Found a rubber glove in food, thought it was some fat off the mutton or an onion of some sort to then find out it’s part of a rubber glove I’ve got pictures of what it looks like, been put off this place now as I used to ordered all the time, my partner now feel poorly as he ate some of it thinking it was some of the food.

Found foreign objects in food. Like a rubber glove.

Worst Caribbean food I’ve tasted I had jerk chicken rice peas and veg with dumplings. Currently got food poisoning from the chicken I left most of the meal. I will never be going here again and not recommending it to anyone expensive to an absolute shambles. Should be ashamed aunt sallys

Amazing service from Marcel, he was very attentive, and made us feel really looked after. They added a personal touch that made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

In total honesty: Decent food, reasonable price, only let-down was the woman at counter was a tad rude in her tone and not welcoming at all. Eating environment is clean.

probably because I collected my order late evening the quality of food wernt as it usually was. i ordered a XL meal and it didnt come with any veg and barely any gravy

The prices are astronomical now portion sizes are too small not value for money if you want something to eat fairy enough I'll go elsewhere too expensive now and it's a shame you used to have options small medium and large now it's just medium and large and these little boxes that put your food in is ridiculous There's no options for somebody on the budget they sell their dummpingz really expensive as well Not value for money no more !

I've used aunt Sally's for years but this Saturday ordered two xl muttons n dumplings the meals were half fmthe size in the box n dumplings cold so basically paid for one meal not 2 I won't order from there again feel conned n food gone down hill the taste

food came wrong and no1 answered the phone. I don't know how hard it is to follow instructions . there fried dumplings are soft and soggy. never using this place again . if I order mutton I expect mutton not chicken .

So I ordered a LARGE ackee and saltfish rice and peas and steamed veg. Firstly I was just waiting for them to tell me they dont have an item which I was right. For the 10th time they have ran out or veg which is embarrassing. They shouldn’t be running out of nothing. Then I come home, opened the box which looked small, then my food was literally half the size! Didn’t top it up. They have kids working behind the shop serving peoples food and not getting it right! This food is not cheap aswel! Taste wasn’t all there, wouldn’t be going there again. Aunt Sallys have gone downhill big time and seems like they’ve become very lazy! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

As always, I can’t say enough about this fantastic restaurant. The portion sizes are consistently massive, and the food quality is incredible. There’s a perfect balance of flavours, and the overall experience is enjoyable from the moment you arrive until your very last bite. If you’re looking for a truly delightful meal at a very reasonable price, this is the place to go. Highly recommend it!

Ordered for delivery a large jerk chicken, small fried chicken, coleslaw and 3 dumplings. The dumplings were missing from the order. The fried chicken had a tiny amount of gravy on despite requesting stew chicken gravy. The chicken was mostly bones and the rice/veg had no taste. The worst Caribbean food I've had. Will never order again.

I love the food from here. Genuienly tasty. The only complaint is that every single time we order, they miss some food from the order off - this is very frustrating and it happens every time, on this occasion it was the dumplings - not great

Aunt Sally's is a Great Caribbean Takeaway the food is always delicious and I can recommend many of the dishes they are all tasty, but my favourite as to be the Oxtail Rice, Veg and Dumplings best I've ever tasted. The portions of food you get are very good I would prefer them to be bigger but that's because I enjoy the food so much, plus the service is Great I Appreciate Aunt Sally's and as a Food Take Away shop they should be very proud.

Lovely home cooked food which is so rare to find in that area. Every other place on that road is just processed burgers, donner, pizza, etc but this is food made with passion and soul. Staff are friendly and always a pleasure to see a smile on auntie’s face. Check it out guys!

I had jerk chicken with a portion of plantain and 3 for two dumplings. It went down like the bomb. I was served by Kal she is always eager to please, polite and friendly with a smile. The best lunch break this week.

Ordered jerk chicken and oxtail through Uber eats food arrived the smallest portion I ever did see , literally wouldn’t fill up a small child the oxtail was just straight bone no meat on it at all. They didn’t put my steam veg in , my dumblim was dryer than dry and the Mac and cheese was dry and hard. I eat yard food multiple times a week and it wasn’t too standards at all , just disappointing when you’ve spent £30 pounds on. And the portions are just shocking.

So BLAND no FLAVOUR! The rice and peas tasted funny. The only good thing to say was the food arrived hot! Apart from that I’m disappointed to say…. I will never order from here again! Needs to improve on seasoning. Sorry!!

I’ve never had such disgusting oxtail.. Currently suffering from food poisoning just hours after eating. Portions are small for the price and honestly the food is not worth it. There were only three kidney beans in the rice. I’ve tried other items from here and the only dish that’s edible is their hake fish. Definitely not an authentic Caribbean restaurant.

The young staff front of house are always polite well mannered and deal with the customer in a timely manner. I want to know the secret of the fried dumplings as they are awesome and keep me coming back. From my perspective this is the example of how a West Indian takeaway should be.

