The pizza was stone cold and very late to get to me. I called the Resturant and they wouldn’t replace for a hot pizza or give me a refund. AVOID

A Saturday night, a busy night of the week. Ordered by app, collected within 10 minutes. Our food was above good and excellent today. Really good, crispy skin on fries, and food that you would happily pay more than double for in a restaurant setting. It's nice that you can get great food and sit on the seafront or harbour in this part of our world. Thanks Alis KS Teignmouth 💫💫💫💫💫

Disgusting mash potatoes! This place should be called that. Amount of sauce they add is just gross. Chips went soggy and melt within a second I got them. They also charge extra for sauce with no info upfront.

Quality of the food is poor and the meat is coming most of the times uncooked,long wait to get your food and it's not even worth it,at least the music is good

We were booked in at 2.45 in the afternoon and got there to be told there's an hour wait for the meal, they took in passer-bys and as they have small kitchen, they couldn't cope, we left and went elsewhere, after emailing them we were told that" You book the table" and Not the meal, which means it's doesn't matter to them how long you have to wait for your meal. we have taken them off our regular slot. never again!!

We have been regular patrons since Smiths’ opening night but started giving it a wide berth a few years back as service and value had fallen into a steep decline. We returned recently to enjoy the evening sunshine in the garden. Prices for drinks have definitely improved and the garden closest to the building is well kept. Unfortunately, priority is given to the majority as there appear to be no ‘no smoking’ areas and smokers are free to force everyone to join them. Yuk!

Popped in for a drink while staying at the hotel,reasonably priced very friendly,helpful bar staff great view and had sky sports Although the projector could do with a new build it repair very dull

Didn't feel very well after chicken meal. Noticed they display a food safety rating of 5 when in actual fact their rating is a 2 as of February 2025 Hemel Hempstead Marlowes Branch. Hygienic food handling: Hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage: Improvement necessary. EDIT 1 WEEK LATER FRIDAY JUNE 6TH. They are still displaying on their front door a food safety rating of 5, when it's still a 2. Photos available, Monday, a call to the local environmental health team.

Great food at great prices ,always served piping hot

We stayed here too in a very large room which was great. We met friends for dinner and each of us had the most delicious meal and would definitely recommend eating here.
