Visited twice during our holiday and both evenings were excellent. All the staff were welcoming, informative and professional. Great atmosphere. The small plates all have an imaginative twist and having tried 10 different ones over the 2 visits there was no disappointment in any. Highly recommend.

Had just got off of the Tram and looking for somewhere for a light bite. Found The Copper Mill and went in to order. What a lovely couple. I had got myself confused and would have tried the GF free bread but it was not essential.. the Lady offered to go to the shop to buy some but I said regular brown would be ok. Lovely prawn sandwich with some side salad on it. Place very clean as well.. PS We found the Home Front Museum with your directions. Thank You. Would recommend highly.

The wife and I attended Y Parlwr to celebrate her birthday. It has to rank as one of the best fine dining experiences we have ever had. From the momemt we arrived until the moment we left we have nothing but praise! A lovely venue with pleasant, professional and friendly staff. We had the Parlwr Complete Experience with wine pairing. Every dish was magnificent and the wine pairing certainly enhanced the experience. A must for any serious foodie!

Stopped here for a cream tea, lovely patio to sit on, dogs allowed. Enjoyed a cherry scone with Jam and cream, friendly owners.

Called in for a Polish lunch. Found it to be homely and the staff very welcoming. Best selection of Polish beers that I've ever seen. Good selection of traditional Polish dishes though the Pierogi were'nt available. Great soups and the potato pancakes with goulash were the best I've ever had. The plate of Polish salads was so big that it could have been a meal in itself. My grandson loved his pizza but it was so big that he had to leave half to take away. We ended up so full that we could'nt eat any dessert. Highly recommended.

Haven't been inside with my college E1's and my E2 group but the outside looked really clean and smart until the builders had to do some more work on it

I don’t usually tend to leave reviews but it was too good not to! we decided to come here for my partners birthday and we are very glad we did. Food was 10/10, the prawn and crab nachos and snickers trifle was amazing 😋😋, staff were so friendly, and my partner loved his birthday card haha. Will definitely be back:)

First review on "new" account (previously under susyq1967). So I had not visited Osborne house for some time. I remembered it as being blingy. Well, it still is. Service was good. I had beetroot and goats cheese salad, steak and cheesecake. All with a glass of housewine. Partner had fishcake, curry and cheese. £35 pp. We also had a bottle of white which was £25 and significantly better than the included wine. Food was good but not quite excellent. Some gristle in steak and fries slightly greasy. Portions were generous and a three course with wine a bargain at £35. Decor is good. Feels quite opulent. Sat in bay window to finish our wine with a nice view . Overall a good experience.

Limited menu, struggled to order as didn't have items in. Very quiet and pricey for what it is. Not sure if still advertised as Portuguese but no real Portuguese dishes. Not much of an atmosphere. Staff were friendly though and coffee was well made.
