Tim Hortons in Wolverhampton

The food was very good and the service was very friendly

On my way from an hospital appointment i thought id get myself and my husband 2 medium size French vanilla latte, one hot and one ice and paid £7.90 for it. Only to get home and find out that I just paid £7.90 for 2 medium sized regular latte and NOT FRENCH VANILLA LATTES, both of them had no taste what so ever, it had no sugar and most DEFINITELY no hints of VANILLA. Could you imagine getting bad news from the doctors and you wanted to just go home and have your favourite tim hortons FRENCH VANILLA latte to calm yourself down at least relax from the distressing news you've just received, only to be GREATLY DISAPPOINTED when you got home and then to chuck it all away. It's not like it was cheap either, I love Tim hortons and it was such a disappointing moment for me as I'm a regular at tim hortons. Anyways I wanted to call them to talk to the manger and maybe go back to get my order right but they don't have a number on Google at all unfortunately. When i ordered the drinks it did hit me that the person didn't know what they were doing, the service provider asked me "what would you like?" I said to her "I'd like 2 French vanilla lattes please, one hot and one iced please" she then said to me, "so, you'd like lattes with vanilla in them? " I thought she knew what French vanilla latte is since she's working there, so thinking twice and assuming she knew what I was talking about I answered her "yes, French vanilla latte with vanilla in it" and drove over to the pick up point, paid the amount and drove off to go have the lattes at home to break the news to my husband. Tim hortons you need to fully train your staff properly on what they are selling and give them full understanding and knowledge on what the products are and includes in them. I don't think I'll be going to the bentley bridge drive through in wolverhampton ever again, and IF I do or have no choice to do so, i/you'd have to taste the drinks then and there to see if they got it right before driving off. Such a shame, so disappointed at the service, you'd think people who work there would have the knowledge of what they are selling. Anyways that's my 1st bad experience from my favourite coffee shop guys, hoping you have a better one.👍

Walked in for a burger, the lady picked the salad up with her bare hands slapped it on the bun then picked up the meat with her bare hands . Why aren't they wearing gloves. Felt like asking for a refund

They have no bloody table menus!!! Plus the staff are quite rude, as when I was placing my order, the other rude member of staff took over the the conversation!!!!! Plus the desert that I had broken in my hands whilst I was eating it!!I truly doubt that I would come here again!!!!!!!! Not at all happy with my meal or the services not provided!!!!!!!!!!!! 😤😡 🥹 What a bunch of jokers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The burger wasn't so bad though.......... I totally forgot!; this place is more like a bloody freezer!!!!!! I would understand if it was actually warm outsider, but it's really not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is very patchy here, the brand is great and they make good quality coffee! Don't recommend the food options though, they tend to overhold things which makes them dry and tasteless. Can be hit and miss, sometimes the food is amazing. Breakfasts are definitely a good shout. Main menu, just go to McDonald's next door for a more consistent experience

Intrusive,place,intrusive listening in on my friends conversation,in your face,couldn't understand what I was even detailing saying in my explanation of my visit,sadly this is the world we're now living in, where education stands for nothing is almost frowned upon,member of staff rudely put her coat bag o table she saw us sitting on..then 'pretended"o apologise..rip off prices.. for a posh McDonald's..

I ordered a french vanilla coffee and i customise the coffee i added whipped cream but they didn’t add whipped cream in my coffee reallyy disappointed and its was not sweet in the coffee:(

The food is really good and it’s become more convenient after the store operation of 24 hours. Staff is really nice and atmosphere is really good. I’ll rate 10 for the cleanness and for the service.

Had a good breakfast this morning at Tim Hortons. Service and food always extremely good value and tasty. Frappes are excellent value compared to the coffee shops too and special Thanks to Himanshu for serving us on table as well. It seems Timis trying to Improve in Hospitality

I like the pancakes they were fluffy and delicious as well as the frappe perfectly crunchy and flavourful we also got a vegan breakfast burger it was perfectly splendid the hash brown was crunchy on the outside soft on the inside the atmosphere was calming and nice.

The place smells of the oil from frying. Leave smelling of the oils. Off putting when eating. Appears very unhealthy to eat when you can smell the oils. Are the oils being changed often enough? Why does it smell so strong? Wednesfield branch

The atmosphere here is fantastic, and the coffee and treats are absolutely delicious! Highly recommend it for catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxing breakfast.

I asked for 2 fanta’s with no ice, and 3 burgers all with salad. However they still served me Fanta with Ice and when I got home I noticed that they did not put salad in any of the burgers. In addition to this there is no contact number to be found on google so I was unable to give them a call and discuss this issue.
