Dixie Chicken in Ealing

I got Pizza and Fried chicken wings from them. They used Frozen Pizza and added more vegetables to it to make it look fresh, but when I got home, opened the box and started eating, the dough was watery and stoned. Wings were already cooked in their display, and when I opened the box at home, the smell was weird. I thought maybe it was just me, so I took a bite, and it tasted disgusting. It was a complete waste of time and money, and my whole lunch was horrible. Do not buy anything from here.

Overall, a great spot for those craving classic Southern comfort dishes.Especially I want to mention the name of their staff sundas and aman .She is very welcoming and happy nature. I will visit again

This is a 'standard' local chicken shop; ok food, nothing special about it and reasonably priced although the service is a bit weird.

There are 2 ladies on the counter and I don’t know what stress they have as there behaviour is stinking, they don’t know how to talk. They have no respect for there customers. Totally down the hill ,young girl she just literally came from India and I think next day she start working in Dixie. The way she talk shows she have no sense of customer service. She doNot understand Any thing about order, she don’t even know the abc of customer service and the way she was talking like swearing there customers specially kids. I feel to report to police. It’s not about food not tasty it’s about people working there. The owner should take it seriously otherwise soon his shop will left with no customers. I will give this shop -5 on behalf of the ladies working there. Actually the young girl is not a girl she think she is a man. Terrible terrible customer service.

I never eat that tasty filet bulgur in my life they have best wings as wel I recommend 100% staff is friendly and clean shop

It was the worst possible customer service they charged extra and admitted to doing so and gave us the wrong meals and still refused to compensate as well as being rude over the phone and in the shop . The employees and manager do not speak English

Las alas eran tan muerto. No puedo ni explicar lo mal que estaban. Salsa de hamburguesa era asqueroso. Ni siquiera vender un stock de pollo salsa. Se indicó en mi stalker sombrero para ciervos. No hay espacio para mí para colgar mi vestido. También me di cuenta de que no había instalaciones de lustrado de zapatos. En general, bastante pobre. Ni siquiera alimentar a mi perro que caza.

Very busy.quick food on the go.not really a place to sit and eat although they have facility where you can stand and eat and if your lucky to get one of the two tables you can sit and eat.mainly you will see the school kids there wanting chicken and chips.i ordered a burger and fries for a friend.takeaway....the burger which was cooked from frozen wasn't cooked properly so I had to come all the way back to let them know....the young boy who is related to the owner was very argumentative.saying it's cooked.ERRRRR if it was cooked I wdnt come all the way back again.extremly rude with wrong customer service attitude....the staff look very tired in this takeaway place.if you want to go to a noisy rowdy place where you cant hear yourself think and the staff are anti friendly this would be the place....I walked away disgusted esp by the attitude of the staff member I spoke to.def no go for me.

nice tasting food.from chicken to burgers.not keen on the staff,but for a quick takeaway it's still worth going in there.always busy as food is reasonably priced.

It is what it is! A tasty alternative to KFC. When you need your fried chicken fix this company and site does as required! Nice chicken (on a par with KFC) with better chips (fatter - though still fries) and the hot wings unlike KFC actually have some chicken on them!

The size of their chicken wrap is enormous and is very tasty. Their chicken wings are good too! They're doing kebabs now as well which I haven't tried

Cheap, tasty fast food you can take with you or eat there. For the starving traveler. I ordered a chicken burger with fries and soda...for +- 2.95£. The meat was so soft it melted in my mouth, asked for extra ketchup which was not a problem-free. And the french fries were yummy.