Estaba un poco indecisa, ya que nunca había probado su comida antes, y esperaba encontrar un buen lugar caribeño que sirviera mis platos favoritos: sabrosa ensalada de col, suculento pollo y festivales, ya que no soy fan de las albóndigas. Esto es lo que pedí: Pollo idiota Cola de buey Chips Coleslaw Festivales Tengo que decir, 4 de los 5 artículos eran absolutamente deliciosos. El pollo patán era jugoso, y la salsa tanto del pollo patán como de la cola de buey era perfecta para mojar mis papas fritas. La ensalada de col era increíble — me encanta una dulce, y esta versión caribeña casera era de primera categoría. Claramente tenía una receta secreta. Desafortunadamente, la única decepción fueron los festivales. Se veían increíbles, pero cuando las mordí, eran tan duras como las rocas, sin exagerar. Sospecho que habían terminado, se habían calentado, haciendo que se endurecieran cuando llegaron. Dicho esto, sin duda volvería a pedir desde aquí porque me gustó mucho la comida. Incluso pediría los festivales de nuevo, pero haría una nota para solicitar que no se precalientan. Estoy feliz de calentarlos en casa para mantenerlos frescos, o sería genial si el restaurante ofreciera una opción para festivales fríos o calientes al ordenar. ¡Gracias, tía Sally, por la deliciosa comida! Expectativas altas pero por supuesto realidad baja. Pedí una envoltura de pollo pero tenía una onza de pollo, el resto era solo arroz, también pedí ensalada de col con ella, pero eso no apareció. Por último, pedí papas fritas condimentadas, pero no se entregaron también.

The young lad with the dreads seemed like he had chip on his shoulder. I ordered the large mutton and rice and peas which were meant to come with coleslaw but only came with steamed veg, on the plus side there was loads of meat which I actually expected less. I found it a bit uncomfortable just sitting in there on silents while eating.

Mutton curry and oxtail lacked flavour. Chips was soggy. Lack of veg, got a table spoon of veg. Missing dumplings for the one meal. The upside was the dumplings and banana cake with custard was nice.

Honestly the lady on the phone was so kind I feel bad for having to review so low but the food just wasn’t it. There really wasn’t much flavour to anything besides the rice which was kind of just more spice than anything. But really lovely customer service. Thank you :)

On arrival i was told some of my order wasn't actually available and was only given an option to take a completely different replacement item in place of what I'd actually paid for. I also had to wait another 20 minutes after the time they said it would be ready for collection. The food was ok but I've had a lot better Carribbean food alot better priced. £20-30 here will get you what £15-20 would elsewhere in my opinion. I'm pretty sure you pay for the brand at this place and it ain't all that.

One item, coleslaw, was missing!

Oh, mis días. La de la tía Sally no la defraudaste. Soy de Aldridge, pero por ahí hoy y busqué en Google Caribbean’s en Wolverhampton mientras me sentaba en las peluquerías. Llegaste a cinco estrellas para los estándares alimenticios, así que pensé en darle un vuelco y sorprender a mi pareja con un poco de cabra. VAYA. No solo soy rubia recién hecha, sin lavarse, sino que mi compañero está cayendo y cayendo sobre su cabra al curry, tres lados y una bolsa de papas fritas. Todo por un costo muy pequeño de 14 libras. Estoy bastante seguro de que está a punto de proponerle matrimonio. El personal que servía era excelente, nada demasiado problema. ¡Raciones brillantes, masivas! Vamos a Netflix y ‘refrigerarnos’ ahora, como literalmente, ya que estamos demasiado llenos para cualquier otra cosa, y luego golpear al resto. Nos vemos en seis semanas cuando me recuperen las raíces y una señora no señorita.

I originally lived in wolves now I live in Northern Ireland. Where I live there’s no Jamaican food so I’ve been proper hankering some curry mutton and fried dumplings! Ordered from Aunt Sally’s today and the food was bangin’!!! Proper hit the spot! Food was full of flavour the meat melted in your mouth!! I’d deffo recommend Aunt Sally’s to anyone wanting Jamaican food! 5* from me!!

Why in God's name do they call their brown stew chicken as such, when it doesn't taste anything like it. Salty, and a very strong cheap bland gravy taste was all I experienced. I don't know who cooks their food but this wasn't anything like brown stew chicken. Never ordering from them again

Second time collecting from here after a recommendation and it didn’t disappoint good food portions and quick service not having to wait long to get my food .. will be eating from here again without a doubt

I bought food last Monday through deliveroo I paid nearly £12 in total for food and a can of pop the delivery driver turned up and there was no can of pop so they charged me for the pop but failed to send it, i called and called but they did not answer the phone, wont be buying from there again not happy at all.

We are regulars here but the last 2 times going there especially today as I treated my hubby for his birthday i have spent just under £50 (large meals) to hardly get anything we actually paid for. It's always the same boy who does this every time even when I repeat it twice just do we don't get ripped off, future reference I will be avoiding him serving me from now on as it's a lot of money for get next to nothing.

My first visit to Aunt Sallys! Met by a polite young man named Jerome. He was enthusiastic, efficient and very polite. You can eat in comfortably, nice decor and atmosphere! The food was fantastic! I had Mutton, Rice Peas and Dumplin and I cannot complain at all! Mutton tasty and tender, correct proportion of sauce to rice meaning I ate the whole meal! Very impressed well done Jerome and Aunt Sallys! I will definitely be back soon!

Almost an hour late delivering. Food was stone cold and had to be reheated. No dumplings on any of the meals. No salad as requested on one of the meals. We recommend this place to friends and we’re so shocked at the quality this time it left us embarrassed. No answer from the restaurant despite numerous calls. How are you supposed to rectify these issues if you can’t speak to anyone?

Appalling. An hour late and when I tried to call the restaurant no one answered and sadly when it came it wasn’t even worth the wait. The food was plonked together and a side was missing. Meat was tough and the chicken was mainly bone. Felt as though I needed to pick through my food because of the amount of tiny bones, even found one inside of my Mac and cheese and the fact that this was solid means it didn’t just fall in there and got in there during the cooking process.
