Popped in while passing through Montrose. Service was excellent. Did not need to wait to be served and food order taken. Food was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Would definitely recommend the burgers. And had to indulge with a large slice of white chocolate cheesecake with strawberry and chocolate drizzle garnish. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We shared the arancini balls and I had the pie and mash. The pie was lovey, arancini was basic. On a whole the restaurant was a little underwhelming, also VERY cold. It was already a cold evening outside but felt like the air on was on - didn’t improve after speaking with the waiter. The folly was fine for the visit but probably wouldn’t be going back.

The food was very nice, Ma Sha Allah. The Pizza was fresh and moist, with a mouth-watering blend of flavours. The same goes for the Loaded Fries, with juicy chicken, gooey cheese, fresh onions and jalapeños, and a flavoursome sauce. Kind and welcoming staff, great service, decent waiting time, and a nice, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely order from here again, In Sha Allah.

We had a great meal. The food was spot on, especially the BBQ Pork. There was plenty of choice for the picky eater with us. Service was impeccable, making it a really enjoyable evening. I’d love to see a citrus dessert on the menu next time!

MAY 2025 UPDATE! I came back! The menu has been updated since my last visit by fear not I've tasted the Chicken Wings and they are still AMAZING! I also tried the Chicken Parm, and that was delicious! The staff are still so amazing and friendly with one lovely Gent even remembering me 🥰 I will definitely be back during this visit and more in the future 🥰 if I could give more than 5 Stars I would! I had to come back for more and must say that as fabulous as the food is (honestly best chicken wings I've ever had), the staff are better! So friendly and kind, The Walkabout give you the feeling of a community, it's open, friendly and amazing views! I'll be back again the next time I come to Newquay
