I did not eat there this time, because it is cash only , and we drove 30 minutes excited for some food , only to turn around and not able to eat in this place. Honesty, in this day and age , to not be able to pay contactless in a restaurant is a bit of a joke and a big let down. Will not be coming back I'm afraid.

Very tasty dishes, XXL portions at reasonable prices

A small restaurant with a few seats outside, which is a great idea on beautiful sunny days. The place only accepts cash, which can be tiring at times. There is no air conditioning inside, which causes slight discomfort on hot days. The service ladies are nice and smiling. The food was different... the tripe was plentiful.

It used to be great, cosy restaurant with delicious food. The place was redecorated and it looks very cold, without that cosy atmosphere. The tables often very sticky, with scratched off paint. Not pleasant look. The potato pancakes used to be crispy and nicely spiced, and currently chewy because of too much flour, and not spiced enough. Schnitzel also not as nicely spiced as it used to be. Potato wedges overbaked and didn't seem to be freshly made. Prices increased and quality decreased. Take away boxes are not secure, and by the time I got home the sauce was spilled in the bag. Few months ago I would recommend it, but now I don't recommend this place at all.

Really good potato pancakes (just like at home) with mushroom sauce, and a tasty champignion soup (pieczarkowa) on the second visit this year! Look forward to the next opportunity! The only thing which may be a problem for some, it was cash only when I visited. Of my experience it's not convenient for some people but on the other hand, we'd better use cash too or it will become the thing of the past and that might not be good either.

Food is ok but the service is so poor especially from the lady working 2nd Oct 23 evening. She was rude and couldn’t give a hoot, would suggest staying away. Not consistent and lots of other places.

THE COOK IS PLAYING COOKING dish of the day - oven-roasted chicken in chanterelle sauce / not a single chanterelle, but a lot of turmeric - the whole dish is yellow and the tripe is one mud and a kilo of flour - what can you cook anyway?

Pretty good tasty and stodgy pancakes for an Irish Person apre a couple of beers next door... loose a star as it took a long time and they don't cater at all for gluten free and it's cash only... The patrons were very nice chasing after me when I left my bag behind! ..

I sat outside for 6 minutes and finally decided to ask for the menu, whether someone would bring it or if I would just breathe the air. The blonde woman behind the counter kindly put down her phone and informed me about the rules. There was only one table occupied inside and generally it was quiet, but my friend was not kind enough to come out and at least inform me that outside tables had to order inside, but it's hard to go out and inform about this rule. I had their set menu lunch. With traditional Compote and soup of the day , a huge portion of the main dish was more than filling. I had to get half of the main dish packed for home. To top it all, everything was homely and tasty. Good value for money and your taste buds if you like Slav dishes.

Delicious food, but every time I come back from work and think about it's 9 p.m. in 20 minutes, so I still have time to stop by. I arrive and everything is already closed at 8:40 p.m. If you give opening hours, at least stick to them.

Disgusting. Not really fresh food, when you come in, you will smell like an old oil and old fish after. No aircon. Loud music in the kitchen, and loud music in the guests area both at the same time making this place weird. I didn't know what was going on really. Horrible atmosphere and really bad customer service. Overcooked dumplings, full of oil and water. Big portion but not tasty. I can't recommend at all. Avoid.

The clue is in the name. Huge portions, delicious, freshly made food, many Polish classics to choose from. Decor a bit basic, but overall clean and tidy. TV far too loud (football season) and Covid rules not always strictly adhered to (no social distancing when queuing inside). Overall, I’d recommend this place if you’re after a decent meal for a good price.

Hello, I was at Restauraja XXL some time ago. What can I say about this place? Food is good. Professional service, with a nice appearance. Nice, quite small place. As the cashier said, "the name obliges." Kotel beat me. The prices are right. I would highly recommend.

Pretty nice food, though not really my taste and I don't really like the place either.

The portion of food here is absolutely huge. I ordered the pork knuckle and it was delicious I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic polish cuisine. On the bonus side the food is not expensive but please take note CASH ONLY. The pork knuckle in real life is a lot bigger than on the photo👍

It's a really nice place. When you'd like to eat a real polish dish you can visit this restaurant. Big portions (for me too big, but finally it's XXL restaurant😉), always tasty and in good price. Service is very friendly. You can find a toilet there.

Very unprofessional staff, more than 1.5h waiting time for a order where they said 30 mins.

Large comfy tables, large tasty dishes and friendly staff. Easy to find and plenty of parking around. They even have two tables outside 🙂. Beer is a bit pricy but the compote is cheap 🙃.
