The food was hot and 10/10!!!!!

Food was delicious. Mutton was cooked to perfection.

Really disappointing. Delivery time of 42 mins - in reality was 1hr 10mins! to make matters worse - was missing a whole meal. Restaurant would not/ could not deliver the missing meal and it's left for me to now wait 7 days for a refund for the meal they missed. Won't be using again and wouldn't recommend. Not a happy mother's day treat at all.

I ordered the curry chicken meal with chips. The chips were not cooked and should not have been sent to me in that state. Ridiculous

The Food was lovely , very tasty. The only problem was there was no drink or coleslaw with the food .

The times kept changing on JE and I had to wait 2 hours for the food to arrive which was cold! I had to call twice and was informed on the 2nd call (after a 40 min wait) there was an issue with the driver. Such a shame.

This restaurant has amazing food and an infectious vibe once you enter. The workers are always lovely and prompt with orders and the food is amazing. I recommend to everyone. 10/1

Excellent food, excellent staff!

Soup in a tiny container, when i contacted the shop they said they knew but the original container spilt when in transit. The tiny portion was £7.00. I will never use them again and urge other to do the same

Bought the salt fish fritters, what a joke, they were thin like paper, burnt to a crisp, and very oily, how can they get away with it. Not a happy customer.

I've never left a negative review before. I order curry mutton and jerk wing meal not only was the meal an 30 hour late I'm still searching for the seasoning, the fried dumpling was just flour and water.

Food was stone cold and half the order missing will not order from here again

ordered been waiting over an hour only to be marked as delivered with nothing arrive. staff had no driver details to follow up my order, very disorganise, I'm very disappointed with the service today.

when the food arrived it was cold sauce had leaked everywhere and alot of the food was ruined not to mention it taking over an hour before the food even left the restaurant

This place is a joke you walking and they just look at you you stand there asking can I get served and nothing happened never again this place needs new management.

I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened, the quality and taste never disappoints. The service is warm and friendly. Dishes like the oxtail, jerk chick wings, and curry mutton, accompanied with rice and peas are a must try as their flavours are top notch.

The customer service is terrible the staff always seem angry not friendly. The Saltfish fritters are greasy and soaked in oil and should be checked as it’s not healthy to serve

I found the I had brown stew chicken with steam veg. The steamed veg looked like it had come out Asda and heated in a microwave. The food in general could’ve had more flavour and I found it over priced

the rice and peas were dry and hardy any source in chicken curry and to bones not enough meat wouldn't recommend any more this restaurant has gone downhill

If I did not have any allergies towards this meal it would’ve been a 5 star but I am allergic to the thing I did not specifically order which is fish.

Red pea soup and roti was really nice. Mac and cheese wasn't at all tasty if I'm honest which is unlike this establishment, it's usually always pretty good but not this batch.

Delicious taste and mouth watering ,spices and jerky sauce all ingraved in the ingredients it's worth a bite, l would recommend a friend!

Lied about are food being delivered but when we call just eat they said they didnt even send out are orders but happy try take £40 pound got the refund back never going there again poor delivery service poor customer whole ting wack never going here again

Love the new look & feel of the place. Staff are friendly & welcoming. Fantastic new menu which is full of flavour. I had the boneless chicken , oxtail & rice and peas … definitely going to go back for more . Thank you x

DO NOT GET THE SALT FISH FRITTERS!! Inedible and pure grease. Just look at the photos and see how soaked the paper bag was. Took one bite and my mouth was covered in oil. Couldn't swallow it. Called the restaurant back and demanded a refund which they did with ease, so I know they know their salt fish fritters absolutely suck. The only thing the lady on the phone could say was 'Okay, I'll let the chef know'. What a joke. Their curry mutton with plain white rice was pretty decent. Jerk wings are not good, very bland. Won't be ordering from you again

Roti was not fresh,maybe it was made some time ago. I was sent 3 dhal purri s an 1 buss up shot.(all stale) I was given a very small portion of chic peas for £8. I ordered this curry last Friday and it was better.

Ordered food in store which took 35 minutes, then got home and didn’t even get one of the meals plus the portions are tiny. Food wasn’t great but dumpling was okay. Highly wouldn’t recommend. Also staff couldn’t work out the till or the card machine. Pretty shocking.

Red pea soup was 9/10, jerk was 10/10. The curry goat was a bit tasteless. The guy was very nice serving us.

I've been coming here for a while and the jerk chicken is always great. I tend to go for the hot option - which is nicely spicy (but ask for mild or medium if you can't handle it!). I also recommend the coco jerk sandwich if you're looking for a larger lunchtime snack.

The food is good... A must try and the chef has a welcoming personality.

Curry mutton was dry - how? Because the sauce had spilled into the bag. Defo worth researching your packaging options and starting again. Marble countertop stained because of said spill. Otherwise, food is alright. Don’t think I’ll order again.

