Posto "ideale" con bambini al seguito. Qualitativamente cibo da fast food, ma tutto sommato non male. Servizio non impeccabile, prezzi nella media ma una bottiglietta di acqua a 3,50 pounds è vergognoso...

What a joke. Kept us waiting for nearly 45 minutes for a simple order. Staff were no help, guy was asked to assist us but. Just ignored what he was asked to do. More interested in cleaning and clearing than assisting customers. Eventually found the order, they had taken the wrong table number...not listening perhaps? Then tried to say it was my fault! The offer of an order of fries was an insult frankly. Second time ever,never ever again.

Visited for takeaway plain chicken thighs and chips. All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional. Exceptionally trained and followed protocol regarding the allergy policy when on ordering. I was offered a drink by the lovely young man on door duty whilst I waited. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Visited 29.01.2024 4.30pm'ish

Was perfect since we were staying close by. We have all been to Nandos befoe but the staff here was amazing and very friendly!

We arrived late after we had been to a show so around 10ish. However we were greeted by a lovely young man who made us feel welcome I am so sorry we didn't get his name!! They had obviously been really busy and there wasn't much choice available but we were hungry! We had 1/2 chicken and some wings to share. The young man who served us was so nice we went to get coke and the syrup had run out in the machine and even though it was near closing he told us to sit down and he would sort it out and bring our drinks over to us. As I say I wish we had asked his name but if he or the company read this I am sure he will know who he is.

I came into Nando’s Euston to grab and go. The till assistant said it wouldn’t be any longer then 15 minutes.allowing me 10 minutes for my train. However, my order was messed cos I didn’t get what I ordered plus it was delayed. Although the gentleman who packed it tried to speed up my order there was nothing in the bag for me to eat it with.. was starving but couldn’t eat it with fingers cos it was a chicken fillet instead of a burger and fries and coleslaw. Not great. Now I’ll have to wait till I get home which will be another 2hours. Bal

I don’t know what was happening in this place but to say you order online and grab your own drinks/cutlery etc at Nando’s the staff seemed very lost, stressed and poorly organised. The food came out fast enough but there were plates under the hot lamp for 10+ minutes at a time and servers aimlessly wandering around. Clearly needs better management or staff.

Wouldn’t recommend, we went in for family lunch and were seated by a guy who looked like a foreign morgz. He was very rude and didn’t seem to care about any customers. Also it felt very racist because all the white people were on the left side and all the black people were on the right side but maybe it was a coincidence.

A poor experience at Nando’s Euston, lots of staff moving around and lack of customer engagement. The tablet for taking the order at till 3 wasn’t working, the receipt printer at till 2 wasn’t working. Took an eternity to get served then my food was sitting ready waiting on somebody to notice, looked like a lot of staff working hard but lacked organisation. Forgot to give me my drink that I paid for. Nice people but looked like the environment was lacking leadership.

Ate here after a busy day seeing the sites in London. We were early for a train and just wanted some easy food. Luckily this Nandos is located right outside Euston station. Obviously this also means that it gets pretty busy as everyone loves a Nandos don't they! The queue out the door was already quite deep and we weren't sure we would be able to get a seat but we ended up getting notified when a table became available. We were seated and the food arrived pretty quickly after ordering online despite it being pretty busy in there. Food was good quality and was all in all the cheap, easy food we needed.

I decided on a quick Nando’s and I was a little put off by the queue (and the front of house team member who was not particularly friendly or helpful) but decided to wait. I got a table in 2 minutes as apposed to the 25 minutes I was told which put lots of people off ahead of me who left. The food didn’t take too long and was good. The most impressive was the young man, Koren, showing people to tables and checking everything was okay during the meal. He was so friendly and just really made you feel so special as a customer - reminds me of The book Unreasonable Hospitality - making customers feel special is not hard…to the front of house…it was freezing cold and raining outside so letting someone wait for a table in the section reserved for people waiting for takeaways when there was no one there is not a big deal…and if that’s a Nando’s a policy, maybe that need to change…read the book - well done to Koren, amazing service

