My wife and I had our first experience with Serbian food. The attendance very friendly, the food amazing, and the price way cheaper than I was expecting. Will definitely come back!!

Had a chicken soup starter and mixed grill for my main. The chicken soup was a let down, had little taste and little meat. The mixed grill was delicous, worth every penny. Nice succulent meat and well cooked. Pickled cabbage side was also very nice. Waitress was freindly enough. Nice little Serbian spot.

We had a larger group of friends gather at The Corner Terrace for dinner and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure that our dinning experience was enjoyable. The food was delicious, the waitress did an incredible job and the total cost was well below what I expected. Definitely eating there again.

Big, generous, tasty dishes, freshly made in the place's Serbian kitchen! One dish was a grilled chicken breast, which came with a sauce of mustard and mayonnaise, I was highly surprised to find this combination extremely tasty. We also had a terrific grilled mix of beef, sausage and pork. Extremely good value for money, will definitely come back again!

We were there for lunch yesterday, the food was perfect, the place was great, the impression was maximum! Well done with the blonde and polite waitress and the always smiling black waiter. Polite and professional! Overjoyed.

Food was really good! I ordered the Kofte Kebab and was really surprised by how huge the serving is. Also had a side dish of feta cheese.

We used to go in Corner Terrace to eat good balkan food and listen to good music. After yesterday's experience with food (awful) , I think this place is just to go there only for a good music , and drink couple of rakijas od beers.. That's it. The singer was great , great voice 👏 but food was ridiculous, . Never again for a food there. Disappointed 😞

Serbian-run Serbian restaurant, now facing increased competition - Kod Pirketa (Acton), Fulham Kitchen (Fulham) - and therefore improving over the years, since 2011. For non-Balkan foodies, specialities will appear simple, but these are all honest, plentiful meat dishes that will almost certainly make you feel quite full. Try a portion of ćevapcici (kebab) or chicken in mushroom sauce, ask for lepinja (warm, soft bread) and maybe sample a shot of rakija (a strong local spirit). After COVID you can enjoy several outside tables, in addition to a few covered at the front. Want to shop for more? Another Serbian cafe/shop across the road.

Food tastes nice, and anything else less than average..... baaaad service, food display🤦🤦 short stuff, dirty toilets..... and more.....

Wir waren an einem Dienstagabend dort. Es hatte fast keine Besucher und einiges war am Mittag schon ausverkauft worden. Die Bedienung war freundlich und die Stimmung war gelassen. Das Essen ist okay. Ich hatte den Gemüserisotto. Jedoch bekam ich keinem cremigen Risotto mit Gemüse, sondern einfach Reis mit Gemüse. Der Fisch war etwas angebrannt, jedoch im Geschmack gut. Der Burger kommt ohne Brot, schmeckt aber. Das Schnitzel ist gut, ich hatte aber schon viel bessere Schnitzel. Der Preis war sehr gut. Wir haben zu Viert 57 Pfund gezahlt. Alles in Allem war der Abend inordnung.

If you like live Serbian music, go on a saturday night around 10ish (but make a reservation! It gets packed) Food was a real reminder of our trip to Belgrade. Good price and nice ambience, I felt like we were back in Belgrade!

This business plays music in the evening and night time that is extremely disruptive to neighboring housing units.

Worth a visit for the mixed grill, hits the spot. Pork a bit tough to chew and a bit of language barrier but would come back again.

I rarely bother with a hot meal at lunch time but the Corner Terrace caught my eye. I had a glass of house red and a Carbonara and really enjoyed the whole experience. The food was hot and well prepared and. The service great. An espresso rounded off my meal.

Tasty, quality, authentic Serbian food. I would highly recommend getting the mixed grill with vegetables (as pictured).

I used to order from that place and the food was alright. Today I ordered one tomato salad one cabbage salad and one main course that was pork. The tomato salad was nearly £5 and it was just few slices of tomatoes. The cabbage salad was just a joke. However, the worst was the pork. The meat was completely raw. Its a shame to serve this kind of food to people. I will never order from that place again. It's just a waste of money.

