We visited here for lunch and were not disappointed. We have eaten here a few times now along with all the other restaurants in Leeds as we enjoy Nando’s for a lunch out. This restaurant is consistent and food always hot and delicious. So much so we go out of our way when out and about in Leeds if we fancy a Nando’s. We will be back for sure.

Would like to say a big thank you to Ryan for his excellent service and politeness. You can tell he enjoys his job this shows with his attitude towards customers

We have been here multiple times as this is a restaurant we know we can rely on and trust to get everything right when it comes to our order, having two children with intolerances it is hard to find restaurants that do child friendly food that isn't just chips and chicken nuggets and also caters to adults too. I always leave happy when we have been to this particular nandos due to how friendly and happy to help the managers are, especially the female manager (not sure of her name) alot of the time I feel it's more hassle than it's worth to dine out but I never feel that way after being here here and I just wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the managers at nandos Birstall for making us feel so welcome and not getting sick of us 😅

Very poor service, absolute cow of a woman called Rachel served me. Was so rude for no reason. However another server- Elleanor was very nice in asking us how everything was, we explained the situation to her and kindly offered us a free drink but we declined, overall was decent food but the service overshadowed the quality of food, and believe you me it was bad, get that Rachel lass out.

Restaurant is filthy and food average at best . Clearly this place needs a huge makeover as the customer experience is sadly lacking . Will not be returning.

Came by for dinner, the food is extremely bland, the portions seem have gotten very small and the service is slow, not what I am used to from Nandos.

5 of us went for a late lunch. My meal was freezing cold. They brought another when everyone else had almost finished theirs. It tasted odd, and the chicken did not appear to be properly cooked, so I had to send it back again. We were offered a refund but had to fill in a form for the refund , and then told it would be credited back to our account within a few days. What a strange way to refund!!! It has now been a month. I have contacted their complaints site twice. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Really handy if you’re shopping at J27. The food was good and the waitresses were pleasant. We’ve eaten here a few times and its always been decent.

Made an online order for one, it was that good when he had it, I wanted one and he ordered another - mushroom and halloumi pitta TO DIE FOR loved it. Loved it. We’ll be back!! No photos - devoured before all that !!!!

visited as a table of 4, we were told there was a few items missing from the menu. Which we decided wasn’t a problem. We spent £90 between 4 of us. When we ordered we were told there was no garlic bread, no normal mayo, no perinaise, no yogurt for wraps but we weren’t told this upon arrival. When the food arrived, two of the meals were wrong we advised the manager about one issue before we mentioned the second wrong meal. The reply from the manager was ‘right and’ no apologies were given. However this was rectified to then arrive with crispy and dry wraps. After we made the complaint staff were gathered round the till area in a circle laughing and talking which may well have been unrelated but of course this made the meal even more uncomfortable. There were only 2 drink options, again which we were made unaware of. One of us had mash as a side and there was skin all over it - really poor, admittedly we didn’t complain about this as we were made to feel uncomfortable enough . usually enjoy this nandos but very disappointed this evening and really poor customer service

Great food, cooked to perfection. Had the whole chicken to share , it was perfect. Clean restaurant and great service! Brilliant view as the sun was setting.

Outstanding service from the team at nandos. After a mishap with deliveroo (who were no help) the staff at j27 went above and beyond to deliver my food with some extra goodies and a lovely note. More than made up for the initial error which wasn't their fault.

Popped in for a late Sunday dinner with friends and was unusually told that they could only serve chicken if it was part of a burger or wrap. Anyway had some food in the end and it was okay. The staff was friendly enough about it.

Friendly staff, easy to order the food online and brought to the table. More like a fast food outlet now than what it used to be like.