We passed through Nando's on 30/5/22 around 2 in the afternoon and there was a young black lady allocating tables. Fair enough it was lunch time and busy.We asked for a table for 4 but the restaurant was full.We asked to wait in the waiting area but she said no it's for takeaway. Fair enough we scanned the bar code and waited close by. We came back when our table was ready to find two white girls with suitcases had been allowed to wait in the same takeaway waiting area we had been declined until their tables were ready. I wasn't sure what that was about?My children noticed this too .Why the inconsistency in service though? Was it classism or black on black racism.We are all paying customers and deserve the same service. Life is hard enough without someone highlighting differences. Service should be equal and consistent. In saying that the food was amazing. That's the best Nando's meal I've tested in a long time. Absolutely loved it. The place was clean and the ambiance was great. I'm giving a 2 based on my treatment there however the food was a 5 star.

Came here for dinner recently with friends. Seated quickly, but thats as good as it got. We were told to order through the QR code, but it didn't work. Once I went to tell the staff it didn't work, they said that it won't work and that I should order at the counter? Once I went up to order, I was told that all vegetarian options and most sides and starters were all out of stock, which was a major problem as most of our party was vegetarian or vegan. I'm not sure how they run a restaurant with so many items unavailable! Instead, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Very disappointed, as normally Nandos is a good experience, but this was one to forget.

No menus so ordered from phone. Food was quite quick which was good due to needing to catch train. Food was very tasty. Drink was re fill but I had to do it myself which was a pain as I was solo and had to bring bag with me for security. Would of been 4 star review apart from a rude member of staff refused to tell me where the toilets were. She thought I had walked in off the street and said I needed to buy something first. Had to convince her I had just been sat down eating already. I’m fuming about this having to plead to her to tell me where to find the toilets. They must get people walking in off the streets all the time so probably right to be vigilant however I’m furious how the default position was to assume that I was one of those people! She could of politely asked me to show my receipt if I looked like that sort of person!

Just wanting to come on here and say how wonderful the staff and food is at Nandos Euston. Eralda who seated me, was so great! greeted with a smile, so friendly and sat me down straight away no questions asked! Even made my day! Come here quite a lot as I commute back home and can always relay on great food here and lovely service. Thank you Nando Euston team!

My wife and I thought we'd stop by for a quick cheeky Nandos at lunchtime. We should have known things would not go well when we were shown to a sideways table at the back of the restaurant. If you can imagine a rectangular table...

Ate here on Friday as in the area! It’s just a standard Nando’s meal! Nearly £12 got a little piece of chicken and 2 sides! Honestly tiny portions but we keep coming back! Not my number 1 choice ever but when hungry it satisfies 😁

Wasn’t really busy when we visited but managed to mess up our order twice , could also hear a lot of other customers were also having issues .

We visted here Sunday evening and its a very busy nandos but you get what you see chicken at speed . The tables are very tight and they are turned round very fast and the toilets are not clean.

I usually love nandos but this is was chaotic. They had no tables, asking people to share or sit by a window or wait but after wasting time queuing and unable to give the guy at the till a no. We then told the lady we wanted a table so a lady found us one and we had to queue again. We got to the till and the chap was unable to split the bill and called his manager. We then got to our table and it had been given to someone else. I just couldn’t believe what was going on. I complained and they wanted to move us. We ended up staying on the same table and they moved the other party who were very kind. I asked for a superior who claimed she was the manager and asked her to apologise the party who had to move and she got all stroppy and told me not to tell her what to do. She would not compensate me for me meal. This was a disgrace and i will never return.

I visited this Nando's last Saturday, I have visited before and thought it's a good place for a meal before catching the train from Euston. It was busy seeing as it was early evening, and I was quickly found a place, and was told my chicken would be half an hours wait. I didn't mind that and in fact it came after fifteen minutes. The one thing that let my visit down was the facts hat the toilets were out of order which I found quite annoying and a notice said to use the toilets in the station, which thank god were not charging to use this time. So to sum up, meal was ok but the toilet situation was very poor.

