Acton Hill Kebab & Grill in Ealing

Rubbish service, 45 minutes waiting time, and still, nobody, no serving don’t go there, if you want to spend your time welcome

I ordered through Deliveroo and whilst they delivered on time the order was completely wrong. What was mistakenly delivered (lamb & Chicken Donor) was inedible tasteless slop. Bread was hidden below the meat and rice and was sodden in grease. Chips were also of the most basic half cooked frozen variety. When I complained directly they blamed my order on a new Chef who I can only assumed is not trained on their menu and is allowed to operate unsupervised. All very unappetising. Next time I’ll Stick with Woodys Grill if I want similar food of good quality.

Este es el primer lugar al que siempre voy por un kebab en el oeste de Londres. ¿Por qué? Como el lugar está limpio, el menú es fácil de leer, el servicio es bueno y la comida es deliciosa. Buen tamaño de porción, relación calidad-precio. Siempre voy por el combo de harina de pollo donner, nunca decepciona.

Yo y mis dos colegas frecuentado este lugar tarde en la noche. Buenos chicos, porciones enormes y bien caliente. Un buen comer barato en la zona de W3.

I love street food but I'm quite picky with buying random Asian foods as I've had not so great experiences with meals like Pizza and Kebabs however I gave Acton Kebab and Grill a shot ans I just wish I could have Chicken Kebab all day long.... the meal was very filling and delicious and quite health at that with lots of veggies and the garlic sauce hmmmm suberb

Indeed the best food you can find. I ate there all 5 days I was in Acton. Very tasty and there is a quite large variety. Fast service and it's only 1 minute away walk from Acton Metro Station.I still remember the taste!

I had my lunch here and the food was AMAZING. It is a Turkish owned place, and people are amazing and service was OVER THE TOP. I simply loved this place, and would recommend everyone to have food here. Meat is always fresh, daily made, tasty and most importantly CLEAN. Lots of these kind of fast food places are not very clean, and i don't feel comfortable eating. But this please was super clean and i loved it! I would highly recommend this please!!

We went to this kebab shop after a night out. I understand a group of people who have a drink (or two) can be annoying to some...but the staff in here treated us absolutely awfully! They were rude, and VERY aggressive. No one likes to deal with drunk people but I'm sorry, being open at 3am means you are going to get drunk customers! Deal with it. The two men behind the counter's behaviour was disgusting and I have never been spoken to so aggressively in my life..by someone who I am buying from! They should not be treating customers like this and I will be sure to warn everyone not to go here! AWFUL SERVICE!

Its really hard to find takeaway places that you are well served. These place are owned by Turkish people, they are extreme friendly and have a fast service. Food is fresh, place is very clean (Five stars), nice portion sizes and good value for money. Highly recommended if you like this kind of food.
