Domino's Pizza in Hounslow

Take forever to answer the phone and don’t let you finish talking about a complaint without putting you on hold. Food states delivered by driver but was not given it or called by them to let us know what’s going on. Very unprofessional.

Saw the bad reviews but gave it a go anyways and couldn't be happier. Super friendly workers, 10 min wait time and perfect Domino's pizza. 5/5

I've ordered a 13.5" pizza but instead I only received a 12" one. I've called the store and the delivery driver collected the pizza but no one has contacted me to process a refund. Terrible customer service...

Ordered via Deliveroo, arrived stone cold. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza as I like the one Dominos do… and it was horrendous. The thinnest layer of cheese, overcooked, dry and the “beef” tasted odd. The slices were rock hard too. Thought we’d try them as we don’t usually as they’re quite expensive. Should have stuck to our local independent pizza place.

Google recommendations led me here and it was a great suggestion. Lovely warm welcome from staff as soon as I walked in. Lovely warm atmosphere, really nice seating. The kind of place you can sit and enjoy a lovely coffee inside or outside. I had a coffee and a marshmallow and chocolate pastry, both absolutely delicious. Gorgeous decor! Highly recommend!