Very busy on a Saturday early evening as expected but prompt service and food. Especially good from Francesca a we were in a group.

Dar 4 menús y luego nada. 25 minutos más tarde, una pareja en la siguiente mesa le explicó que tenía que ir a una caja fuerte y pedir sus comidas / bebidas. Aunque el lugar no estaba tan ocupado, tardó 40 minutos en llegar (no tan rápido).Antes de viajar a casa fue a usar los baños que con la excepción. todos los discapacitados estaban fuera de servicio (un restaurante con una capacidad de aproximadamente 80/100 personas más el personal). El piso, el inodoro y el asiento del inodoro estaban todos mojados con orina sin papel higiénico o toallas de mano. Para cualquier persona que se espera que use estas instalaciones, no solo es asqueroso, sino que debe ser ilegal, ¡lo más preocupante son las personas que sirven y cocinan la comida utilizando el mismo y único inodoro!Mis 2 estrellas son para la comida no el servicio o los locales. Finalmente, el menú que se da al estar sentado, si se muestra, indica claramente que se agregará un 20% a la factura.

Food was great. Coke ran out ant I was finished my meal before it was fixed. Staff were nice but a little unorganized.

Visited this facility to kill some time before my next train from Euston. It has been some years since I had visited this franchise. Upon arrival, I received an ostensibly “warm greeting” which immediately proved to be deceptive and disingenuous, as it was not accompanied by rational thought or common sense. I had entered with a heavy holdall on my shoulder. The staff member did not take this into consideration as he marshalled me towards an awkward space to sit in the facility. I was not prepared to leave my bag out of my sight, nor was I willing to put it on the dirty floor – so I put it upon a vacant chair beside me.I was very impressed with the speed of service and the delivery of my food which was well seasoned, warm and tasty. The nutritional sides were a joy, and what I remembered from several years ago. All in all, it was a very tasty and satisfying meal – one I was very grateful for. I also tried a beer from Mozambique – first time ever! – which proved to be a very good thirst quencher too.As I was leaving the facility (don’t forget, I had a large holdall over my shoulder too) – another staff member elected to walk into me and directed new customers at me, as though I was not there! It was good to see that Nando’s food still tastes great, but the vigilance, spacial awareness and common sense of staff members still needs a little work.

You would expect nandos to have perfected simple grilled chicken. No not this nandos. Ordered standard half chicken rice and chips and cashier said the wait is 30mins. Fair enough people like chicken. After 30mins the staff brought over the food and it was DRY, flavourless and simple terrible. My girlfriend ordered that burger and it was dry too. Very poor experience overall. Stay away from this place.

I found the food really nice on this visit to Nando's but the general ambience of the restaurant was pretty horrible, incredibly crowded, far too many tables wedged into a small space, horrible toilets and a huge queue to order. Not big enough for it's location close to Euston Station.

My granddaughter placed our order tge boy on till didnt listen to her got order wrong and didnt give her change. He was too busy talking to his friend. We ordered plain chicken , spicy was delivered we told waitress who changed it swiftly still had one half spicy so only one half of chicken had been replaced. Sad really as normally much better.

When we exited from St Pancras/ Kingcross rail station we saw Nando's.From outside, the shop looked small but when when you entered the space is actually quite big with basement.We ordered set platter with drink. The chicken is delicious and fresh from the oven .Recommended.

No conocía Nando's, y en general, no soy una gran fan del pollo, pero me encantó la variedad de opciones que ofrecen. Está muy guay el hecho de que tengan opciones para compartir y que puedas elegir varios platos de acompañantes. Nosotros provamos el pollo con la salsa más suave, de limón y mango, y nos encantó. Las patatas periperi estaban mejores que las normales, y el puré de patata estaba simplemente, exquisito. Seguro que la próxima vez en Londres repito.

