Nando's in Leeds

Poor visit, did an order online, well in advance of the collection time. No attempt to communicate with us until we were almost at the restaurant. Spoke to a member of staff (unnamed) who informed us the fridge had broken down and no orders could be fulfilled. Had the cheek to ask if I wanted a refund, not sure exactly what response she thought I'd give given that she wasn't going to give me any food. Seemed to have a serious attitude problem (young female, blonde hair, wearing a black tracksuit), as a result I won't be using this branch again in the future.

Chicken came very dry sent it back no better witnessed supervisor picking food up with her hands and putting it back on the plates at the serving counter Will not go back there again 😡

It was like a zoo. However, the food arrived piping hot and the service was friendly. We just felt a bit rushed and didn’t feel as though we handled had a proper sit down.

As a friendship group and now young family we frequent all our local nandos and chose this particular one after a while of not visiting due to me catching food posting from there when I was pregnant. Yesterday we brought my now 1-year-old son with us who suffers from a dairy allergy, of course made staff aware when placed his order, they initially sent the wrong order for him so brought a replacement, think this is where the problem lies as he has since shown signs of a mild allergic reaction and bar this meal he’s had the exact same diet and foods he usually has. Extremely disappointing and won’t be returning, just glad it hasn’t turned more severe

Went to Nando’s to come for a good family meal To start, the problems with service were: No bottled water (on a Sunday afternoon there wasn’t a single bottle of still water in stock) Only one fork in the cutlery section, alongside knives that looked like they’d have been dragged through a puddle in the car park due to the amount of smearing. No ice in the ice machine Once the food did arrive, two ‘sharing’ platters, we had to ask three times for spare plates, with one waitress being asked, walking away, and walking past a minute later with no plates in her hand However, the food was good as you expect. A hot chicken wrap and 4 chicken thighs along with two sharing plates made for a good meal. Expensive and not as much as I expected but the quality of the chicken was good If I am ever to return it will probably be for takeaway only

Loved the chicken! Well seasoned, Juicy! Broccoli and coleslaw sides were great too! The only thing that let them down today, was the slow service; in their defense, the restaurant was busy! Approved!

Once again good food quickly served and beautifully cooked ( shout out to Dan in the Grill today!) Nando’s never disappoints. You know what you’re going to get.

Disgusting customer service, a member off staff or customer dropped a glass bottle off Nando's sauce on the floor shattering and leaving glass and a big mess and stains all over my white shoes and jeans, needless to say the staff did nothing to help, even after complaining to Ellie the regional safety advisor, and having proof off the incident on CCTV, Appalling customer service!!

Visited Nandos and manager Alex serving has no customer or management skills and due to this particular manager this Nandos always lacks proper service, staff in Nandos always rude and forgotten how to smile at customers.. in particular Ben who has no idea how to speak to customers with blank face. Really disappointed.. I remember when Gordon used to manage Yorkshire branches pretty much all Leeds Nandos used to be really good but looks like they have lost the touch. Nandos management really need to sort this issue out

Went and was seated quickly by the manger ordered and all was well. When the food came there was an issue as I ended up paying for an extra meal by accident. Amy who served us gave us a few options for refund/credit and was really nice and assertive with it. Can you give her a huge thank you for how she handled it all. Food was good hot and up to standard

Came here as there was no chicken available at the Headingley branch. My order came out almost 10 minutes after my partner had finished her meal. The manager kindly offered a full refund however, I accepted a refund on my meal only, as there wasn't anything wrong with my partners meal. I also noticed there wasn't any salt on the tables and when I asked a lady staff member ifbI could have some, I was told there wasn't any and was offered some peri-peri salt. The lady then found some plain salt and gave me a few sachets. As itbwas nearing closing, the same lady then took the hot sauce from my table before asking if I'd finished with it. I almost mentioned to her if my meal was brought out sooner, I'd have been finished with it, but decided against causing a scene. On a more positive note, the food was hot, cooked well and was really tasty. They just need to get the timings and information right and pay more attention to their customers.

