En primer lugar, el personal es siempre mixto, algunos son más amables que otros. Las albóndigas me dolieron el estómago unas horas después de preguntarme si era un picadillo de buena calidad dado el precio.

Al llegar bastante exhausto y preocupado de que mi marido estaba luchando a través del tráfico atroz, me recibió un camarero tan amable y compasivo que se puso a mejorar la situación! El menú innovador y una botella de sangiovese muy agradable continuó redimiendo el día; el personal trabajó duro para cuidar de nosotros y tuvimos una gran experiencia.

Tuvimos que pedir dos veces tazas para nuestras bebidas y subimos al mostrador, todo siendo ignorado por el personal. Luego esperamos una hora a que nuestra comida saliera con la única explicación que se ofrecía era que había una ‘mezcla’ en la cocina. La única compensación que nos ofrecieron fue algo de perinaise gratis.

Went here this evening to see what it was like and was warmly greeted by the staff and seated very quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the wines were really good and the Sunday roast was one of the best we’ve ever had. I’m very fussy when it comes to roast dinners and honestly, it was insane! We will certainly be back!

I went with friends, when we saw the prices we almost walked out, I wish we had. The food we had was tasteless and luck warm. We even found an open salad cream wrapper in with the sauces!!! This could serious health problems. The staff didn't look happy to be there, the whole experience was dreadful. Not to be repeated. What a shame, what has gone wrong to cause the food and atmosphere to go so do downhill???

Reservamos para un DOMINGO ASADO (mesa para cuatro) y tuvimos una experiencia fabulosa! El personal era muy amable, servicial y eficiente y la comida era DELICIOSA. Había solicitado una mesa en el Conservatorio. . era tranquilo (TV apagado a petición mía - gracias! ) luminoso y espacioso (lindo perro en la mesa cercana también! ) Somos comedores exigentes y el personal respondió a todos nuestros caprichos / solicitudes! Recomendaría encarecidamente The Manor Arms a todos y varios!

Lovely staff but you're not allowed to use laptops there for some reason

Tempted by the cake and pastry selection in the window, we called in for breakfast. The beautifully prepared granola dish (£6) and bacon ciabatta roll (£4) were delicious. The servers were friendly, attentive and efficient. Given the time of day we passed on the wonderful looking cakes. The only complaint was the cold breeze emenating from the open window for take away customers.

I and my 2 friends and God daughter came here after an eventful day, there was a slight queue but was quickly seated. When ordering the food, it came out very quickly about 10 minutes wait, the chicken was succulent and we was taken care of by the manager Abdi, he made sure we were satisfied. Thank you I’ll be coming again. 5 stars x

Great experience every single time! Staff are lovely, food is fast and tasty everytime. Its always a fave to go to in broughton.

If your looking for the odd table or chair or even lights they have it all. Not everything is always in stock though which can become a problem if you want the item immediately. There's also kids care and a restraunt with good food.

When you have to order pay and collection yourself why have staff? Probably embarrassed to face customers.with poor food

Haven't been here in several years, went yesterday with family, seated in round baquette, happy with it, right near serving hatch. We had Dare to share, 3 starters, £9.95 we all ordered butterfly chicken with different sides, we all agreed the chicken was cooked perfectly, they have it down to a fine art. Absolutely no complaints, we were all well satisfied. Server, nice young man, well worth tipping him

Nicest nandos we've had in a while But above all the manager was brilliant Such a genuinely nice person with so much humanity, he was so helpful towards us and our young baby literally 10 out of 10 service Top Guy !!

I’m so sorry that this place has closed down! It’s been my go to for the last nine months after my return to Cardiff and has been by far my favourite spot in the area. Great service, wine and beer and open all day. How this place can be replaced I don’t know