Llegó a Nando el martes por la tarde a las 6 de la tarde. 30 hs. Estuve en la fila durante 20 minutos en la puerta, luego 20 minutos en el mostrador, solo para llegar al frente y saber que no tienen ninguna envoltura (podría haberlo mencionado antes). Luego, después de esperar otros 35 minutos por mi comida, me la entregaron en una bolsa de Sainsbury. Lukewarm, muy tirados juntos. Terrible servicio terrible. No volveré allí de nuevo.

On a hot afternoon the only restaurant in Euston that has aircon. Good food, brilliant staff and was made to feel welcome. Beats everything else on offer at the station in this weather. PS Recently extended so more space but still very busy...

Me and my partner love nandos, but on this occasion the chiken had no taste,mash was dry, garlic bread was very dry and hardly any garlic on it..However thanks to the sauces available me and my partner mixed the sauces and made our own flavours which was excellent... So thank u nandos sauce

Este tiene que ser el más concurrido en es muy he llamado. Normalmente tienen que hacer cola, pero si estás comiendo solo hay asientos alrededor de las ventanas y también tienen comida para llevar. El personal es bueno y normalmente se han sentado tan pronto como sea posible. Regularmente tienen las 2 pechugas de pollo en 2 lados regulares con pitta. Servicio rápido y precios razonables. Mcdonald's en cualquier momento. supera También sirve bebidas sin límite, lo cual es una ventaja.

Fastest and tastiest Nando's ever! We had an hour before our train was due and thought we would grab a bite. Once ordered food arrived in less than ten minutes, it was piping hot and perfect to what was ordered (usually they get it wrong at home). The portions were huge too! Only downsize was that plates were cleared from the table prior to everyone finishing food which is just a personal bug bare. But overall, great service and we even had ten minutes to spare prior to the train home! Will visit again when we return to London.

after receiving my chicken wrap that was cold, i asked a waitress to send it back and to get me a new one HOWEVER, all she/the kitchen staff did were put the wrap under the grill (or what tasted like, put my wrap in the microwave) and gave me back the wrap WITH MY BITE OUT OF IT. I was so disappointed that for a standardised business, did not provide me with adequate service as the girl pulled her face and they was not kind enough to simply cook and prepare me a new wrap. OH and the toilet facilities were disgusting!

Visited here after having an hour to spare before the train. Have been to many Nando’s before and although this wasn’t the most atmospheric - the place is jam packed with commuters - the food was Nando’s-standard - good, quick and does the job!The staff seated us really quickly which was great as it looked busy, but in and out in under and hour so top marks to the speed of the cooking!

Called in here after arriving into Euston. It was a Saturday lunch time and we just managed to get a table. Food was served quickly.

I know, i'd never been to Nando's. then when rushing for a train and only having a 30 minute window, my wife and I tried Nando's. I loved it! A lovely simple tasty menu at a very reasonable price. I'll be back!

The first time was for the London 2012 Olympic Games and although we have been to London since we did not stop by here as we should have.Sensational hot, fresh and spicy food, well presented and well portioned.Nandos in Manchester across various locations need to step their game up.Nice and clean premises aswell despite it being obviously and understandably busy.Simply faultless, what a treat.

Always surprises me that whilst there's generally a que at busy times, the staff staff calm and have people seated as quickly as possible. usual off from Nandos - always good.

