Great staff tasty food clean restaurant

Ordered for delivery by Just Eat , delivery was fine but the fries were cold , and beef burger was lank with little salad , was spot the salad , did not look appealing , on the plus side my chicken stack with the hash brown was scrumptious

Edit. Its still junk. Cleaning here is clearly not something that TH are interested in. The garbage music is too loud, making it almost impossible to talk to others in your group. You could learn a lot from. McDonald's.

Breakfast and donuts are nice. Lunch is just not great. There are so many nice local takeaways to us and we paid £25 here for food that took ages, got the order wrong several times (no timbits with kids meal, wrong drinks, waiting on lattice fries for ages, no one offered to bring them over to us despite waiting a good 10 minutes for food, then another 5 for the fries and sorting out the drinks and timbits). Just resent paying that for 2.5 people and poor service. I feel like all fast food chains these days they prioritise the deliveries and don't really care about customers eating in.

An ok place for a snack as they open early . £1 for a breakfast snack as long as you buy a coffee , £3.50.

The burgers here a very nice prefer them to McDonald's. Staff a fine and polite. Ordering and payment is done via terminal as you walk in. Then you go with your receipt to pick up point and wait till your number is called. There's plenty of seating and I've never struggled to find a place to sit.

Aimed for breakfast but was delayed till lunch - main criticism is it's like a McDonalds clone

Nothing special to make it stand out from its competition. Maybe a slight improvement on maccies burgers flavour wise, but only just. The waffle fries were soggy and a disappointment. The milkshake was tasty. Just okay over all, certainly nothing that would cause you to pass any other burger place if it's closer.

Far better than I get at maccys. The quality of the food is so much better. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I go in most days now...... order the same every day. God help me when I change my order cos they already know now what I habe every morning.

I pop in regularly for breakfast and a coffee. The product is great though slightly overpriced and i find the service to be slow and disorganised especially when it gets busy.

Very friendly staff and good food.

First time visiting after hearing mixed reviews since they opened, just wanted something quick before cinema. I had the triple burger my wife a single, they were a lil bit oily and tasted reminiscent of burgervan burgers. For the price not bad, it filled the hole until we eat later but neither of us would rush back.

The last couple of times we've visited it's not been great, going to have to throw in the towel now. The coffee is always too hot, like tea, that's not how coffee should be served. Doesn't matter if you get a cappuccino or hot choc with cream, syrup and chocolate sprinkles etc. As it's so hot and served in disposable cups, it gets all mixed up by the time you get to your seats and take off the lids. And what is it with that, I understand recyclable disposable cups are better for the environment, but why serve them like that when we're drinking in. I hate to sound harsh but I feel it's an accurate and fair description. If you like donuts get Krispy Kremes instead, if you like coffee, go to an indie.

Fantastic food and service and great prices.

Vanilla latte is a must. Service is always fast with polite staff.

Great offer on the breakfast, only £1 when you’ve ordered a drink. Coffee is really good. Can’t fault it, store was clean and quiet perfect for a sit down and a catch up with a friend without being disturbed by noise.

I came with my friends and husband for breakfast. The food was really good and loved the chipotle sauce.

Manager was downright rude..girl at till didn't take off our discount...after speaking to manager she came back and said we could have a donut...I said we didn't want one...then the manager walked over said to her its only £1.15 they can have a donut..we made it very clear we didn't want it..I then left it as the girl was getting quite distressed and kept apologising...lattice fries we ordered were over done to the point of being rock hard..bins were all full..tables hadn't been wiped...put us right off.

I have been to there and yes it's amazing experience. Everything including food, service and atmosphere. Keep it up 👍

Tim Hortons is so cute, quick, a little pricey but worth it! Love their Donuts. I had the caramel and maple, it's so sweet but perfect for a weekday treat!

It would be great if there was a vegan option. Also the ordering system is a bit counter-intuitive; if you want to take advantage of the cheaper breakfast, you need to order a drink first and then add the food.

I went there and received outstanding service. Even though it is new it was being ran so smoothly, 10/10 for food and drink aswell.

The food here is pretty good. I've had a chicken burger here which was nice and I woukd recommend the Boston cream pie doughnut, it is so so tasty. When they do the breakfast deal as well that is good for the money and I have had a fair few times. Service is okay its fast food so there isn't much interaction but wasn't any bad interactions. It's worth a try but won't be the best food you ever eat.

Staff are utterly miserable and don’t even give you the time of day. They don’t listen when you order and you have to say your order 3 or 4 times.

Today i ordered french vanilla drive through. The girl give me coffee tasted like cappuccino. Not tasted french vanilla . So after 3 minutes drive i went back and asked for my coffee she picked coffee from and again give the same one.they need to change their staff who knows better how to make coffee

If you want a coffee or a cold drink it's okay to go too but has for the food it's nothing special. Especially when you order 6 box of donuts and they hand over the box to you and instead of smelling fresh doughnuts there's this smell of indian curry but it's not a nice smell it's like a sweaty indian curry. Has for the taste test of theses dongunts don't get me started. They tasted like stale bread that's been left out for weeks. £8.99 for 6 doughnuts that taste like garbage.The dounguts went in the bin. Taking my custom to greggs at least I'm guaranted a cheap dongnut that tastes fresh 👍🏻

Need to clean the toilets, made me feel sick. Food and coffee okay. Some staff are lovely but most, mainly the older women who struggle with English are rude. Wont be returning.

Whilst the decor and seating was plush. The breakfast filled a spot but was sub par for taste in comparison to other known brands. Also the process to get breakfast for £1.00 is convoluted.

This is a pleasant place. Quiet...not like KFC or MC Donalds, good prices....and most important fresh meat and bakery and very taste cofee. I will deffinetly come back

All good apart that I don't drink chocolate swapped it once took the other drink as "late" and got hot chocolate. 🤢 Then drove off realised 15min later no time to go back. Why ppl work in coffee shop if they don't appreciate or recognise the difference..

Quality has gone downhill. Worst burger I have ever had, paper thin cheese, no sauce, grey and dry patty, the whole thing was cold. Mushy and cold chips and the most watery milkshake ever. I was sick for hours after. And the donuts are now £3.6 which is simply ridiculous. Definitely will stop going.

Not the best food to takeaway 😕 the burger had that nasty green sauce on it and you can't take it off ruined the burger for me 🤮 otherwise it would of been nice 🙂 the wedges were all hard and not nice 🤮 but the strawberry milkshake was gorgeous tho absolutely loved it 🙂 the Donuts my husband said were nasty and hard and disgusting! We won't be going back there again!! Not worth it!!!

very nice place to sit with friends or study! i come here all the time and the staff are always so kind and friendly. there’s free parking, menu is always bringing in something new and there’s always something new to try. the timings are also very good there are open early close very late! if you’re close it’s a really good spot to visit x

Really great place, clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Kids meals free on a Saturday with a paying adult. Lovely coffee and chocolate milkshake.