As a Coeliac who's also vegetarian I knew I was risking a trip to Nandos. However, considering it's such a large chain, I thought they would at least have a gluten free menu. Instead, I had to guess which meals would be suitable for my diet (the staff did try their best to help). My only real option was the "Quinoa & PERi-Tomato Salad" minus the croutons. I opted to have the additional PERi-plant strips to bulk up the meal which I now regret paying for. As you can see from the picture, their 'salad' consists mostly of lettuce, a spoonful of quinoa, and a couple of tomatoes. It's quite laughable really. I know my dietary requirements are difficult but the lack of food on this plate really cannot be considered a main meal or an adult AND to be charged £12 for this dish is ridiculous. Nandos, please don't offer salads if they're going to be as disappointing as this.

I have a garlic intolerance & upon making this clear to Matty, he advised me to speak to the till order operative.. Gemma approached me & we began trolling through my options.. unfortunately my meal choices were all garlic flavoured. We settled on a rainbow salad without the brocoli (garlic enhanced) & double chips (birthday celebration so not a day for calorie counting !!) Gemma graciously reduced the price by 20% as the salad was incomplete.. She then approached me at the table with further options to supplement my meal.. She delivered a beautiful, colourful salad with peas & feta cheese in separate dishes just incase I didn't want them combined with my salad.. Excellent attention to detail & wonderful personal interaction.. I felt extremely confident eating this meal.. Matty advised me against adding any of the sauces as they all contain garlic.. he ensured we all knew where the condiments could be located & the drinks machine. He attended swiftly & rectified the damaged drinks machine.. He checked several times to make sure we were all OK (18 of us in the party) Other staff members smiled as we moved around the very busy Sunday night restaurant which added to the ease & flow of our celebration...

I’ve eaten at Nando’s probably a hundred times and have had mixed experiences. Sometimes the food and service is great, other times it’s dreadful. We visited Nando’s Kirkstall yesterday (Monday 31st Jan) at around 7pm. We were told the wait time was 45 minutes - what? Nando’s is arguably one of the biggest chain restaurants.. surely they would have expanded their restaurant space by now to overcome this regular issue?! I suppose their excuse will be “covid precautions” but the table layout defeats the whole objective. People can’t sit on tables behind each other but can sit at ones next to each other..? Anyway, we were willing to wait as we were craving a Nando’s! But then the server told us there was no mash or peri salted chips. That’s half of our order gone! This isn’t a one off either. I’ve eaten at several franchise locations and there’s always something missing. They once had no soft drinks and the alternative was a can priced at £2/3. Why should the customer overpay for a drink because of the restaurant’s lack of stock? In these cases the drinks should be reasonably priced! Long story short - Nando’s is a complete hit or miss.

My family and I, (Asian) made the mistake of visiting the Nando’s in Leeds Kirkstall at 11:30 on a Monday 16th august 2021, having checked the sign outside it said it was open, having checked online and it said it was open. However when we got there the staff would not let us in. There were staff by the door and they ignored us, so we started knocking becuase maybe it was a case that we made a mistake and had to come back later, however they didn’t respond and continually ignored us. Finally behind us a white person approached and they immediately acknowledged her. I took her contact details down so that she can confirm the events as I was surprised that this level of racism still existed in an establishment this size.

This is an absolute joke,tiny triangular shape breadcake with about a third of a chicken breast in and about 12 chips for value for money even worse than 5 guys Wont ever be going again

Nandos has been my favourite for years and I ordered food for collection for this store for the first time. When I went to collect my food, the girl who served me was as looking at me as if I have come to the wrong address very unprofessional . I told her the order number and she said she cannot find it and started laughing and tells me I may have ordered at a different branch. When I requested her to check again she eventually found the order . Later when I went home to eat the found, one of the chicken was not even cooked but lots of sauce on it. Sides dishes were only half filled and cold. I was sick for a week. When complained they don't seemed to be bothered ... Poor management and poor customer service. Avoid this branch...

Excellent table service..you take your order via the QR CODE and bring the food to the table,also the drinks and cutlery’s,sauces all brought to your ..checking up if u need a refill and anything else ..wow love it keep it up Nando’s..had the full platter and as always the keep is top quality

Ordered a click and collect for the family. The food was nice and kept its temperature. Everyone enjoyed their meals.The only down sides were one side was missing and at those prices you want to get what you’ve paid for. A couple of the chips boxes were half empty. Again the price!!! Wow!! Very overpriced for what it is. Otherwise it was nice

Lack of customer service. had to wait a while just to ask for sauces, drinks were wrong, it wasn't even busy. Seems as though staff want to turn their heads away when you are about to ask for something, it's like being in school, you have to raise your hand really high for them to notice.

