Good value compared to others in Croydon, freshly cooked, good chips, generous portions. The cod was huge and easily would feed two people!

It's definitely the best breakfast place in purley. Especially lobster Benedict 🦞

Excellent service from the staff and a friendly ownership. The dishes which were a mix of polish dishes were delicious and definitely worth trying it you want something different to the average high street options of kebab and chicken shops. I'd recommend the cocktails too. Definitely recommend the Pierogi.

A fantastic addition to Sanderstead. Not only was the food amazing but the staff were so attentive and looked after us perfectly on a busy Saturday evening. Great menu, great cocktails, and spot on service! If you enjoy fresh and expertly cooked food, a great atmosphere, and reasonable prices, we could not recommend Maples more.

We have been a few times. On this occasion we went with friends. Food and drinks were delicious as previous visits. The staff were lovely and attentive and the ambience perfect. This restaurant is a gem and a boon for Croydon.

Chicken was really small, cold and old as it was left for too long in the kitchen warming up waiting to be sold. I worked at Nando’s many years ago and I know what I am talking about. Not worth £27.95 when you are served a bad quality!

I arrived to the establishment with my nephew and grand nephew who suffers with social anxiety and where's a mask to stop germs and was told we can't enter because of the mask we was in shock so as it was a takeaway we was trying to get I decided to order it myself with my niece she paid for the food with cash but we still was being watch by the staff members who were solely focused on us when the food came I walked over to get some sauce to put on the food and I heard the to staff asking me what I was doing I explained but they were still not convinced and followed me around like stalkers I felt intimidated and racially profiled I will never use this place again I had to explain to the 8 year old he will have to go to McDonald's in future

Such a disgusting I ordered and this is what I got the chicken skin is black from inside so much and they don’t even refund the money back
