KFC Hanworth - Hampton Road in Hounslow

The guy on tills named Melvin was very arrogant and rude.

The estimated delivery time went from 15-20 minute up to 25-45 minutes. In the end the delivery arrived after 35 minutes - soggy chips and a cold drink in the same paper bag as hot food , never the best idea to keep someone’s food hot.

Not very warm sadly. Seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Disgusting behaviour by the staff

All the food was stone cold. Delivery driver couldn’t find the address and even said he was going to cancel the order.

I ordered a tower box meal but my burger came without a hash brown and cheese!

The lady that was serving has no patience nor customer service skill at all. I don’t normally buy KFC myself came n for my daughter and son. The way she responded to me was absolutely disgusting.

Didn’t ever arrive someone has our order and now left £35 down and starving. Not happy at all.

I didn’t receive my order at all. I ordered 20:22 and it says delivered at 20:34. I also give £2 tips then no food was delivered at all.

The courier delivered the package well and was very friendly too.

Chicken was chewy and not very nice at all, chips were cold.

Whilst it was still of good quality, neither of our box meals were correct with incorrect burgers in both.

Worst experience ever, worst behaviour from a manager when handing off an order, you need to give your stuff a proper soft skill training, after giving me the order he told me to go out like he owns the shop what manners you are recruiting your stuff with

The cold can was placed on top of hot food therefore making all the food Cold!!! Why not use separate badges you idiots!!

Hi. Yesterday's visit to KFC Hanworth was very nice. The lady behind the cash till was very helpful and when I wanted to order a rice box, she helped me choose the best deal to save some money. Thank you

Driver went to 3 other addresses then went back to shop then came to me. Food was cold all of it

Driver went on multiple delivery in the other direction from me! Food was cold. It would have been good!

The driver went in the opposite direction and picked up from a kebab shop and went and delivered that first before coming to us I’m actually getting fed up with Just Eat because it seems to happen to us every single time.

Order was very late as it was picked up over half an hour before the a push bike deliver rider who went to pick up another order , worst service ever , I will cancel my app maybe now.food was cold and some of it dried out.

20 minutes late and then when got here forgot to give drink, was a Pepsi. tried to call but didn't pick up

The food was cold we live 2 minutes from the restaurant the driver was driving around for 20 minutes at least with the food before he came to us

Perfect delivery, no problem with him. I am sorry to say but the zinger burger was not very well cooked. The chicken was pink and I had not noticed until I was half way through my meal. I am really surprised that they would send out undercooked meat.

I placed an order at 19.12. I was notified that the order was despatched and watched the tracker as the driver went away from my address and was then motionless for 15 mins.... then went further away from my address.... my food has now been with the courier for 25 minutes for a delivery that should and usually is 5 mins. Arrived after 30mins with the food cold wasted money!

Really lovely friendly staff! Nice and efficient with delicious food. I had a great experience there today, would highly recommend.

Map clearly showed delivery driver stopped at Burger King on browells Lane to collect another order which took ages and then delivered that order before mine. Food came late, cold and ended up being dry! Not pleased.

All the staff awesome they always help with the orders never ever I had a problem with these branch.

Wonderful staff lady working Friday shift nice food also. Very patience.

We have a weekly ritual of going kfc every friday after a hard week of work. Everytime we go to this branch the staff are so friendly especially the manager and the woman server they make us feel like the most important people there and always have such nice vibes with the team and always happy to help! I was worried when my local hampton hill closed down, but with hindsight this branch is just as good (if not better!) Thank you!!

The food was cold and the drinks were warm!

The driver went a couple of miles out of the way before coming to me then was rude when I queried him about it. I do understand it wasn’t his fault but the whole scenario was not a pleasant one. After complaining online got refunded 50% of my total bill, which I’m not happy with.

Chips were cold. Driver always has too many drop offs for the food to arrive warm. I may have to seriously stop using these app’s

Lovely lady /staff serving me today. Looked very clean and tidy.

I took the box out the bag and my box fell through as wasn’t packed properly. Fell onto the floor and my food was ruined.

Went in today and I was really happy with the customer service I received.The lady serving me was very helpful. The offer I thought I could get was only on delivery but she was patient and tried to help me get good value for my money. She even showed me the game on the app that I didn't know about. Unfortunately I forgot her name but 5 stars for customer service.