Myself and my girlfriend visited Nando's at Euston station today and it was not a very good experience. We were seated quite quickly which was good, but that is the only positive thing we can take from the visit. Once in the queue, there was only one person serving at the till even though there were quite a few people waiting to be served. After around 5 minutes another member of staff came on the tills and served us. My girlfriend wanted to use her Red loyalty reward (a whole chicken or combination meal) and asked the server if she could claim a butterfly chicken and pay the extra 80p for sweet mash (this is stated in the menu if you want upgrade a reg side to a fino side). The server said that this is ok as the computer will take off around £10 if using the red reward so she went ahead with ordering her food. When the order was complete she used her red reward and was told that she had to pay £4.45 (with £8.85 discount). This alerted us as the server said that she would have to pay 80p when we asked and with the halloumi on top she should be paying £2. When we mentioned it to her and said that we wanted to change the sweet mash for peri chips she said that she will just write it on the ticket and again tried to charge us £4.45, however now for only having a halloumi cheese (£1.20) as an extra to the red reward. When we questioned this we were told that a butterfly chicken is not part of the red reward system, but this was only mentioned after we had ordered and not when we asked before ordering. During the whole process the server was looking into space, looking at the grillers, looking everywhere apart from at us. She appeared to have no interest in serving customers and was more focused on what was happening behind her and in the co-ord/kitchen area. I worked for Nando's for a number of years and all the staff were trained in customer service and this Nando's is definitely lacking. They seem uninterested, rude and have no clue what they are doing.

Been twice in six months, toilets were absolutely disgusting both times, there is always a queue as there is only two, but the main issue is that they dirty with water and toilet on the floor and the toilets themselves were not clean. The staff looked miserable and didn’t care, the food was not up to the standard of other Nando’s locations. The location is extremely handy but we still would not return to this Nando’s location.

Yo he sido fan de Nando's desde que abrió en el REINO UNIDO. Hoy estaba buscando una comida a un precio razonable para el almuerzo.El lugar era ocupado como estaba 13:00 pm. Noté escaños vacíos, pero las mesas no clara. Pedir no es un problema, la comida tardó 20 minutos en llegar - estaba esperando una mejor calidad, me pareció que habían dejado las cosas bajo una lámpara de calentamiento, pero ciertamente no parecía fresco a la parrilla que es lo que sé hacer y puede Nando es deliciosa.Obviamente, un lugar muy concurrido como el mobiliario y los accesorios han visto días mejores.La comida es un precio razonable, y lejos de lugares concurridos como una estación central el ambiente es estupendo.

Comida muy rica y barata. El servicio es bastante amable a excepción de una cajera que me tocó y que no tenía ninguna gana de trabajar.

Upon arrival we were greeted at the door and shown to our table with menus. We ordered at the counter and shortly after our food arrived. It was delicious. Lovely clean toilets. My son accidentally left his hat behind and the guy who took us to our table chased us down to hand it back. Thank you!!!

Es muy visitado hace 5 años y realmente no creo que mucha. Volvió en 2017 y me pareció bastante buena. La variedad de salsas picantes realmente fueron un éxito. Este era bastante concurrida y el servicio era un poco lento. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Fui a este Nando's a las 6 de la tarde de un lunes, está frente a la estación de Euston y por lo tanto muy ocupado en este momento. Los miembros del personal saltando delante de nosotros en el camino a nuestra mesa para ella conseguir una bebida, no demostrar habilidades de servicio al cliente de ningún tipo.3. Cuando la comida pidiendo, tomando un poco demasiado largo para recordar lo que estábamos pidiendo, así que el miembro del personal en el hasta se volteó para hablar con el chico detrás de ella.Añadir a que una vez seco de pollo y el personal de limpieza tratando de barcaza en el baño cuando estaba en uso, no fue una buena experiencia. No volveré y no recomendaré.

En esta particular experiencia terrible Nando's.Fuimos para el té después de 2 horas de viaje en tren y el personal no fue nada, pero grosero y poco servicial.Pedimos mayo fuera de 3 miembros de personal tan pronto como la comida llegó y llegó cuando la comida se había terminado.Además, estaba tan caliente que estaba comiendo incómodo.Entonces la máquina de bebidas dejó de funcionar y no se reflejó sobre arreglando, cuando íbamos a pagar para bebidas sin límite".El personal es ignorante y no hacen que sea un lugar agradable para visitar. Nando's es el sitio al que ir para mí y mi esposa en cualquier parte del mundo. Es suculenta comida con proteínas y lo que usted lo opción de lado. Me gusta mucho el pollo hígado en sucursales del Reino Unido Nando's. La sucursal de Kings Cross en duda uno de mis favoritos de Nando para visitar.

