inna. And staff started closing duties prior. I’m not complaining for us because we came in earlier, however to see other people get turned away was a P take. I work in hospitality and to see this was disappointing. Especially for a large chain restaurant. On the contrary Ishmael was great. And it’s not like it was a small amount of people this was SIX customers.

Very nice looking restaurant if staff will have time to clean... lots of dirty dishes on the tables, mess on the floor, ice cream area in very bad state. Don't understand why, when you do all by for self. QR code to pay, drink you do by your self, food you take by your self so how come staff doesn't have time to clean dirty dishes? Very uncomfortable there.

Great service and friendly and helpful staff. Food tasted really bland. The crust was almost bigger than the toppings and no care in making the pizza very sloppy!

Loved the Veg Sizzler Pizza with handcrafted Sour dough crust. Chocolate Brownie and Garlic bread with cheese were great as well 🤤 Service was very good. Daisy was kind enough to assist us for the same. Worth going 🙌🏾

The manager was awesome. Really Helped and looked after me and my children. Good was topped up regularly and hot food available. Items for kids to use like drawing and colouring. Really good, thoroughly enjoyed it.

My 3 year old son has multiple food allergies which we are used to dealing with when eating out and despite being told to order on our mobiles, the staff gave zero consideration to this. I had to walk up to the main counter and ask to discuss food options for his meal. The staff (one man in grey t shirt in particular) were dismissive of any questions I had which gave me zero confidence. I asked if they need to note down his allergies for the kitchen about 7 times to which I was told no each time and told that they’re not doctors and don’t need to know that level of information (?!). In fact the waiter went so far as to say that I worry too much(!!) to which I replied well, yes I have to because allergies can KILL PEOPLE and he’s 3 years old, of course I have to look out for him. Manager came over to speak with me and repeated the same info. My son and the food was fine but we eat out at restaurants on a weekly basis as a family and I have NEVER been laughed at and dismissed in such a manner. You need to educate your staff in handling allergies when dealing with food as that was completely unacceptable and could have been deadly, had I not known what to order my son in advance. Also, £150 for overpriced basic food - Pizza Hut isn’t what it used to be with poor service.

hardly any cheese on my pizza, very disappointed. supposed to be double cheese and double pepperoni on pepperoni feast but turned out to be the complete opposite. garlic bread just had a few blobs of cheese on each piece in the centre which was also disappointing.

Solid Pizza Hut offering. Perfectly accepting we didn't have too long here and served my dessert quickly without issue. Everything you'd expect from a Pizza Hut food wise.

The staff were fine, but I got fed up with the process of ordering on my phone at the table. When it asked me unnecessarily for my email address I decided I'd had enough and left. The manager did offer to take my order at the till but I'd lost interest by then. A sit down restaurant, even a casual one like this, should allow you sit down, relax, and order your food without hassle. I don't mind ordering at table from an app or website, but I did object to being asked for irrelevant information, wasting my time.

Good staff, bad food. The staff were really friendly. The food lacks flavour, Pizza Hut used to be good but now they sell below average pizza which is edible but not as tasty as what Domino's and Papa John's serve. The pizza choices are kind of boring, no tikka or tandoori. I didn't like how they put balslamic vinegar on a pizza. The drink choices are good, i liked the Pepsi Max Strawberry flavour, never seen that before.

The manager Nadeems service is exceptional. I noticed how he served every customer, making them feel welcome and special.

We were greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. The salad bowls and glasses were brought to our table quickly after the order. Kids were given colouring booklets which kept them busy. The quality of food was amazing. Pizza and salad in Buffett were hot and were always replaced quickly when finished. This is our go to place when coming to Cineworld or Tenpin. I have had my kids birthday parties here too. Will definitely visit again with family.

Everything is done via your phone, so when you are seated at your table you register your phone at that table amd then order everything via your phone and it is a buffet service !

Went for brunch, my mates and I now have food poisoning. YUCK. Pizza was so bland same with the pasta, all you can taste is tomato puree (worst margherita pizza I've had, and I've had frozen Tesco pizzas). Prices are crazy for what they're offering. Drink station was filthy and so was the ice cream station. Manager was obnoxious and thought we were freeloading from the buffet LOL, turns out the order came through a little delayed onto their system. Weird service. They should go back to ordering at the till if they're going to be weird about it. Only gave a 3 because of the lady who welcomed us in, she was friendly.

Flemingo (feltham highstreet)is far better than pizza hut . They are looting money with too much price .. not worthy It's only for those who have more bank balance... Large size pizza ( may be served to 2 people ) cost around 35 Pound and you don't even find much stuff when you order veg/chicken.. Unlimited icecream per head - 12 pounds ( logically each max can have 2 scoops,if you have outside 2 Scoop cost around 3-4pound) So recommend for so called 'Rich people' Indian /Asians - You may prepare and plan for have some stock at home 😄 to fullfill your stomach after you had your pizza at Pizza Hut.

Always come here with my family and never disappointed. Daisy and Ali especially gave us a great service! They gave us some free pasta from the buffet and seemed to give us whatever we needed before we realised we needed it ourselves! Great job guys :)

This place is getting old. Same old food, no more ambience and service is OK. can't complain about employees when they are too few and too much to be done. They try their best. I would not go here any more, unless my daughter wants to eat their mac n cheese.

the garlic bread was not toasted and the cheese not melted enough. Time delivering the food was bad. Busy I guess but cold garlic bread meant it was ready earlier than delivered. MP

Where do I start … We booked a table for six so they were expecting us on arrival we had to push tables together for our family to eat together. Our cups were not given for the buffet meals, children’s drinks not delivered so I had to go ask for them, the children’s meals came out at separate times, the ice cream bar was a state, not cleaned or wiped once. The manager was not managing properly. The poor lady who served us tried her best but I would see she was overwhelmed. After paying 20.99 for pizza buffet and salad bar I found a HAIR in my pasta and had to let them know. The salad bar was understocked the restaurant was chaotic and generally a really bad experience for Father’s Day. I would avoid at all costs.