Couldn’t find this particular one listed on trip advisor so telling you here, don’t waste your money in this place, chicken burger in a white pitta with a bit of lettuce £7.50 Chicken tasted like reconstituted frozen crap, wasn’t even much of it

Volví a nandos después de la última vez en más de un año y no me puedo quejar de la comida. Muy bien, realmente lo he echado de menos. Me resultó muy difícil distanciarme socialmente en la entrada, solo hay una entrada / salida y es absolutamente gratis para todos. La cola virtual es una buena idea, pero la gente sigue entrando sin saber que este es el camino ahora y está muy ocupado en la entrada. Si esto se solucionara, ¡definitivamente se sentiría más seguro!

Si buscas pollo tan seco como el desierto del Sahara, has venido al lugar correcto.Una verdadera lástima ya que el resto de la comida estaba bien. Muy mal, recibí 3 pollos cuando, como se dice en el sitio web, debería haber venido con 4 y un pollo mariposa, las papas fritas tienen cebada cualquier peri peri en el 10% de las papas fritas que obtuvimos tenían peri en, llevamos la comida a la tienda para quejarnos porque todavía teníamos hambre y esta era una comida de cumpleaños, así que no estábamos contentos de haber gastado 20 en 3 piezas de pollo. Lo recibimos y dijeron, bueno, no podemos decir que faltara comida y también por parte de no peri peri en las papas fritas, dijeron que la próxima vez pida algo de peri como repuesto para que pueda ponérselo usted mismo. No dio ningún tipo de reembolso ni ningún tipo de devolución. En general, no estamos nada contentos, el servicio al cliente fue el peor que hemos visto. (Lo teníamos para recoger, llegamos a casa y nos dimos cuenta de que solo había 3 muslos de pollo)

Llamado un sábado por la noche ajetreado y la señora en la puerta explicó cómo unirse a la cola. ¡Muerte facil! El restaurante se veía muy bien organizado una vez que me senté y estaba muy bien atendido por un tipo llamado JonnyR. La comida también era hermosa y creo que fue cocinada por un tipo alto llamado Jordan. Fantástico como siempre, hermoso.

This can be one of the busiest nandos i've been to. But they've never went wrong for me. Delicious chicken delivered quickly with a smile

Decidí tratar a mi pareja que estaba visitando a nuestro hijo y que pronto sería nuera para llevarla cuando llegara a casa.Frecuentaba este restaurante más de 100 veces más que los clientes y nunca criticaba el servicio, la calidad de la comida o el tamaño de las porciones.Conduje alrededor de 26 millas en un viaje de ida y vuelta para lo que será mi primer almuerzo y el último para llevar, para encontrar cuando llegue a casa menos de la mitad de pequeñas cajas llenas de arroz picante y ensalada de col.¡No es demasiado difícil llenar las cajas y empacarlas para asegurarse de que las porciones sean casi idénticas a las que come cuando come! !Muy decepcionante y no tendremos otra experiencia para llevar como esa, a menos que estemos en el restaurante. !

¡Algunos del personal parecen zombis, cero personalidad y no están interesados en absoluto! Nos equivocamos de comida, sacamos el pedido correcto poco después de no decir una palabra o incluso mirarnos. As someone who tries to avoid following the crowds and doing what everyone else does (I do like to be a little bit original!), this was only my third visit to a Nando's. It was really busy with every table full but the food still came quickly. I was pleased it only cost £9.95 for a grilled chicken burger and two regular sides, so it didn't cost much to get a decent amount of food! The food was also tasty but nothing special. Fizzy drinks/water are all refillable which is a bonus. Would reccomend if you want some quick, relatively cheap eats.

Mientras decimos en nuestra mesa, mi novio y yo vimos que a las personas que acababan de llegar ya les habían servido su comida. Al preguntarle al gerente después de una espera de 45 minutos, cuánto tiempo tomará, ella respondió 2 minutos y lo comprobará y nunca volvió a llamarme. En total, la comida tardó 50 minutos en hacer el pedido. El pollo estaba duro, las patatas fritas frías y el arroz estaba lejos de estar caliente también.Tanto mi novio como yo estábamos mirando el restaurante y no solo a nosotros nos había sucedido esto.Nunca volveré, no lo recomendaría.

Table reserved for 7. Service was very quick, staff very attentive until it came to dessert. Then we had to wait for spoons and the extra bits. Brownie portion was miniscule! So my conclusion here is - main courses excellent, desserts - no!