The food was great as usual but the staff were not as friendly as other nandos, our food took over and hour to come. We asked for sauces but they never came so we had to go and get them.

Αν το επιλέξετε προσέξτε την ένταση του καυτερού (το πικάντικο ρύζι: πολύ καυτερό για τις προσωπικές μου προτιμήσεις) ενώ το κοτόπουλο είναι μάλλον στεγνό.

Couldn't fault this particular Nando's. I usually go when I'm in a rush as they can pretty much as soon as your order is placed. Everything was piping hot, staff friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Staff awful and unhelpful food average. Girl at the till was rude and wouldn't add my points to my card easily will think again about coming here.

Its always going to be busy just outside Euston station. Seating is a little cramped, especially up against the main frontage window. food, when it finally came was well cooked

Great location and good food but toilet facilities are very poor. Only one unisex loo and one disabled toilet...and not in the best of states.

Realmente no sé como es muy pollo, pero me encanta la patatas fritas saladas peri. Me dieron un plato enorme de ellos sólo alrededor de £5. Sin duda las bebidas sin límite son la pena, especialmente si porque las salsas picantes. La única cosa que me puedo quejar es de que cuando fuimos a comprar bebidas eran aguadas una enorme cantidad y cada vez que uno de nosotros fuimos hasta conseguir una bebida fresca era volver más aguado que el anterior.

Comimos aquí como un grupo de dos. Llegamos sobre las 8 de la tarde de un jueves. El lugar estaba muy concurrido y nos dijeron que habría un 15 / 20 minutos de espera para una mesa. Dimos nuestro nombre y tomó un asiento. En 3 ocasiones la camarera mostró la gente a un asiento que vinieron después de nosotros y que no tienen una reserva o, supe que ya me senté a la derecha por la camarera saludando a la gente. La comida aquí es un buen precio para Londres y decente en porciones y calidad. Si buscas barato medio decente entonces este lugar de comida.

Yo quería algo de comida sabrosa antes cogí mi tren y no me decepcionó. Fui a y mientras yo sentí es muy incómodo estar sola era instantáneamente, tranquilizó por el diseño. Había sillas junto a la ventana que eran casi encaminadas a individual y fueron utilizados como diners tales. Pedí mi comida y recibido mi pedido muy rápidamente. Fue bueno y el precio inigualable. Recomiendo comer aquí si quieres una comida rápida con sabor. Un ganador para mí.

Was impressed with what I got and the price considering it's location. First time at Nando's and staff were helpful. It was quick and well priced I guess only down side it was packed so very noisy.

Nous ne connaissions pas du tout cette chaîne,nous avons dîné deux fois là bas ! Très bon accueil,les plats sont principalement au poulet,bonne cuisine,pas cher,bon rapport qualité prix !

Lovely tasty chicken, cooked and served hot and very efficiently. I highly recommend booking your train around a quick bite to eat here you won't be disappointed. Try the sunset burger it was delicious!

Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man Hühnchen mag. Man wird an einen Tisch geführt, dort hat man eine Zahl, z.B 36. Man kriegt eine Karte auf dem Gerichte und Preise stehen. Man geht an die Kasse und sagt die Tisch Nummer, und wie Scharf man was haben möchte. Man bezahlt und kriegt es dann an den Tisch gebracht. Für mich war Medium schon scharf, obwohl ich scharfes gewöhnt bin, böö :)

Nando Nando's es. Como siempre, la comida es buena por el precio. Thought I'd pop in for a burger before heading off home on the train. I expected a queue due to the time of day, that in itself wasn't an issue, but after waiting in line for 14 minutes to be told they'd run out of burger buns was annoying. A little warning from the young lady who directed me to the queue wouldn't have gone amiss. Its the second time happening to me here too. Will it be third time lucky? If its any consolation, the food did smell good and the people sat eating looked in good spirits.
