Excellent, perfect quick lunch with great atmosphere

Good menu choice, reasonably priced and generous proportions - The prawn cocktail is more of a lunch than just a starter! Very attentive staff, especially MD, I would certainly recommend.

Really lovely evening. The service was very attentive and the food was great. The chicken skewers were particularly good! Really appreciated the chef coming to check on us too. We’ll be back!

Had a fantastic meal here after a show and before hopping on the train home from Marylebone. The restaurant was great to deal with, we advised them of our tight time scale and they were amazing. Food was wonderful. Lovely ambience too. We will return, many thanks

We had such a great time celebrating my parents 30th wedding anniversary. The staff made sure all our needs were catered to and the food was delicious. The food we had was quality and the portions were very generous, so you won’t leave hungry!

Excellent… Sunday roast menu is simple, but effective and there is a vegan option on request. Service was excellent, including Michael who made everything possible when we diverted a little off plan. Comfortable and generally spacious. Not too noisy but they can be a few young children with families. Easy to recommend.

Two of us ordered the beef burger and the chips were badly overcooked. They tasted burnt. Replacements were ordered which were cooked properly i.e. a lighter colour and the correct flavour. The waitress tried to defend the badly cooked chips - but they were just plain burnt. The website promises more than was delivered.

Superb. Just what we need for a family catch up. We were give a perfect table at the end of the row (as requested). Very friendly staff who helped with slight changes to the Sunday Roast menu including a vegan option. Staff also checked that sauces were vegan or not. Tasty food. Ideal portions. Pretty good value for ancentral London hotel. We will return. Thank you.

Excellent meal one of our party had fish and chips and we had the beef Yorkshire really lovely.Cocktails were very good and the wine reasonably priced.Service was attentive but not over the top.Would definitely return.

Good choice of starters and mains. Portions were filling- only 2 courses needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We ate around 6pm Saturday night, so not too busy and therefore the noise was minimal.

Wonderful all round. Matt was very present and involved, he actually served us our meals! Highly recommended.

The only reason I didn’t give it full stars is because they put the football on with sound around the time we were eating our cheese course and it spoilt the previously lovely ambience. A very lovely meal and surroundings overall.

Enjoyed our meal. However service could have been better. We ordered a side dish of veg which failed to materialise. Also had to wait for tea after our meal and needed to remind staff.

had a great meal here pre-theatre. not a huge choice but enough to satisfy most palettes. Had the fish and chips which was the perfect size. really crispy fish batter and very tender flesh. My wife had the salmon with sundried tomato risotto which was equally as good. We both decided to have a dessert, sticky toffee pudding was delicious and the lemon creme brulee tart was tangy and sweet. Only downside was a lack of digestifs, no cointreau or grand marnier, only brandy and cognac. reasonable price for the location.

The food arrived cold and although it was replaced, the replacing burgers were not much hotter, and we had to wait an extra 15 mins. To be fair, we were not charged for the burgers. However, my wife could not finish some of her burger and some of her fries, and she wanted to take them home. The staff refused to give a doggie bag and the food was left and presumably wasted. That is an outrage with so many hingry people in the UK

Beautiful place with a very cosy atmosphere with the fireplace ! Food was good and everyone was happy about it !

Great food, great service very friendly staff, great ambience nice and cosy with great decor. I did have to move table not the Restaurants fault but 2 kids with their parent sat on the next table and started to tap the table.

Sadly not much chicken added to the delicious curry which meant not fl great value for money. 3 out of 4 diners had this main course and all said the same.

So I’ll start off by saying the starters were fab. We had the honey mustard pork belly and calamari. Both fresh and lovely. Timings wise it was very quick and the main followed quickly too. Perhaps a bit too quick but better than too slow. My partners steak was good. I had the fish and chips and sadly it was full of bones. Also it was served on top of the chips so the bones also went onto them so had to pick it out the chips too! I ate about 1/3 of my meal as I couldn’t be bothered to chew slowly through the bones and then we waited about 20 minutes until we were asked if everything was ok. Had it been a bit quicker maybe I could of had something else. That said as soon as the the manager was aware of the issue he did not hesitate to take my meal off the bill and offered us a glass of wine each in the house and to cook me something else but sadly time was ticking on and it had been a while since my partner had finished so I declined the latter. We then had a nice dessert to share. So all in all it was good. Good atmosphere, pretty good food (fish aside) and had the service been a bit more attentive at the start of the mains then it could have been better. Also the staff did well to save to situation. But I can’t really give it more than three given it was still a pretty expensive meal and I didn’t even have a full meal. For reference the person at the next table had the same meal and didn’t appear to have a single bone so I guess that was just bad luck.

