Shocking service.. main meal came before starter. this is the second time this has happened. So I had to wait for my starter another20 mins.. spoke to staff on leaving and had no apology.. been to butlers loads of times but now I have had enough.. never again

Early evening meal in the restaurant at the top of the Gherkin. The highlight is the view across London from the Tower of London right across to Battersea Power Station. Very close views of TeWalkie Talkie, The Cheese Grater, and Horizon 22. Just soak up the excellent views, possibly even watch the distant jets over the city. Plan B is to go for snacks or drinks in the bar on the upper floor with 360 degree views.

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Food and ambiance is amazing. Highly recommend for special occasions.

Dear Restaurant Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment following my recent visit to your establishment. I chose to return based on a previous positive experience, but this visit proved to be deeply unsatisfactory for several reasons. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that only three tables were occupied while the rest of the restaurant sat empty. Despite the apparent lack of customers, the service was far below expectations. In fact, I had to request the menu four separate times, as if the staff were entirely preoccupied and unable to attend to us. Furthermore, when we placed our order, no one inquired about food allergies—an essential aspect of customer care. Our meals were served without proper attention: the cutlery was not provided until we specifically reminded the staff after our food had been served, and we even had to clear our plates ourselves due to the overall lack of attention. Adding to our frustration, when we requested a beer from a passing waitress, we experienced a delay of nearly ten minutes. We ultimately had to alert the bartender again to receive our drink. The situation deteriorated further when we discovered hairs in our food. Initially, we suspected it might be an isolated incident; however, when a second hair was found, it became clear that this was not a one-off mistake. The response from our waitress was shockingly unprofessional—she laughed and dismissively insisted that the hairs could not have come from your establishment. Additionally, we were asked to leave at 9:30 PM, despite the restaurant’s website stating that you are open until 10:00 PM. When we inquired about this discrepancy, the waitstaff explained that they close earlier if there are no customers. This further added to our sense of dissatisfaction and confusion about your service practices. I must add that it is a pity we did not have to pay any service fee on that occasion, as the food was actually tasty. However, good cuisine alone cannot compensate for the overall poor service and disregard for proper customer care. I sincerely hope you will take these issues seriously and implement the necessary measures to ensure that such service oversights do not recur. I look forward to learning about the steps you plan to take to restore the high standard of service that I once admired.

the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our visit. i had the homemade pancake it was super tasty. Definitely worth a visit if u are in the area

A belated birthday visit with a friend to somewhere that’s been on the list to try for an age. The food is absolutely out of this world and it was well worth the wait. I wanted to try everything on the menu, there wasn’t anything that I didn’t feel keen on. I ended up with the scallop and monkfish to start, the beef wellington for main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. My friend had the duck to start, lamb for main and apple tatin to finish. Every single dish hit just the right spot, the flavours were all their own little experiences for your mouth and each was like a warm hug. The wine was on point, and both dessert wines complimented the puddings we had. Staff are absolutely lovely and very friendly - it was a welcoming environment. Would highly recommend a visit and I will definitely look to visit again.

Average. Great location so this restaurant could be so much more. Half of the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, half were friendly. Agree with other recent reviews - ingredients tasted very cheap (my experience of my pizza toppings). Nice wine and my friend liked her pasta.

This Iives up to it's name, it is actually the best kebab in Taunton by a reasonable margin. Not too greasy, quick service, good portion size and reasonable price. Please keep it up

We visited at lunchtime during school holidays, and it was quite busy, but we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated, and we had an outside table in the sun. Our server, Lily, was very helpful, especially as I have dietary issues. She was knowledgeable but also checked with the chef. I had the fish finger sandwich, served in ciabatta. It was more like a nice piece of fish cooked in batter and cut in two. It was perfectly cooked. Served with a green side salad. There was too much for me, and I couldn’t quite finish it. I felt it was reasonably priced, especially compared with prices where I live. My husband had a chicken burger, which was chicken breast in a bun, with salad and nice crispy chips. We were very pleased that we had chosen to eat there. We had walked all along the sea front and didn’t see anywhere with a nicer outlook, and the fact that it was busy was a good sign.

The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Jubayer was attentive. Thank you for everything.

Great evening we had me and few friends.food was delicious.service was top thank you .that giant t.bone was just water mouthering superb .the expresso martinis was marvelous for the afters. tank u all for a great night..we will be back .

Came here for some food and drinks before a show at the hydro recently. They were playing wrestling themes which was good for the atmosphere. Food was tasty and drinks good. Would definitely consider coming back before another show

The service was fantastic – friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable dining experience. Love love love! Never been to a bottomless brunch in London before as we live in Poole Dorset! Well what can I say it’s one of the best places I’ve been too. We had Elenay as our server and nothing was too much to ask for, she got our drinks when we asked and was prompt with the timing too! I’d 100% recommend this place also love the way they’ve got music playing too really gets you into the vibe 🎉🥂

The waiting time was very good 10-20 minutes customer service is very good n staff are very understanding and kind food was good at a right temperature and tasted sublime overall excellent in all catagories