Previously used to have very good ingredients in both vegetarian & bean burger. However since the ingredients have been changed, I hardly go to any Nando’s. Would love to see the previous ingredients come back.

Hemos estado en este Naddo un par de veces un viernes por la noche y como se puede esperar, el lugar está muy ocupado, pero nunca tuve que esperar por una mesa de más de 10 a 12 minutos, lo cual es una gran ventaja en comparación con otros lugares. La comida una vez que el pedido llega en un tiempo decente y siempre es bueno. Esta sucursal particular de Nados es grande y puede acomodar a varios comensales, por lo que esperar por una mesa no debería ser un problema.Como el restaurante está ubicado en Cardigan Fields con mucho estacionamiento, es posible que tenga que manejar alrededor del restaurante, especialmente los viernes o sábados por la noche.

Me encanta la comida en nandos, nunca deja de decepcionar. He estado en un buen número de estos y es esencialmente comida rápida, aunque no aquí. . . las últimas 2 veces esperé más de 45 minutos para mis comidas y cuando le pregunté a un miembro del personal dónde se debe a la extensa espera, aparece milagrosamente en menos de un par de minutos y estaba "justo listo" . Observé que esto sucedía también en algunas de las mesas de los alrededores. Volveré otra vez, pero espero que la situación de espera se haya detenido ya que es bastante frustrante.

Walked into Nandos and whilst waiting to order noticed they were cooking all the vegetarian burgers on the same grill they cooked the raw chicken livers and other meat products on. Walked straight back out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND A BREACH OF TRUST!!!

Excellent service. Food came very quickly. Always busy though so best to pre book. Prices are always good. Would recommend the platters.

We debated whether it was worth waiting for a table as they said 15 mins. It was less than that, they then said 20 mins for our food but we ordered starters and it arrived in a couple of mins! Highly recommend the Halloumi starters - a great addition to our usual chicken platter

Waited 55 minutes just for a salad and wings came out cold normal I wouldn’t ever say anything bad but Nando’s however my experience with them is has been disappointed and won’t be coming again

Waited ages to be seated despite the place being quiet. Staff surly. Food took ages to come. Plates mucky. Very little choice of sauces. Portions smaller than other nandos and seen bigger wings on a budgie. Love Nandos just not the one in Kirkstall

This Nando’s is always really busy but the staff are always polite and work hard. We were looked after by Pete this evening and even though the place was packed he served us with a smile and was very personable. Thank you

Ok, he cenado aquí varias veces desde que se ha abierto! Con los años siento que el servicio ha ido cuesta abajo! ¡La orden de la comida estaba equivocada y la señora a la que le dijimos estaba de mal humor y pidió un pago adicional que no tuve oportunidad de pagar! Pero mi mayor reparo es que han arruinado absolutamente el pitta de pollo sacando la mayonesa picante y la ensalada, ¡en lugar de reemplazarla con el monstruo tomate! Conozco a muchas personas que están afectadas por este cambio y, sin embargo, ¡Nando se niega a devolverlo! Pleeaaasssee! Ver algun sentido Mi cambio es algo que la gente ya amaba! ¡Yo desprecio el nuevo! ¡TRÁELO DE VUELTA!

Coudnt find birstall nandos on list. Food standard. Convenient for cinema. Staff very friendly and service good All in all a decent lunch. Had the butterfly burger. Typical nandos.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed but the whole experience from the start was awful, i'm not going to blame their friendly floor staff, I'm aware of how hard these guys work. I think this experience was down to a LACK of decent management.

This on the surface is a nice looking restaurant, one of the nicer decorated ones, it is open and airy. We were seated quickly and the food came out fast, which was nice and fresh. It was the usual Nandos fair and it followed the standard offerings.

Llegamos aquí a tiempo para almorzar y después de una espera de unos 15 a 20 minutos, nos llevaron a una mesa. El servicio fue rápido y la comida era fresca y tenía un buen tamaño de las porciones. Quedamos bastante impresionados por lo bien que se manejó la hora pico del almuerzo y quedé absolutamente satisfecho con nuestra visita.

This place is filthy. The unit with the fake planters between the benches is so dirty you can write your name on it. My leather seat is filthy and stained - see photos

Nando's in Jn 32 Outlet Village is really friendly and the food is delicious. I had a veggie Pitta Beanie with Peri peri salt chips and the range of sauces. My husband and daughter both had chicken periperi with superfood bowl. Tasty and filling but not over the top, so no waste. Waitresses were cheerful and relaxed, not over fussy but helpful and smiley.

