Sólo para advertir a la gente mientras que el estándar de la comida puede ser reportado como bueno este es un restaurante de cadena estándar bog donde el equipo de buffet de desayuno es a la vista y la decoración y estar cerca de una recepción en vez de Premier Inn, un restaurante. Como estábamos fuera para una cena agradable en un ambiente de restaurante nos fuimos sin pedir.

Absolutely disappointing both for quality of food and service in what was described as Festive dinner!!! This was my second visit in December the first one was Afternoon Tea and again the service was terrible, not once in 2 hours asked if ok or required drink refills. The waitress at the end took on board our constructive feedback and said she hoped we’d try you again, well we have ! The food was overpriced for what we got and have had a lot nicer elsewhere. The dinner today was completely bland. Gravy awful. Stuffing was weird with no flavour, potato cake no flavour, two tiny very dark sprouts and the worst thing was cold plates and food barely warm. The waitress never came back to offer condiments we were just left. Nothing made this festive whatsoever. I ordered a festive gingerbread latte £4.75 which was suppose come with a biscuit but no so the waitress said she’d try to find one!! She came back with the tiniest of biscuits with a leg missing, joke ! My advice is Richard Bleakley you really need to look closely at what your customers are saying and take it seriously as you cannot purely rely on the lovely location you have forever as people are clearly getting fed up.

Popped in for a drink while staying at the hotel,reasonably priced very friendly,helpful bar staff great view and had sky sports Although the projector could do with a new build it repair very dull

Reservamos una mesa de última hora para el domingo por la noche. Habiendo visitado anteriormente queríamos probar un almuerzo de domingo. Definitivamente no decepcionado. La comida era increíble. El personal era muy amable y atento. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Ordered £35 worth of food. Told after 20 minutes they couldn’t deliver and that the refund would be 3-5 days. What!!!! Can’t afford to give you money for nothing.

We are walking some of the coast to coast and are staying at the Black Swan. We realised too late that the information we received from our travel agent about this restaurant was outdated. It used to be a creative dining experience, but now it is pretty terrible pub food . look elsewhere.

Christopher y Jamie eran geniales! Estaban muy ocupados, pero nos habían sentado dentro del tiempo de espera. Jamie fue excepcional, no tenían patatas fritas cargadas, pero tenían que cocinar similar solo para mí y mi hermano! Mencionó que está ayudando ya que su restaurante real es Leeds trinity, ¡tienen suerte de tenerlo!

Visited this nando's in February and was told they had no disabled access due to the lift not working, and it had been out of service for over a year. Terrible service,

i went on a Tuesday and was served by a young man who was very polite. I got a chicken Kiev pizza and it was fabulous I will definitely come again especially on a Tuesday to get served by the young man again who made my experience so good!

Spent a lot of time in this pub when passing in the area. Arrived for a family meal after a day out in Thirsk. The welcoming from the blonde/gray larger sized women was abysmal very cold and frosty, boarding on rude, like our custom was not wanted. It is such a shame as this pub has so much potential, the food prices had also increased and the quantity was far from what it was. I really hope some magic dust gets sprinkled on this place and some new management takes on this place soon. I do not want to spend my hard earned money on somewhere I am not welcomed.