We have a very pleasant casual meal here. The menu has all the basics while the drinks menu is very creative and interesting. What made this evening a ‘5’ was the excellent service from Jack and his colleagues. Jack was helpful and welcoming and paced the meal perfectly for us.

Great evening at this venue , previously known as 222 at the Landmark . It combines the relaxing ambience of a pub with the gravitas of an elevated menu , cocktails etc brought about by being in the Landmark Hotel . My friend and I used to go here about once a month and , like many venues, it lost its way s little post covid - really heartening to see it back to its former self in terms of food, drinks menu and service . The Malaysian curry is delicious ! Thank you Michael and MD for taking care of us so well :)

Welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings Enjoyed very much our meal in the Great Central Pub section of the Landmark (nothing like a pub really!). Service was nice and friendly although a couple of side dishes were late in arriving. Would be very happy to make a return visit

Had a going away party here last night. Service and food and surroundings were wonderful. MD was an absolute star as was Michael and the whole team. Booked arrangements ahead of time with team and it was easy and straightforward. It’s an outstanding pub with attentive staff and lovely decor. Many thanks!

Very nice and relaxed bar area to eat in. The food was excellent and very tasty. Service was really good and attentive without being intrusive.

We chose the Great Central to host a networking dinner at the end of a scientific meeting. All of the staff were incredibly attentive, from the initial booking and site visit, to the on the day service. We had a group of over 40 diners and nobody was left waiting for food or drinks. The pub provides the perfect setting for a traditional English pub, but elevated. Will absolutely be returning. Thank you again!

Wine was okay but a meat sharing platter for £20 was a few pieces of dried up chorizo and Parma ham some pickles and a slice of bread. Bit unimaginative and not great quality or quantity for the price.

Had a wonderful family meal recently. It was the perfect relaxed setting with mouth water food created by Matt Fletcher. Big shout out to Matt how has created a fantastic menu for everyone to choose from. I really love this place already it boost fantastic cocktails and a very comfortable price. I tried the steak sandwich and the fish & chips. UNBELIEVABLE. 10/10

We wanted some cocktails in the afternoon but the hotel Mirror Bar was closed. We were directed to a bar in the basement, which resembles a pub. The staff were friendly but the decor less than appealing. We were given numerous bowls of crisps, which was good, and our cocktails were well prepared. But a martini cost £15 with service on top. So four drinks came, in total, to £69.75 which is very expensive for a glorified pub.

Good bar food with attentive service. Grand decor which has an old boys club feel. Atmosphere was relaxed and service was attentive.

Lovely room with comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and Friendly staff. We had the prawn cocktail to start which was a good size and tasty. We then had the chicken dish and the fillet steak, again both were delicious, full of flavour and tender. The fillet steak was cooked perfectly for me. we were then going to share the sticky toffee pudding, until luckily the waitress informed us that it was banana flavoured, which unfortunately neither of us like. I feel the menu should state this. However we tried the chocolate orange mousse instead which I have to say was beautiful, light and full of flavour. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

If you’re a foodie , then you will definitely be disappointed because everything is rather bland or at best average. But the biggest outrage of the evening was the 4 pound charge for bread. The waiter asked if we wanted bread without any mention of the charge. I know that this all sounds petty, but there was absolutely nothing special about the bread to warrant the extra charge.

I had dinner at this restaurant and we can say that the ribeye and the tuna dishes were very tasty, definitely recommend them. Also the service provided by Alexandra and Simone was impeccable, they are a great asset to your team.

One way to ruin our evening and celebration... While the decor was indeed outstanding the way we were overcharged will make sure that we won't be going back or recommending the venue to others. It was surprising to see how poorly pointing this out to the staff was handled, who still had the audacity to claim a fair bill was issued. Careful with this on your next visit - a real shame for the stunning décor of the hotel and restaurant.

Set in the stunning Great Western Hotel, this basement restaurant was astonishingly reasonable given the setting. Very English dining experience in a fabulous room. Not cheap, but great value.

Cross passed this place through online searching. Didnt realise it is located inside an amazing hotel. The price is super affordable, or i should say, too reasonable for this location. Lovely atmosphere to hang out with friends. Food is good except the wine list is limited. Love going back next time.

