Located in the landmark hotel, the pub is a must visit. Me and my partner stay at the hotel 4/5 times a year and we can honestly say the Grand Central has been an added bonus to our trip. They have an amazing team of staff, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and the food is some of the best ‘pub’ food I have even eaten. Sunday roast is a must!! Thank you for your hospitality, see you all soon! La pinta es buena, pero el servicio es lentísimo, y la cocina muy limitada. No te dejes engañar por el aspecto: no entres.

Had a most delicious meal today at this friendly cafe in Romford. Salmon omelette with salad. Will definitely be back.👍

Great clean fresh,favourite are the custard natas? Knock nandos ones for six. Lots in the freezer you just can't find on the high street,proper little taste of Portugal.

WELL STREET SURPRISE Visiting the street the other day, I was delighted to see that this restaurant had re-opened which the owners told me was due to a serious flood in their basement. I opted for a chicken wrap and must say that it was as good as before they were forced to close. The meat was succulent and tasty and the salad and vegetables freshly chopped, crispy and crunchy. The home made chilli was was incredible!! This is a family run restaurant and they make everything fresh each day. I would recommend trying it as I don't think you will be disappointed.

The two other times I've been to this restaurant, have both been fine, and it's much easier if you're not gluten free... this is why I give it 2 stars and not 1 for food. However today I went for lunch and after asking three times if the dish I asked for was gluten free (yes 3 times in total), the waitress comes back after I take the first bite to tell me that there's flour in it. I am coeliac, so this is absolutely not ok. I then couldn't eat at the same time as the person I was meeting for lunch, and had to order a different dish from the menu. There were no sincere apologies coming from the staff and was charged service charge.... do not recommend for coeliacs and the staff was far from polite and considerate with what happened.

Really lovely experience and the food was delicious, kept us full all day. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Overall, it was definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you