Very long review but Laki please read!!!!! We used to enjoy going to Corner terrace and have nice meals, but the last couple of times we went we experienced really bad service and attitude from the staff. First time we wanted to order dessert and asked to have slice from the cake that looked fresh made and not from the one that was left on small plate. The waitress said is fine initially, but when she asked at the bar she was told that this cake is not ready yet. I am sure she should have known this before taking the order and we would have the information at first hand then choose something else not choosing leftovers that are on plate. We were left with no option but to go to another place for dessert. We went again to give second chance as we had nice meals there pre COVID-19 and the food was nice but this time was even worse. We were four of us and ordered Greek salad without onions, sopska without onions and tomato salad with onions, mixed grill for one and two house special “Corner terrace escalope”. After waiting 20 minutes we got Greek salad with onions and tomato salad without onions. I got extra onions but my friend didn’t get new Greek salad but just onions taken out from the first salad. No apology or sorry from the waiter. Another 25 minutes wait for the main meals and there is mixed grill arrived but no escalopes. Another 10 minutes and the waiter is bringing two plates with something else that we didn’t order and when we asked his reply was that what he was given as they don’t have the house special escalope. I understand that they may run out of some food but I don’t understand why the we weren’t informed shortly after the order placed in the kitchen. Then we asked who has given the waiter the plates to bring to our table, which he answered from the kitchen. I have asked for manager to speak to and got sharp answer there isn’t a manager on site, then asked for the owner to be told the owner isn’t on site too. Obviously the waiter was not experienced and didn’t have any costumer service skills and I have asked for the person who chose for me what to eat to speak to but no gain as the shift just saddenly changed and they all gone home. While sitting and waiting we have noticed that two families on the other table returned plates when their food arrived. It’s obvious that something is wrong in this place and not only the waiters, but the kitchen and probably the management if any. Unfortunately we will need to accept that we shouldn’t go there anymore and be treated like that and not be able to eat what you have chosen to. Ah and not to mention that the bill was wrong as well but couldn’t be bothered to argue with the waiter who didn’t even used once the word sorry or even to try to get someone else to come and speak to us and on the end didn’t say goodbye. This is by far the worse experience I have had in the restaurant in my lifetime.

I live locally and have visited corner terrace restaurant often for food and drink. Usually a pleasant restaurant with tasty Balkan food but it has since gone down hill in terms of quality and service. Items are commonly wrongly added to the bill and the food is not consistent. The final straw for me was the new price of half a pint of Birra Moretti at £5.

The actual restaurant itself is nice a mix of homely and you can imagine having a good meal, good drink followed by a knees up which is worth the one star. However I didn't come here to party I came for a meal and that's where it goes down hill.... (1) Negative - Upon entering told where to sit rather than being given a choice given that the tables inside the restaurant were empty. (2) Positive - drinks order taken within 10 minutes of arriving. (3) Negative: Food order taken an hour after arriving by which time the sparking water was flat. Chap at bar didn't make eye contact and eventually the overstressed waitress apologised that they were really busy. (4) Negative: Ordered a large Meze only to be told they didn't have any hams only beef, by now we were starving so didn't care. (5) Negative - waitress asked if we wanted bread with the Meze to which we said yes, unfortunately she forgot to bring the bread and we're still waiting. (6) Positive: The smoked beef, olives and mixed cheese feta/soft cheese and cheddar were good but couldn't eat all of the beef as there was not enough variety. (7) Negative: Main dish - ordered chicken with mushroom sauce with grilled vegetables. Unfortunately when it arrived there was no veg and no explanation as to why it was missing. (8) Positive: Main dish -the chicken was good the sauce (tasted like a diluted mustard sauce) was ok. (9) Negative: Main dish - ordered home sausages with chips and onions. The sausages were under cooked and couldn't risk eating it. The bit that I attempted to taste was actually nice. Expected the onions to be cooked but hey if raw onions are part of the dish and if this were the only fault I wouldn't have a need to complain. (10) Negative: Found a hair in the dish which was the last straw to this farce of a restaurant. We weren't asked whether we enjoyed our meal, just as well and we didn't make a fuss, paid and left. But we shook our heads and vowed never to return. Terrible!

I live as one of the residents very close to this restaurant, if you saw what i saw what they do with their meat products, and how long they leave their meat outiside marinating on their balcony behind their building, you wouldnt eat there. Just to let you know behind the building theres a alley way and behind the gates in the alleway are residents bins. Dont eat here!

Been twice, ordered same thing (cevaps) but second time it was so so. Served without bread and sauces.