The staff at the Great Central Bar at The Landmark Hotel London were just wonderful. They were all so caring and friendly - they obviously have tremendous passion for what they do!!! I want to thank them for taking such good care of me and for recommending amazing cocktails for me to try.. the pictures are of the Japanese Blossom and the Chilirinha.. (please excuse the sheep.. she’s a gift for the daughter of a friend!) I’ve been to a lot of amazing cocktail bars all over the world and I think the Chilirinha might just be the best cocktail I’ve ever had!!! I got to meet Peter the very talented inventor of this epically tasty creation and he was just lovely! I also want to say thank you to Nigel for taking such good care of me! We had some beers and wine here, and service was friendly and ok. Beer and wine tasted ok but it felt more like mission completed. But nice for a quick stop. E is ok and we found some seats as well. Clean and tidy place.

It was a bit hard to find since it's actually inside a hotel but once my friend and I found it we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent.

We visited the great central bar for a quick drink before catching the train home. We were greeted by Alexandra. We mentioned that it was my parents anniversary and Alexandra arranged a surprise cake. Fantastic service, we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Called in for lunch and just wanted a light meal so we opted for main courses only. I had the Sea bass and my mum had the daily special which was cod with asparagus. The service was attentive and friendly and the food was not only presented well it tasted delicious. A real treat and exactly what we were hoping for. This is definitely a restaurant I will be going back to and is one I have no hesitation in recommending.

2 cosmopolitans and a vodka cranberry came to nearly £50, but the staff were really lovely. Surroundings are basic.

Tomé el Jardín Secreto por recomendación, mi Esposo tenía una cerveza pálida (x 2) y el Niño tenía un par de coques (¡y aceitunas!). El cóctel fue hermoso y estoy de acuerdo con la recomendación, especialmente en un día cálido como el que tuvimos ayer.

Matías se aseguró de que tuviéramos la mejor experiencia y hablé muy bien y con amabilidad con los dos niños que asistieron. Realmente se sumó a nuestro disfrute. Al ver que era la celebración de nuestra boda, incluso se tomó el tiempo de regalarnos un pequeño pastel. Reservar en línea es extremadamente fácil y la comunicación de Agnieszka, antes de nuestra visita, fue de primera clase. Our waitress was really lovely and she allowed us to taste a few wines and made good recommendations.

Visited here for cocktail drinks. Bartenders (Peter and Aurelia) recommended some cocktail drinks with a lot of knowledge and the drinks tasted fabulous. Must try if you have a chance to visit this restaurant.

I popped into this lovely restaurant recently for a quick drink. From the entrance of the restaurant till the exit, the service and the atmosphere just great. Pauline's welcoming was followed by Peter's superb cocktails and the coffee before leaving. He'll got whatever you want, and he knows his stuff, just like András, who joined our conversation a bit later. Unfortunately didn't have time to have a nice meal, but saw food coming out, so next time I'll try their dishes too. All in one, it's a must visit place in a gorgeous, historical building. Definitely will come back.

Visited here on the off chance before catching a train from Marylebone and we weren’t expecting much. The restaurant is on the lower ground floor of the Landmatk Hotel across the road from the station.

Disappointed that two coffees cost £12 plus service. In fact the prices here are too high for the quality and type of food. I’ve been visiting here on and off for ages and can now see why so few tend to frequent now.

Such an elegant room to dine in yet the atmosphere is warm and inviting, especially with an open real fire on a cold and rainy winters afternoon.

El ambiente era encantador, el servicio era educado y excelente, la comida era fabulosa. Simplemente perfecto. Tuvimos calamares con salsas como un aperitivo compartido que fue perfecto. Tuve el curry de pollo tailandés verde que era precioso. Mi marido tenía el pescado y patatas fritas y mi hija tenía el cordero. Todo fabuloso, así como las porciones de buen tamaño.

Als Bestandteil des "Landmark" ist es eine Selbstverständlichkeit daß auch hier Erstklassisches geboten wird. Die Einrichtung "very english", also genau so wie wir Kontinentaleuropäer uns dies vorstellen. Die Gerichte sind durchweg sehr empfehlenswert auch die legendären "Fish & Chips" die hier auf ein neues Niveau angehoben werden ohne die Ursprünglichkeit zu vergessen . Bemerkenswert auch die sehr umfangreiche Getränkekarte.

