Tim Hortons in Wolverhampton

Just took 15 mins to get two coffees in the drive thru! When we FINALLY got to the window, the lady tried to confirm my order but it was incorrect. Then she made one of the coffees whilst directing her colleague to make the other but he kept only doing part of the job and then walking off! She kept having to bring him back to finish making it. And then when we left we realised one of the coffees we ordered was actually a hot chocolate!!! No way we were going back to change it though if it took that long just to get them... Very disappointed

App says delivered - definitely not delivered - so can only assume the driver is enjoying our breakfast with a mate as a code was needed to deliver it

food arrived one hour and thirty minutes late and was cold on arrival.

I always stop by here after work to grab some food and a drink. The Cherry Cooler is excellent—refreshing, flavorful, and just the pick-me-up I need after a long day. Great service and a cozy atmosphere keep me coming back!

Now they are open 24/7 great service from staff nice and clean kids friendly environment and fantastic food excellent choice of milkshakes although the price is a bit higher but worth it

Lovely quick service. Large open space, feels very welcoming and can stay for longer than you'd anticipate unlike other fast food establishments. Bargain prices too!!

Very nice, wasn't a fan of the cherry and vanilla frappe. Tasted like soap. But fast service & lovely food!

PAID REVEIEWS ARE LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - do not go here the food is trash the service is mediocre needs improving people are rude.. came here recently and the Hot dog the bun was stale and i had a plain simple doughnut and it was so expensive and tastes horrid .. ANY reviews you see 5 star and MORE IS LIE!

Dropped by for the first time on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was very clean and surprisingly quiet. Ordered the Nacho Meatless Chicken Stack and Vegan Wrap, with Lattice Fries on the digital display and our order was ready within a few minutes. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was the highlight - freshly made, hot and made of high quality ingredients - the best vegetarian food I've had at a fast food restaurant! Will be visiting again when in the area and would highly recommend to others!

This place has fallen off, used to be great food and good value now it's just 'meh'.

One of the drinks was wrong, received an extra Small Strawberry Lemonade Refresher not a Small Lemonade Refresher as ordered, the person doesn't like strawberries or anything with strawberry favouring in it. Still the rest of the order was lovely!

Service wasn't exactly rapid, was with a smile and pleasant enough, maple lattice was a bit underwhelming for £11, extra star given as the food was tasty. I did notice however that the woman making the food was not wearing gloves and no side was wiped down between each order.

First time visit. Really quite impressed. My burger was a little on the cool side, but delicious. My wife loved her wrap and we shared the cheese fries which were very nice indeed.

Clean and friendly service, lovely and affordable food

I visited with my daughter. The food, drinks and service were fine but the cleanliness, hygiene in toilets were AWFUL . As an eat-in place, the restrooms are expected to be of standard quality but these were absolutely DISGUSTING. All 4 of the toilets are available for use of both ladies and gents but not in usable condition. Two of them were blocked with loo roll while the others were FILTHY. It’s enough to put customers off.

Absolutely abysmal service. 12 minutes to get served two drinks and two donuts. She then proceeded to hand me the wrong donuts not once but twice, even after I explained. Tim Hortons customer service in the UK is absolutely non existent compared to the USA locations I've been too.

Only got 2 stars because the food is good and the place is clean. But the atrocious service overshadows it all. Wife and I popped in for 2 drinks and 2 donuts. Our drinks were made and allowed to sit there for 10 minutes. We had to flag down a passing staff member to ask for the drinks to be remade. They then kept giving us the wrong donuts. We told them which donuts we ordered and they kept giving the wrong donuts seconds after we told them what we wanted. Not sure how maple dipped sounds like apple fritter. Took 15 to 20 minutes to get the 2 drinks and donuts. Won't be returning.

On my way from an hospital appointment i thought id get myself and my husband 2 medium size French vanilla latte, one hot and one ice and paid £7.90 for it. Only to get home and find out that I just paid £7.90 for 2 medium sized regular latte and NOT FRENCH VANILLA LATTES, both of them had no taste what so ever, it had no sugar and most DEFINITELY no hints of VANILLA. Could you imagine getting bad news from the doctors and you wanted to just go home and have your favourite tim hortons FRENCH VANILLA latte to calm yourself down at least relax from the distressing news you've just received, only to be GREATLY DISAPPOINTED when you got home and then to chuck it all away. It's not like it was cheap either, I love Tim hortons and it was such a disappointing moment for me as I'm a regular at tim hortons. Anyways I wanted to call them to talk to the manger and maybe go back to get my order right but they don't have a number on Google at all unfortunately. When i ordered the drinks it did hit me that the person didn't know what they were doing, the service provider asked me "what would you like?" I said to her "I'd like 2 French vanilla lattes please, one hot and one iced please" she then said to me, "so, you'd like lattes with vanilla in them? " I thought she knew what French vanilla latte is since she's working there, so thinking twice and assuming she knew what I was talking about I answered her "yes, French vanilla latte with vanilla in it" and drove over to the pick up point, paid the amount and drove off to go have the lattes at home to break the news to my husband. Tim hortons you need to fully train your staff properly on what they are selling and give them full understanding and knowledge on what the products are and includes in them. I don't think I'll be going to the bentley bridge drive through in wolverhampton ever again, and IF I do or have no choice to do so, i/you'd have to taste the drinks then and there to see if they got it right before driving off. Such a shame, so disappointed at the service, you'd think people who work there would have the knowledge of what they are selling. Anyways that's my 1st bad experience from my favourite coffee shop guys, hoping you have a better one.👍

Walked in for a burger, the lady picked the salad up with her bare hands slapped it on the bun then picked up the meat with her bare hands . Why aren't they wearing gloves. Felt like asking for a refund

They have no bloody table menus!!! Plus the staff are quite rude, as when I was placing my order, the other rude member of staff took over the the conversation!!!!! Plus the desert that I had broken in my hands whilst I was eating it!!I truly doubt that I would come here again!!!!!!!! Not at all happy with my meal or the services not provided!!!!!!!!!!!! 😤😡 🥹 What a bunch of jokers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The burger wasn't so bad though.......... I totally forgot!; this place is more like a bloody freezer!!!!!! I would understand if it was actually warm outsider, but it's really not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is very patchy here, the brand is great and they make good quality coffee! Don't recommend the food options though, they tend to overhold things which makes them dry and tasteless. Can be hit and miss, sometimes the food is amazing. Breakfasts are definitely a good shout. Main menu, just go to McDonald's next door for a more consistent experience
