Great service and food! A bit expensive given the area/ restaurant. We took a bit of everything, left well fed! Portion is good size & costs ~£25! Would recommend for sharing with friends

Anunciado como turco creo, pero una buena selección de comida de estilo mediterráneo. Yo tenía el plato de pollo albaricoque que era muy bueno y mi esposa tenía salmón que era bueno también. Precio del almuerzo para 3 sin alcohol alrededor de £ 71.

Very welcoming service and cozy atmosphere. Every dish was delicious, including complimentary Turkish Bread. Will visit again, and definitely recommend Fora!

One of my favourite stops when I’m in London for work. Enjoyed the special platter with a halloumi salad appetizer. AMAZING! Staff are attentive, welcoming and courteous. This place is a MUST visit whenever you’re in the neighbourhood. 5 stars, easily.

Mustafa was great and quick when serving our food and the best part of it he speaks Arabic and knew exactly what we needed. Deserts are delicious and restaurant overall was friendly.

Lovely spot in St Johns Wood. Excellent Turkish food with very generous portion sizes. The prices are quite reasonable and they also have a lovely mix of desserts.

Had a booking for last Friday, travelled a fair distance, to discover the restaurant is currently closed for renovations. Why they've got their reservations open is beyond me and thoroughly disappointing, however went to Motcombs and had a great time.

When we arrived yesterday, the restaurant was closed and looks like they are doing some construction work internally. Why they still allow people to make reservation when they are closed!

Lovely food - and little on the pricey side

St. John’s Wood- we enjoyed the food, however the waiter was sadly very rude and inappropriate. He made my friend and I very uncomfortable, making several comments which were rude and sexist. I was very upset when we left as we really wanted to love this place, but definitely will not be back to this location.

I had a delightful dining experience at Fora Restaurant in St John’s Wood! From the moment we walked in, the warm, friendly service and the stylish ambience made us feel right at home. I ordered a vegetarian dish Okra, and it was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavour. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely meal with friends or family. The attention to detail in both the food and service was remarkable. I highly recommend Fora Restaurant for its exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely a gem in St John’s Wood, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The food is delicious and fresh

I recently dined at your restaurant and was impressed with the portion sizes and the quality of the food—it was truly delicious. However, I was uncomfortable with the hygiene practices of the blonde waitress serving me. I observed her cleaning her ears and touching her hair while on duty, which made me uneasy. Due to this, I won’t be dining here again. I hope you can address this issue to ensure better standards for your customers.

Absolutely excellent food &service great place definitely recommend

as we walked in first glimpse of the restaurant was fine but as one of the waiters started speaking to us they kept only speaking to me excluding my best friend and making her feel VERY uncomfortable and not welcomed. When we ordered a bottle of wine the waiter serving us only spoked to me and poured me the wine to drink AGAIN EXCLUDING MY CLOSE FRIEND. This has REALLY upset us made both of us uncomfortable but we tried to just enjoy our food and ignore the behaviour. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE behaviour.

New favourite restaurant in St John's Wood. The food is outstanding, we had the mixed grill with rice and salad and it was absolutely delicious. It's not necessarily the cheapest of restaurants (but not crazy expensive by any means) and the price is reflected in the excellent quality of the food. The meat was so tender and cooked perfectly and I don't know how they cook their rice but it is incredible! Samet and all the staff could not have been nicer and would 100% recommend it. Can't wait to go back!!

Very good food, attentive staff and great location

I should have reviewed Fora SJW many years ago and I'm really glad that I've finally got to correcting this injustice. I've been a loyal Fora customer for dining in and taking out. The menu is extensive. Its execution is perfect. Turkish cuisine is absolutely amongst the most interesting and pleasing there is, with lots of variations and thus lots to choose from depending on the mood. The staff are super friendly and super efficient

What an incredible experience it was to dine at this place! The service was outstanding. The food was incredible. Turkish food at its best. You get what you pay for – the prices are not the cheapest, but it is 100% worth it. If you're in St John's Wood, you've got to check out this restaurant.