Llevé a mi madre a su almuerzo especial de cumpleaños después de una mañana muy agradable en el Landmark Spa. No nos decepcionó, la comida era excelente. Su ensalada César era abundante y también casi rebosaba con el salmón ahumado extra que había pedido, sin escatimar aquí. Mi hamburguesa de pollo fue posiblemente la mejor que he tenido. El servicio fue atento sin ser obsequioso. Al final de la comida, el restaurante trajo un postre sorpresa de cumpleaños para mi madre que ni siquiera había pedido. El personal del spa debe haberles dicho, lo cual fue muy impresionante. Tuvimos una experiencia encantadora, muchas gracias.

This was a business lunch and, as usual, ticks every box; a hushed but pleasant atmosphere with well-spaced tables allowing conversation to be had. The food was top quality as was the service.

I booked this for my mum's birthday before going on to Wembley to watch Ed Sheeran. The food was delicious, particularly the tuna tartare to start and the milk chocolate passion fruit mousse for dessert, although the 'panzanella' came with very little bread. However, it was a lovely experience made even more special by the birthday cupcake and very sweet comments from the waitress. We will definitely recommend the Landmark to others.

We went there for dinner last week and I was really nicely surprised. I loved their menu, everything was freshly made and well presented on the plate. I had a crab & avocado for starter, it was delicate and fresh dish, lightly seasoned. Staff was friendly, polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Stylish, cosy surroundings and great jazz music in the background. Fantastic fireplace in the back of the room, you don't see many of those nowadays. They had a wide choice of drinks. We had amazing cocktails and good dessert wine which was recommended for our puddings. Really lovely evening! Thank you for looking afer us. We will be back.

Nevicava e faceva freddissimo sabato scorso e abbiamo deciso di fermarci per un afternoon tea al Winter garden, ma non avevamo, ahi noi, prenotato ed era, ovviamente, fully booked.

Popped in for a nightcap. First impressions were favourable - a nice vibe to the place with jazz playing in the background. Drinks were not up to par however. I'm not convinced that Taylors 10 year old port is best served chilled. An Old Fashioned seemed rather dry - I discovered why when I drank the last half inch which was suddenly sweet - the cocktail simply hadn't been mixed properly. I would expect better from a 5* hotel.

Официант быстро и дружелюбно приняла заказ, поинтересовавшись степенью прожарки блюд и уже через 15-20 минут мы пробовали вкуснейший стейк и рыбу, коктейли дополняли вкус умело приготовленной еды! Обстановка бара располагала к общению- горел камин и было уютно в глубоких мягких креслах, неожиданно хорошо поужинали и отдохнули, при первой возможности вернёмся сюда обязательно!

Service was very attentive, nice location - opposite Marylebone Station. Food was what you might expect of a very good hotel restaurant - an enjoyable lunch.

Waiters were slow and over stretched, not a good feeling when you are paying obligatory 20% service on to expensive meal.. one silly woman dropped my expensive shawl in corner of restaurant as she carried my coat around, showing people to their table with it draped over her arm .. she dropped it in corner and later it took alot of trouble to find it on floor later. We had ordered fixed menu so should not have been difficult, except time between courses once we reminded them we were there, which took effort,was inordinate. We started at 1.30 and it all went on with us repeatedly clamoring for attention until 4.15...not happy at all despite good food. Really too bad when I was trying to entertain special people. I won't do it again!

We've been dining at TwoTwentyTwo over many years now and each time everything has been absolutely first class.This was the first time we'd been back for a few years and I'm pleased to say that nothing has changed and the service, the food and the overall ambience are still all top notch. Two of us had the grilled Lemon Sole, which was cooked to perfection and one of us had a burger, which looked fine and I'm told tasted great.Note to myself - we mustn't leave it so long before we come back again.

The decor is gorgeous - slightly old style but not worn out so it looked and felt luxurious. I had prawn and chilli oil linguine which was stunning. Looked great and tasted absolutely fantastic. My colleagues had cheese and bacon burger which looked and tasted great and the thai curry looked amazing. Staff are very very good. Love it here.

We've been there last week in 2 evenings before we headed back home. We served food and drinks from the bar. All was perfect. We had the best dinner the last night of our stay. The service was unbelievably great and we couldn't ask for a better experience. Every dish we ordered was a piece of art and tasted heavenly. I had the goat cheese tart served with figs and macadamia, and my husband and daughter had the pea and mint soup. As starters they were very light yet filling. For the main course, I had a piece of salmon glazed in teriyaki, and my husband enjoy an amazing green curry dish. Even my daughter who was very sick enjoyed her plain pasta. The waiters Francesco and Georgia were so kind, kept a nice smile on their face, and gave us all the more reason to enjoy the night. I highly recommend this place and you certainly can't miss it! The hotel itself is also beautiful.