How do you run out of chicken thighs and chicken breast, it’s like Pizza Hut running out of pizza, absolute joke

Visited this place a few times and never really had a problem but this time it was awful. Seated at the back of the restaurant with lots of very noisy families Icould barely hear myself think! They assumed as I have 3 children that the had to be hidden away in the kids corner! Our food came out in good time, the kids garlic bread was not the usual 2 peices but 1 small peice cut in half, the kids chicken strips was also a smaller portion than normal cutting it into squares rather than strips to try disguise it! And then to make this family treat meal an even worse event the server decided to stretch accross the table and place the pot of peri peri salt in front of my peg fed 17 month old! Safe to say I spotted it too late and had a distraught little girl screaming and vomiting after managing to eat a fistful. I asked for the manager who was apologetic and said he would speak to the staff. I hope he did! But for a treat out it was a nightmare and spoiled our day.

Food was good! But.....floor is absolutely filthy. We were sat at table 7 - next to this is a shelf between the booths. This was deep in dust / sugar / dirt - never seen a food outlet so dirty!

We dropped in for a quick meal after the gym and was pleasantly surprised they had booths free (although they still hadn't been cleared so had to wait). The food came fairly quickly, although some of the items were cold so had to be sent back for warm versions. When they returned the plates were hot like they'd been in the microwave, so we're fairly sure they took the cold food they'd tried to serve us and just given it a minute in the microwave to pass off as fresh and warm.

Nando's never fails to deliver. Never disappoints me. Great flavour,juicy meat and crispy skin. Great sauces and great service.

Nando’s has gotten to the stage where you know what to expect, it is what it is and it’s good.

It was the only place open late on a Monday, the food was ok, but I later found out it was all halal. No option for "non halal" and no signs saying the meat was halal. At least it is stunned, but a choice should be provided.

Always full but if you get a seat the food here is good the atmostphere is freindly amd the staff are helpful

Place for the wife and i to go on our trips back to see my parents. Popped in at 7pm told 30 mins went over to planet Hollywood came back got seated food always great and staff polite as well

I’ve been coming here for years and it never fails to disappoint. Food is always spot on, staff are very friendly, but just bare in mind if you go on a evening or weekend it does tend to get quite busy so you might have to wait for a table.

we ordered for collection, arrived 5 minutes before the appointed time of collection and noticed a chicken was already on top of the counter ready for collection. we paid and was told it would be five minutes. after a further 15 minutes the server came to give us our order which included the chicken that had been sat there for 20 minutes. we refused this chicken as it was already at least 20minutes old, they did do another chicken but that then meant by the time we had driven home the sides that came with the chicken were cold and inedible. this isn't the first time this has happened. If the store can't cope with take out orders they shouldn't offer the service.

Went here for the first Nando visit ever, seemed to be over hyped to me but the food was okay nonetheless.For a first timer I wondered what the hype was about although maybe Im hard to impress, if you want to eat chicken this is the place, but afraid I can't see why Nando's is so popular!

Absolutely love Nandos everywhere but this place just tastes extra nice! Always super busy but well worth the wait! Friendly staff on hand to assist, I haven't visited on numerous occasions and never encountered any problems! Highly recommended✌

I dont know why but ive just had the most disappointing visit to nandos in my life, dont get me wrong i love it here, its just a disappointing visit, firstly they didnt have cloudy lemonade, and secondly i ordered 2 sides of halloumi cheese and they just didnt come, so i asked 3 times on where it is, however when ive finished my chicken one of the waiters thought it would be okay to have the cheek to say theyd give me a free halloumi cheese. After theyd ruined my meal, thats all it takes. Actually am very disappointed because it usually is a regular joint for us. Both of the managers were aware of the situation however they still havent been over to apologise. Absolutely nonsense however the chicken was good, staff were also amazing, id say whoever is giving the orders definitely hasnt got a clue on what theyre doing.