Service was dreadful. We had to repeatedly ask for cups, sauces, bits of our order. I ordered chips and they were spicy when they came. I have an allergy to chilli so I asked if it was that which they contained. The manager went from 'no definitely not' to 'probably not' to 'well only a bit' . He didn't seem to see that this was at all a problem and gave me the allergy list. This was no help as chilli was not on it. He offered us garlic bread and some money back which although was great didn't actually help with the issue. He was very dismissive that this was at all a problem and wouldn't even check the packaging for me. The menu had absolutely no mention that chips contained anything but potato.

I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading very mixed reviews on here. We went for the buffet lunch on a Thursday during half term - the restaurant had a reasonable number of people in it but wasn’t overly busy (ie enough people eating the buffet pizzas without it being crazy). The staff were really friendly and helpful, and quick to get us seated and provide salad bowls, cups etc as soon as we had ordered (scanned qr code, very easy). Plenty of fresh pizza, which was replaced quickly when it ran out. This was our first visit and a treat for the kids - who loved the whole experience (with bottomless fizzy drink, pizza and ice cream).

Great place to have a peaceful afternoon lunch. Especially cheat meals as they have a value for money buffet deal which I had and I have no complaints. Good food!

Toilets are filthy, prices are extortionate for adults menu. Children's prices are very good. Service was great and pizza was mostly impressive. Very mixed feelings. Won't be returning for at least 6 months.

Booked a table on Wednesday for my daughters birthday on Sunday, arrived at 6 (time of our booking) just to have the server tell us there is no table available for us and squeezed 11 of us into a circular booth that we didnt even all fit into. Completely ruined my daughters birthday plans.

The atmosphere is great, the only issues is the price, gone up massively since the last time I went 2 years ago, shame really food prices go up and less people are unable to afford it

London days ninety’s in Pizza Hut for lunch with me mates ,five quid all you can eat and free flow coke, but you think it’s a lot but you eat too fast and don’t fit much in ,ages ago don’t listen to me must of changed by now , happy memories , still friends with the guys today so that’s something

I won't be a returning customer to Pizza Hut again. The buffet price at £21 for an adult is quite expensive when: 1. The quality of the food is low standard - taste is nonexistent 2. Lacks any type of variety including the salad bar - all looked unappetising and had been sitting out for a while with nothing fresh being replenished. 3. Had to wait for fresh pizza options to come out - mostly deep pan with only one option of thin crust veggie 4. The children's menu which is for up to 12 years old is absolutely tiny. When asked if more pizzas were coming out, the manager stated only if more people come in, which is fair however the options were limited to 4 pizza pans which 2 were the same. The only postive was the ice cream which was okay and had a range of toppings and 2 sauces. Such a disappointing visit.

The convenience of the location is really great and the quality of the food is sublime. I think the buffet is really good value for money compared to the adult pizza price.

Stopped by Pizza Hut in Feltham recently, and it turned out to be an unplanned yet satisfying break during my drive. The craving for a pizza with cheese-stuffed pastry hit me as I passed by, and I decided to indulge in the moment. The experience at Pizza Hut was surprisingly pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The highlight, of course, was the pizza itself—satisfying and delicious, exactly what I needed to recharge during my journey.

Amazing, helpful staff and a lively atmosphere. It was my first time eating from feltham, and the staff (i dont remember her name ) she was so so helpful in everything. It was a wonderful dining experience with all the music and decor.

Overall a good experience. Visited after four years and had a good meal.

Pizzas were really nice but the salad cart wasn't great. This maybe due to time that we arrived, would of liked pasta to been avaliable to. My issues around service are not down to any individuals but down to the way Pizza Hut seat you and then effectively leave you to order yourself & don't talk to you again till you leave. I understand this was introduced during covid but having good polite service during your meal makes all the difference and I would suggest that a full service be reintroduced. Atmosphere was like a party, loud music constantly played so I could barely my wife so that was strange for Pizza hut as this hasn't really happened at any other Pizza huts I've been to recently.

Absolutely outrageous portion for the dessert, basically half the size of what it was. Will not be ordering from them again.

It has been ages since my last dine in experience with pizza hut...I do so love their pizzas. The lack of warmth from the staff...telling me to order via the App..table number on the table. Only accepting card NOT cash. No atmosphere...practically empty. I had to get up and place my order at the counter as I did not want to use the App...nearly had a fit at the price (£20.98!) pepsi/make yr own 9" with 2 toppings/salad...still I was treating myself. I did enjoy my pizza but will not be returning anytime soon. Waitresses are not like they used to be. 😔

Delivery driver bring food without bag ,makes food freezing cold . Outside is -4 joke useless delivery service no quality at all

We had a great time on Boxing day with a group of good friends. The salads were really nice and fresh etc. The vegetable pizzas were lovely .

Very horrible attitude from staff, we always enjoy going to pizza hut but when we went to this branch the staff were extremely rude to us and when we complained about the staff they rudely told us to not come back ever again which we certainly wont.