This is a new (to us) neighborhood favourite. We showed up Saturday night with a party of five and had an amazing experience. Food and service were wonderful and the terrace was a wonderful location to enjoy the weather. Imagine my shock when I realised I made the wrong night! They handled us with such grace we did not realise our error until later. Will definitely be back.

We haven’t been to this restaurant but it always looks nice. We were not disappointed. Lovely ambiance and very clean. The staff are lovely and friendly as well as being helpful. The menu is extensive and the food is cooked to perfection and good portions.

Wonderful restaurant with tasty and feel good food. Good vegetarian options and all of their bakery items such as pide, bread are really good. In dessert, Kunefe is to die for, it’s absolutely delicious and is the reason I am coming to this restaurant again and again.

We went here for a late lunch after a tour of Lords Cricket ground. I had the lamb tagine & my partner had the Mixed grill! Both were absolutely superb in flavour & the lamb in the tagine fell off the bone. I am not a great meat eater but I truly was impressed! Thank you

Aan te bevelen ! Heel lekker gegeten, we voelden ons erg welkom. Het Turks brood om te starten is al overheerlijk. De hoofdschotels zijn heel vullend (veel). De locatie is goed bereikbaar en heeft een gezellig kader.

Good Turkish restaurant with a nice selection

Service is 10/10. The manager of the restaurant is the greatest example of hospitality and the food it’s delicious. Used to work in the area and I’d pop in for a quick drink after work or a proper meal twice a week and I always felt the most welcomed guest. Thanks guys🩷

I have dined at this restaurant several times since I returned to the area over 20 years ago. With the spacious dining room and cheerful staff, bean dishes, seafood, and meats are all delicious and generous portions, making this a restaurant we go to often. My daughter loves the bolognese here for some reason.

Grilled meat platter for two was superb the flavour they get into their meat is insane. Took half home it’s huge! Turkish wine was also very good. Our waiters English was terrible my only downside. Busy Saturday night I got the feeling most of the diners had been going there for many years there was a great atmosphere

Popped in to this place on a dreary wet day on our way to The Hundred at Lords. What a great experience. Attentive, friendly service. Wonderful food - I had the chicken skewers and my husband had chicken wing skewers - both of which were beautifully cooked with rice or chips and dressed salad. For central London the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food, the Aubergine starter with warm bread was stunning. I had the lightest, huge Moussaka and my daughter had a wonderful authentic Lamb Shish. Service was really good. The guy was efficient and fast. They gives us some bread with tatziki in the beginning. We had two starters, I got fried whitebait with tatar sauce it was okay and my girlfriend had the imam bayaldi it was good. Then for main I had the moussaka quite good and my girlfriend got the fish good as well but the skin was not crispy. Overall good

Very pleasant restaurant with attentive waiters/owners. Nice outside seating area, but we were not booked, so sat inside, which was ok. Relatively expensive for what is offered, but this is of course St John's Wood! We had one vegetarian moussaka, which was just ok. Plus a lamb moussaka, which was watery, only luke warm, too much sliced potato, v little aubergine, and almost totally lacking any moussaka flavour. The side salads were ok. I think we just made the wrong choices. It's obviously better than we experienced because it seems to have many repeat customers, who the owners seem to know and welcome in a friendly manner.

Best Turkish breakfast at the heart of St John’s Wood

Wyśmienita kuchnia, bardzo kulturalna i szybka obsługa, czysto I przyjemnie. Duży wybor dań. Zupa dnia z soczewicy goraca i bardzo aromatyczna, jagnięcina soczysta, warzywa idealne, halumi swietnie zgrillowane, makaron również doskonały, wielkość porcji w sam raz. Polecam!

Lovely Turkish cuisine with outdoor terrace.

It's an eatery rather than a restaurant, practical rather than romantic, With decent Turkish food and a heated outside space which can be covered for winter. It's good for big groups and is often hosting a group or two at most times. Servers try very hard and meals are served quickly. It compares well with many other Turkish places, really, atmosphere or food wise. Most meals around £20, Italian pasta avout £13. Turkish beer and wine are quite good.
