Very good customer service friendly guys and very fast and the food did not disappoint 10/10

when i entered into the store the staff were so happy and they greeted with a big smile.The girl who serve me was a girl in shirt i dont know her name thanks to her. And she suggested me to go for duo meal just for 3.99 thanks once again.

Thaya was fantastic! Super fast service so helpful and generous. Highly recommend!

The food was stale chips stone cold and the hot wings were as if they were from the day before not good won’t be eating there again

AVOID USING THIS KFC! Quality is awful. In our most recent order, ALL of the original chicken pieces had gone off and smelt terrible, with grey flesh. It clearly was well past a use-by date or had been left out of the fridge over the weekend. Hanworth KFC really needs a visit from a health inspector.

All the chicken pieces were off. Grey coloured meat and smelt awful and “gone off”. It was a Monday and I can only think that the meat was well past its use-by date.

Our food originally was expected at 17.40, we watched on the app as it was going the wrong way. I left a comment which wasn't answered, several attempts contact KFC were unsuccessful. our food finally arrived 18.35 it was cold

2 bottles of cold water were put into the same bag and this made the food cold

Too much uncooked batter in the crevices of the chicken, the fries tasted like they had been reheated and the gravy tasted more like vegetable stock than chicken.

Chips where soggy and food completely cold, driver was at KFC to collect my order but I waited nearly half an hr over the estimated time, I suspect the driver took 2 delivery’s and mine was the last on route. I originally stopped ordering from Just eat for this this reason as it happened multiple times silly me for ordering again

Very bad service without checking the address they deliver it in a different address and say its delivered will never again order .

Order was 1 hour 45 minutes late. Rang store several times, no reply. When finally delivered, half of it was dead cold. Furious!

Great Food, great service and great delivery.

The estimated delivery time went from 15-20 minute up to 25-45 minutes. In the end the delivery arrived after 35 minutes - soggy chips and a cold drink in the same paper bag as hot food , never the best idea to keep someone’s food hot.

The lady that was serving has no patience nor customer service skill at all. I don’t normally buy KFC myself came n for my daughter and son. The way she responded to me was absolutely disgusting.

Driver went on multiple delivery in the other direction from me! Food was cold. It would have been good!

The driver went in the opposite direction and picked up from a kebab shop and went and delivered that first before coming to us I’m actually getting fed up with Just Eat because it seems to happen to us every single time.

The food was cold we live 2 minutes from the restaurant the driver was driving around for 20 minutes at least with the food before he came to us

I placed an order at 19.12. I was notified that the order was despatched and watched the tracker as the driver went away from my address and was then motionless for 15 mins.... then went further away from my address.... my food has now been with the courier for 25 minutes for a delivery that should and usually is 5 mins. Arrived after 30mins with the food cold wasted money!

Perfect delivery, no problem with him. I am sorry to say but the zinger burger was not very well cooked. The chicken was pink and I had not noticed until I was half way through my meal. I am really surprised that they would send out undercooked meat.

Really lovely friendly staff! Nice and efficient with delicious food. I had a great experience there today, would highly recommend.

Map clearly showed delivery driver stopped at Burger King on browells Lane to collect another order which took ages and then delivered that order before mine. Food came late, cold and ended up being dry! Not pleased.

We have a weekly ritual of going kfc every friday after a hard week of work. Everytime we go to this branch the staff are so friendly especially the manager and the woman server they make us feel like the most important people there and always have such nice vibes with the team and always happy to help! I was worried when my local hampton hill closed down, but with hindsight this branch is just as good (if not better!) Thank you!!
