Another fabulous meal at Dilsk . Unfazed by a pescatarian and a mushroom intolerant vegetarian, chef Tom tailored the tasting menu to suit and to great effect . Michelin level dining at an affordable price. Look for offers ...4 courses for £35! Service always warm but unobtrusive . Best food in Brighton .

The Blacksmiths Arms was recommended by a friend for Sunday lunch, we were not disappointed, with a huge carpark and a warm welcome we were shown the table we had previously booked. Drinks were brought and shortly our roast dinners arrived, plenty of everything and was delicious, followed by a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding, then relax in the bar area with more drinks and idle chitchat. The bill was very reasonable so would definitely recommend a visit, various interesting places nearby, Castle Howard, Sherriff Hutton Castle, Malton, Howardian Hills.

I was looking for something to eat on a long train journey and was recommended Doorsteps of Handbridge. It was just over the bridge from central Chester but well worth the detour. It had an astounding range of sandwiches and baguettes on different types of bread. Everything was very fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my Cajun chicken filling. My only quibble is that I felt the homemade cakes were not up to the high standards of the sandwich.

This small restaurant is wonderful for a quiet venue with good wine and excellent food. The restaurant operates an open kitchen, with a small menu cooked fresh in front of you. There's no big sign for the restaurant and you'd barely know it was there if you weren't looking for it. The current menu is found on the gate post and I would recommend it to any Richmond locals or visitors.

This was our first visit here, but definitely not our last! The service and food were both excellent. Holly, our main waitress, was very attentive and friendly, alongside the other staff too! Would definitely recommend this place, especially the schnitzel. Thank you!

Celebrated a significant anniversary here last weekend. Stayed in a garden room in the grounds. From arrival to departure, the service was exemplary. The food was nothing short of sensational. 18 courses of foodie perfection with a lovely touch to see the kitchen during service. The whole experience reminded us of a famous "Manoir" near Oxford but better!

My partner and I attended on a Saturday evening to celebrate her upcoming birthday. My partner is Gluten Free, and Harborne Kitchen went out of their way to accommodate that dietary requirement. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by all the staff and even the chefs all said allow as we walked by the pass to our seat. We both went for the tasting menu. And I had the wine pairing. The food was exceptional. Beautifully presented, and each plate was introduced to us by one of the chefs. There are one or two reviews on here complaining about portion size. I think the problem here is common with a taster menu. Especially the Malloreddus. That dish was so good. I wanted to get a big big bowl of it, change into my fat pants, sit on my sofa, and scoff the lot. We were both waddling out of the restaurant after, so there are no complaints from us about portion size. My only criticism is the tomato course, which is literally a slice of tomato with a couple of onions chucked on. Served with a little bit of stock. I can't understand why it is on a taster menu at a fine dining restaurant. The decor was nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Good vibes all round. And we appreciated the birthday wishes with a chocolate treat. Thank you, Harborne Kitchen. We will definitely be back soon 😋

This place is hands down the best place to eat in Arundel the food was 10/10 the service was 10/10 the atmosphere was 10/10 we saw some customers travel from Lewes in East Sussex for the meal that’s how good it is, so we had pork belly to start and poached pear salad along with cod, hake, lamb pie and pheasant with a cheese board, date pudding, cheesecake, apple crumble. We were swiftly seen to our table by some wonderfully happy staff who were all so helpful our table was big in size which you need coat hooks right next to your table the cucumber water which is served complimentary is lovely and refreshing we had a bottle of cotes de province wine which was light and crisp and the toilets were very clean with lovely hand wash. The restaurant wasn’t overcrowded at all we will return 100%

Arranged a family meal for 20 people to celebrate a big birthday. Dean was helpful and quick to respond to emails. Couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we got the evening we were hoping for. On the night, the food was spot on (hot, on time, and everyone got what they ordered) and everything went to plan. The staff are an absolute credit to the restaurant, the ladies behind the bar were helpful, welcoming and friendly, as well as being sweet and patient with the children in the party. Thankyou all so much for helping us celebrate a very special lady’s birthday.