My delivery driver was at the wrong address for 20 minutes without contacting me and my food was delivered crushed and spilled in the bag and he handed it to me like an *****

JerkPit provided the catering for my 60th and boy oh boy the food was fantastic we had 5 dishes on the menu from the brown rice and peas right down to the fried fish, curry mutton no complaints. The vegetarian dish was packed with potatoes broccoli carrots peas the dish was delicious not one guest complained. Food presentation was professionally displayed and the staff went beyond and above to help my guest feel welcoming I had over 150 guest and every single person enjoyed their meal. I will be using JerkPit for my next event. I have never known any catering services to be so outstanding in tastes professionalism and performance. They arrived on time set up with no hassle and at the end of the night their equipment was cleared and they left the venue in a timely manner. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏾

Was introduced to this place about 3 years ago by a friend and never fails me only place I go for yard food 100%. Every time I order online or walk in for takeaway never let me down, and today I went in and they had no coleslaw and the lovely lady made it fresh for me always a pleasure to come here never rude bless up yourselfs @ jerk pit

The rice tasted burnt, the chicken was chewy and tough probably old, the vegetables were soaked in something similar to mustard. Overall this food was the worst Caribbean food I have personally tasted and felt as Caribbean as Skegness. It did not help that the wrap I ordered came wrapped in paper from the Morrison's supermarket butcher's. For the money I paid I will definitely not be ordering again. Be aware that this may not be a restaurant run by or cheffed by Caribbean people.

The food itself is ok it’s just a shame that it’s rare for them to get your order completely correct. 9 times out of 10 they miss something from your order like a drink, chips or sauce which is pretty annoying when you expect what you paid for. The portion size for large meals should also be a lot bigger. I don’t know why they’re using small sized containers for large portion meals.

Forgot 3 items wouldn’t re deliver avoid!!!

My usual spot for Caribbean food. This place does the best food in London and crave ordering from here. Really glad I got a local Carribean place as good as Jerkpit

I had an incredible experience at Jerk Pit! The curry goat was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic Caribbean flavors. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, and paired wonderfully with the sides. Every bite was a delight. The highlight of my visit, however, was the amazing service. The lady who served me was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She made me feel right at home, taking the time to ensure that everything was just right. Her warm personality and genuine care for the customers really made my experience special. If you’re looking for great Caribbean food with outstanding service, I highly recommend Jerk Pit. I’ll definitely be back!

customer service is very bad i ordered for takeaway and it took very long for my order as there was not much customers and when i asked them they didnt reply in a respective way it was rude there was lady in front counter she was very rude

The food was flavoursome however they unfortunately forgot to provide coleslaw for both our meals.

Quality of the food was disgusting. Most of my order was missing, very small portions, came freezing cold.

Came here today, and I have to say the curry goat was spectacular, from taste to presentation! I’ll be coming back again

Chicken wings were amazing, extremely well seasoned! I wasn't keen on the red pea soup this time & the bakes, whilst nice, were little oily. I think could have been dried off a little more with paper towel to soak up excess oil but still enjoyable.

Food is tasty, but portions are tiny. I ordered the Mac n cheese for my son, but it was slightly spicy for him. So would appreciate if the Mac n cheese had no spice.

One of the dishes containing rice and beans was broken on the side. There were missing fried festival. The fried festival I received was so hard I couldn’t bite it.

I made an order for a regular meal and they gave me my meal in two small salad containers. I was literally upset. So not worth it my money!

Ordered a wrap meal with fries & drink and a saltfish fritter. I got a burger with plantain, i cant eat either, so looks like my late working lunch is a greasy fritter and a can of Ting after spending £13.30. I'm sad and I'm hungry. Never again

Food incomplete and rude service. I then had to book an Uber because they were an hour away by public transport. Food was dry and half missing from the order with no care from the manager. There was also a bug in my food.

Ordered from Ubereats for the first time and half of the order was missing and the other half had no taste. AVOID as I also so a cockroach in my order.

Ordered from this hell hole on Uber eats. Delivery was over an hour late and they gave me someone else’s order and refuse to answer their phone. Uber was no help ofcourse. Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. Do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else

I came here on a whim, and I'm really surprised they don't have better reviews. I ordered the jerk chicken and rice + drink meal and some plantain. First of all, the lady who works there is absolutely lovely, as well as the chef! Both really sweet, funny, helpful and accommodating. They were both really considerate and sweet about my allergies, the lady made sure to ask the chef about any allergens that may be present in the dishes and made me feel very welcome and taken care of. I didn't order many dishes, only the one meal but the food was great! I didn't try the rice and peas because I'm allergic to beans but the jerk chicken sauce soaked into the white rice was delicious already, I am sure the rice and peas is even more delish! The jerk chicken is smoky and well seasoned, really delicious! The plantain was amazing of course, sweet and moreish. Also the portions are really good! I have no complaints. Great customer service, lovely people running the place and cooking the food, and delicious, fresh food. I will definitely be visiting again to try the other dishes 😍

Bought food for 20 people. Oxtail..curry goat..jerk chicken. I had food poisoning from the goat and rice and peas. The rest of the group did not like the food at all. IF YOU HAVE SENSE DO NOT EAT HERE!!
