Ordered food for collection, would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there five minutes early. Was then told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes I was standing waiting for food. Eventually got the food, when I got in and checked the food, the chicken sheesh kebab was just a box of chicken… No pitta bread, no salad, no garlic dip and no chips. Phoned up an reiterated what was the in the bag. They offered to deliver the missing items but I decided to go back myself. Got all the missing items, garlic sauce hardly any in the tub, chips were stale and horrible, pitta bread dry as the desert and to top it off the salad wasn’t fresh and in all honesty disgusting and hot. As for my partners meal “munchy box” (pizza, chips, chicken, donner meat) it was all just piled on top of each other which just made it look a mess. Everything about the meal apart from the pizza was awful. I’ve ordered from Istanbul for a good few years but unfortunately that was the last time as the standards have dropped massively. Can get better from else where. An overall a regretful disappointing experience.

Don’t even bother ordering from here, every single time something’s missing, you report it and you’re the liar! Disgusting takeaway, the food come, no drink or fries and still charged full price and lied about coming 3 times, then called me and asked if I could get food hub to stop calling them about the food i still hadn’t received, I stayed out last night so wasn’t home, had to order from McDonald’s in the end so I could actually take my medical treatment plan, disgusting rude takeaway, Sanchez all the way!!!

Just ordered house special kebab from Istanbul takeaway hoyland never again, worst food I have tasted everything cold chicken smelt off donner meat burnt to a crisp pitta breads were like card board if you value your health do not order from this place.

Dissapointed 5 small pieces of chicken in a box with dry pitta bread on top. Salad and onion for a Salad. No sauce or can of pop that we ordered. Won't be ordering again

Good customer service. Foods are very, very delicious & delivered very fast.

Mixed meat wrap, little bit pricey but still would go back. Meat lovely and tender. Didn't have to wait long.

Pre ordered a meal at 5.40 pm for delivery at 8pm, called them at 8.20pm to ask where my order was and was told that it was on its way, food turned up at 8.35pm and was stone cold, items also missing and the naan bread was as hard as a frisbee, tried calling to tell the restaurant but phone line was constantly engaged, food ended up in bin as I didn’t fancy re heating a takeaway up that I just paid £24 for, will not be using again, very poor food quality and even worse customer service. 1 star.

I must admit its the first time I have purchased a pizza from Istanbul Kebab and Pizza and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I ordered a 14 inch tuna pizza and it didnt touch the sides. Excellent delivery. Thanks again

Ordered a take away online at 18:20 for delivery. Had to drive down at 20:30 for our money back as they had not even started our order. I shall not be using this place again.

Decent kebab to be fair. Stopped ordering when they slapped a £3 delivery charge on top for delivering less than 2 miles away. That's on top a 50p "service charge" too.

Food arrived cold naan bread is like what you buy from a supermarket won't be ordering again

Do not order from this place. We have been waiting 1 hour and 45mins. When we call they say it is on its way.

Use to be very good when Adam had the take away, food was always nice and never had an issue, since the change over it has become very poor

Only had their pizza and calzone so far, arrived on time the driver was polite and the food was very good. The calzone was full of filling the base was crisp and filled right to the edges. It was hot and very well made. They use turkey ham but you wouldn't notice. The pizza was crisp again with a well made base. The topping was just the right amount, not too much that it made the base soggy or became overpowering all in all I can recommend for anything pizza related

Like every other Kebab shop in England. It's all cooked the same way and bought from the same supplier. Full a void for some quick food. 4 stars because the staff are really friendly and make a point of being polite.

Will never order from them again. Use to be the best takeaway round here. A few weeks ago I placed a order was told delivery would be 30/40 minutes over a hour and a half later it came with half a missing order. I never completed i put it down to them been busy. Tonight I have placed another order. My delivery came and yet again one of the meals was missing. I phoned up and they said they would resend the missing items yet again over a hour and a half later still hadn't come. They take your money but don't give the service they should. Maybe if they had someone taking the orders that understood what you was asking for his wouldn't happen. Dont order from them customer service is awful and at 22.46 pm it still hadn't come. Never will I use them again.

Worse lamb kebab I've had in years so tasteless and very very tough it doesn't come with salad or sauce just pitta bread over it.... and if u guys call cabbage and lettuce a side salad then u are all in the wrong jobs or need 2 go back 2 school....

The worst food I have ever had! Layers of thick cheap cheese on the pizza with cheep chicken. The house special kebab was disgusting, dry flavourless meat, battered prawns had no flavour Andy the burger was dry and burnt! £35 completely wasted and food thrown away ! Will never eat here again! VILE

Brilliant pizza, tried quite a few places round Elsecar when we found this, originally ordered though just eat and it seemed a tad expensive but was still worth it. ordering over the phone and using the deals makes this place great value

Excellent authentic Turkish kebab!

Didn't arrive on time, didn't listen to dietary requirements and over priced for what it is. Disappointed as some of what we had was good but half of us weren't happy especially at the cost for what we got so probably wouldn't order again.

We ordered a meal from here for the first time the delivery was fast the food was fresh the order was perfect!! The food was amazingly tasty and the portions were hearty. We went on to order for 3 consecutive weekends