This Nando's is always incredibly busy so the food is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it's faultless but other times it's rushed and overcooked. If it was consistently good food I'd give 5 stars but I'd say average suits it better

We went to Nando's after going to Oxygen on a Saturday midday. The restaurant didn't open on the designated time because of an unexpected event. There was a sign on the door informing the customers which was good. At the end of our meal we were asked if we would like dessert, we ordered frozen yoghurt and a cappuccino. We waited and waited and waited but they wouldn't come, we tried to get the attention of the waiters but it was impossible. After a while we managed to get someone who just got out of the kitchen with a waiter's uniform who apologised as our order was not processed so we re-ordered and had our desserts. Otherwise the food was good.

As a Birthday treat, 8 of us came here this afternoon 4 lunch. We where squeezed into a booth that would sit 6- what an uncomfortable meal this was, and talking of the meal- it was luke warm, will definitely not return.

A Best place to eat with your family/friends. Amazing place and a delicious choices of food. Good service of staff, they're kind and friendly.

I'm a weekly customer of Nando's but never been to this one before I had visited yesterday. The place was to busy for the staff they had as the place was filthy not only the eating area but also the toilets was disgusting. ( Every single Toilet and sink area) They was good all over the place on the floor when a table had cleared they was just wiping and put next customers on ignoring floors...

the wait is very long during weekends,i had ordered 10 by 2 wings as a takeaway and they were burnt,dry with no hot sauce we ordered.imagine getting this as a take away and only realised when we were home yes i called the next days and was assisted so check your food before leaving.i am sure the person who cooked and packed the wings realised that they were not in a good state to be served but ignored because it was just a take away..never going there iw ill stick to the one in city centre.

I have given it 3 stars is because they are a little bit not organised on a weekend when they are busy they don't inform as to how long we have to wait more no updates plates and some sauces not available coke without gas rest the food is excellent and as ordered the after care is good I.e if you need to use the men's room please do it at home or you'll be disappointed saverly so a big brand but sour arrangement

I went to the Nando's in Leeds Cardigan Feilds in Kirkstall. It was my first time trying Nando's food and I've got to say I understand what the hype is all about now! The food was delicious! I even the dessert was incredible. The choc a lot cake will leave you in heaven, it's a must try if ever go there! The only problem I found at this restaurant was the shocking service. As soon as you come into the restaurant, there are no staff to show the customer to a table. Instead we have to look for a spare one ourselves! Also ordering the food, there's no staff taking orders from the table, instead we have to get up and order it at the till point and risk losing our free table! Very Unorganised service!

Great food, good price, lots of booths which are great for my bad back. Good staff. I also ring in orders for collection a lot which take around 30 mins and always great food and service.

Absolutely shocking, we walked in and the staff served 2 people before us that came in AFTER then sat a couple down who came in 15 minutes after we had been waiting. Will NOT return. Not the best service, far from it.

This is our regular Nando's usually no complaints but this visit was disappointing. Order was incorrect, food wasn't as good as normal - usually great this time was just ok, was too warm, service seemed so so and no usual "thankyou and goodnight" when leaving.

The first time I have ever visited a Nando's, and at the reception she handed me the members card, which comes with benefits if you are a bit regular (I liked it)! Plus the food menu is not too long as I found at many other places. But, the food itself was like not so good, I mean it was okay but not at the standard I had expected because I had heard so much about this place, disappointed a bit

Always good at NANDOS. Always get the half chicken. Perinaise is a must get. The chocolat cake was nice.

Went for a Nando's with my boy friend, during the meal I pulled what looked and felt like a finger nail from my mouth - I'd been eating the rice - when we pointed this out to the waitress she went to the manager for advice who didn't deal with the complaint instead she sent the waitress back who informed us that it was "something " from the chicken ??! We were not happy with this answer so asked again about the nail another member of staff then came to inform us that the whole of a lemon was used in the rice and this wasn't a nail it was a piece of pip and " it happens all the time ???? We eat at Nando's regularly and are normally satisfied with our meal and service but on this occasion we were not happy with either ! If it's a regular occurrence why don't Nando's do something about it? and also if this is the case how come the waiting staff didn't know anything about it either? we feel that the issue wasn't dealt with properly and believe that it was in fact a finger nail !

What can I say, the best thing about this place is that you know what you are going to get - good chicken, decent price and great service. Been going here with the kids over several years and never been let down.

The good thing about Nandos is that it's the same no matter where you go, so for consistency it does well. Chicken is chicken and it's ok from here.

We had to wait a little while for a table ( no more than 5 mins) so were offered a free starter :) Despite it being busy the food was prompt and tasted delicious as usual. Colouring provided for little visitors.