I went to this restaurant last night 24/08/21. I had never been there before so thought would try it. Initially, the waiter was welcoming and gave me menus. Bear in mind, this was 8pm i order mix grill , it took 1 hour for food to be ready , they bring me 3pis of meat on plate without sos no salad no breed i have never seen anything like that before ,,The food and service is 1 star , I don't understand the good reviews, I think they are paying for them to review. Worst food and sirves cuisine I've had in this country and they charg me £40.

Food is great as usual, prices for food are reasonable Excellent food always fresh, always great deals and prices for food, alcohol is a bit pricey but I love this restaurant. Definitely for foodies and people who like bigger portions of food too. Grilled meat is the best I ever tasted and lamb softest meat I tasted.

Best place for Serbian barbeques

We went for the full English breakfast with home made sausages. Nothing to write home about. Main plus point was the Twining's tea and the low price. That the sausages were made there means little; they were thin tasteless chipolatas. So why wouldn't we return? First, we had to wait an age for what was a pretty straightforward fryup. Staff needed a nudge to remind them that there were three very hungry people waiting with growing impatience. The toast was plentiful but with only the merest smear of butter - I asked for more but the request was ignored. Perhaps worse, tea and coffee were served with no sugar available and, to boot, we had all finished our hot drinks by the time any food arrived. Finally, while the place clearly has attractions for locals from the Balkans, it had a damned unfriendly feel for strangers.

The waitresses are unfriendly and last time they forgot our order and after more than half an hour she trough on the table food with no apology at all. Also it was missing side order with food and beer was in can with ice pieces inside.

Food: Average. Service: Worst I've ever had in my life. Waitress came to take our order and was visibly peeved that we didn't know what we wanted even though we hadn't been given menus. Generally did her best to ignore any attempt to get her attention. Asked for tap water (we had also ordered wine and other drinks anyway) which was met with a sarcastic 'of course'. The tap water never arrived. Asked two more times to get tap water and just got flat out refused. Decided to cut our losses and go home. It seems if you're regulars you get slightly better treatment. I don't think i'll be ever coming back though.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this very friendly establishment. One of the best greek salads I have had outside Greece and an amazing serbian schnizel (although not for the calorie concious!!). Husband enjoyed his goulash which was generously portioned. Staff were lovely. Would recommend booking as they get very busy when the live music is on.

Nous y avons mangé un dimanche soir. Nous avons pris la viande grillée à 2 ainsi qu une salade mêlée les quantités sont énormes et tout est vraiment excellent. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables également pour deux verres de vins, deux softs drinks ainsi quel les plats, nous avons payé 28£. Je recommande vivement !!

Not really balkan-standard food, but okay if you want to show your friends what Balkan food would taste like if it tasted better. Kajmak served here is not kajmak, but some weird sour creme replacement. Staff was nice though.

Personnel simply doesn't know how to deal with complaints. I've returned the burger that wasn't cooked to standard and eventually was asked to pay for it. Of course I didn't. It is a real shame. It used to be a good place to have a bite.

This is one of my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing!!! Staff friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is like at home. Excellent food and music!! I would go there any day of week but I like the most Saturday evening.

The food was great.The staff was very hospitable and I really enjoyed my time there.

We had a lovely meal here after having a quick google of restaurants that serve Balkan food in London after travelling around the region last Summer. It’s a real gem and the vibe is most certainly chilled! It almost felt like we were back in Bosnia enjoying a mixed grill for 2. Only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have a few dips or cheeses with the grill! Overall though it was fab and we’d love to return again on perhaps a Saturday night for a more lively vibe. P.S they serve Cockta!!!

Been visiting this place for years and I could observe how the service has deteriorated over time. They could still make good food at times, but the quality is unreliable and their staff (every time new waiters) are not helpfull at all. When I complained about food they told me that considering how little they get paid, I'm lucky to have got anything at all. Sorry guys, I will see you no more

Standard service - nothing more nothing less

I love this place. It beats any conventional restaurant (e.g. Nandos). The meat is fresh and extremely tasty!! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff are so kind and funny 😁 I would highly recommend and have to all my friends and family!! Hvala!! 👍👍👌👌

Super friendly service, was so nice that nearly everyone dining here on a Tuesday night were usual friendly Serbs and Macedonians. Felt like we took a mini holiday tonight! We cycled through serbia last summer and the food took us straight down memory lane. Huge portions. Great value and so tasty. You will leave very very full... and will come back for sure! Thank you. Great service from the waitress from Novi Sad. So friendly :) Great shopska salad, stuffed peppers and house special.. go for it!
