Awful experience. Had a few drinks to be told to leave due to accidentally spilling water on the ground. The language from the manager was disgusting. I was on social media which she was aware of. When I asked why she wants me to leave she said im not hygiene and to go f**k my mother". She then revealed her pub address knowing I'm on live social media. She was very aggressive and I'll be taking this further. Avoid manager extremely rude.

Me gusta este restaurante ya que lo hacen bien por un buen precio. Las porciones son grandes. El personal principalmente amable ahora. Puede tomar postres, bebidas de café, probar cerveza polaca.

It was amazing food but it was very slow, I saw the staff just taking with each other not even taking the orders to the tables and there was about 20 orders that needed to be served

On valentine indian lady with red shirt who’s name started with P and the short guy with blue shirt name started with A , maybe have to be the rudest customer service agents that I’ve come across in my life , we understood that their will be a small wait but when you start accusing customers of lying and not giving table thats sitting empty for approx 1 hour that we spent their is ridiculous, anyway that’s fine but the attitude , they both need extra training on meet and greet and working under pressure , both reply in same manner which makes customers that spend a lot money as myself , very uncomfortable , they should learn from Park Royal staff members about customer service and how to explain to a customer on waiting times and how to keep customers on a good vibe Seriously my worst experience ever As you can see in image the table stayed empty for 2 hours and also the blue short guy lied that the 2 booths next to till were for only a party of 10 when clearly their was only 8 seats, why? I don’t get it , customers like me spending 3-400 a month with Nando’s

The first impression is sad,... ;((( there is no atmosphere like in the old previous place, a place that was warm and cozy, it's a pity that the tables are very close to each other and you have to be careful not to disturb those next to the table. The place is mixed in with the crowd of other places, the menu is already in the form of a plastic cardboard box, previous dumpling sets he doesn't exist anymore !!!! ,you have to go to pick up the bill because the staff forgets to take an interest, ;(( generally it's not as nice as it used to be.

My first visit was in Ramadan to get some food takeaway for iftar. I was given a free kheer. Itwasa nice and well appreciated gesture. The food is nice and very tasty. After Ramadan I took my business client with me and we had an enjoyable meal. Followed by a subsequent takeaway a week later. A good spot for takeaway too. Lovely chapli kebab. Nice staff. Could be full at some time so allow time in your parking. Ameer.

Rubbish service, 45 minutes waiting time, and still, nobody, no serving don’t go there, if you want to spend your time welcome

Los dos caballeros sirviendo eran agradables. Me dieron una porción enorme, y dinero de la cuenta total. Pedí un Donner Kebab grande, con mucha ensalada.

I got Pizza and Fried chicken wings from them. They used Frozen Pizza and added more vegetables to it to make it look fresh, but when I got home, opened the box and started eating, the dough was watery and stoned. Wings were already cooked in their display, and when I opened the box at home, the smell was weird. I thought maybe it was just me, so I took a bite, and it tasted disgusting. It was a complete waste of time and money, and my whole lunch was horrible. Do not buy anything from here.

Había más empleados que clientes en una noche de sábado. Los porteros son muy educados y el personal del bar, pero teníamos un problema y un barman, tuve que llamar al gerente porque él no estaba autorizado para solucionarla. Un tío asiático desaliñada vino hacia nosotros y nos preguntó qué queríamos, al parecer, este hombre era la excusa lo siento por el director. Por desgracia tiene cero habilidades de servicio al cliente, él apenas habla inglés, es increíblemente grosera y agresivas y prefiere discutir con los clientes. Dejamos nuestras bebidas sin tocar allí y a la izquierda y prefiero fuego a nuestro dinero que nunca dar otro centavo.

Order was 2 hours late and I did not even got it! They delivered it to the wrong place! Never ever getting anything from there ever again. Truly awful
