Lovely family meal at Klumpe. First visit to a Lithuanian restaurant and wasn't disappointed. Service friendly and professional .. Food and beer was excellent and was a nice atmosphere in a clean and tidy restaurant.. Loved the bread sticks with cheese and garlic 😋

Excellent food with a friendly service. The portions were large and supplied a box for uneaten take home food.

We went to the restaurant at the weekend. It was fabulous. Lots of interesting combinations we have not tried before , very well presented and tasty. The staff were lovely. Had a really good evening.

We came for a family meal and was very disappointed. The decor is terrible as the colours do not match and doesn't feel very inviting. The service was quite long, waitresses hair should be up and not falling into the food. We ended up having 'Lokio kepsnys' it was very salty. There were also children who were very loud and were screaming, we weren't able to talk to each other. Will not be coming back!

I was really looking forward to coming here with the family, and asked all my Lithuanian friends for tips. I'll say outright it is the Male boss who was terrible - Fawlty Towers bad: If you are more concerned about your friends, with their kids screaming around, refuse/ forget to bring water, come to the table with food after a very long wait then scowl at the customers for the privilege - perhaps you should not be in 'hospitality'. I told my Lithuanian friends and they laughed saying, yes, it isn't a national strength... It is a real shame though because the food was good and the Female Boss was absolutely lovely and professional. If you are reading this: Please stick your husband back in the kitchen or away from customers... Maybe we'll come back...

I'd passed Klumpe a few times and thought 'I wonder what Lithuanian food is like?' and wanted to visit sometime. That was pre-covid and now years later I finally made it in and I'm so glad that I did because it is fantastic! First of all, it looks great. Someone has spent so much time choosing every element of the decor and it is homely and warm with lots of wood giving a natural look, everywhere was spotlessly clean and there is a great children's play house and, even though we didn't need it, a baby-change area. So first impressions were very good. Then the menu was one of those menus that makes you think 'I'm going to have to come back here' because everything looks so tasty and you know you can't eat it all at once and the food did not disappoint. Plus it was really interesting to try a new cuisine. The fried garlic bread was like nothing we'd had before for example. I would definitely recommend Klumpe. I am so glad we went. We will be going back. I am vegetarian, and I felt well catered for even though much of the menu is meat dishes. There is also a children's menu.

One of North Lincolnshire’s best restaurants and a little bit of Lithuania in Scunthorpe. The staff were so friendly and explained in detailed all the dishes on offer. Everything was cooked to perfection, from the zeppelin dumpling starter to the ham hock main course. Just be warned that the portions are huge, so come hungry!

Brilliant food and amazing service. Staff allow you to relax, take your time and enjoy drinks and company between courses. Refreshing not to be rushed out by staff wanting to clear your table for the next customers. I ate here with family and everyone was really impressed with the service, atmosphere, food and drinks. The beer is amazing and you should try the raspberry wine!

On a spur I said 'Fancy Klumpe tonight?' as we have been once before, although my partner has been several times. Didn't need to wait for an answer, I was dragged off the sofa.. I think on hindsight we should've eother booked, or come earlier as the Cepelinas had all gone. A shame as I've had the fried ones before and they are lovely. After a quick look through the menu I chose something that sounded nice, and in reality was very nice. Chicken breast in mushroom and onions sauce with mash and salad. My partner had potato cakes with sour cream as she wanted to know what they were supposed to taste like after trying to make them ourselves. We were nearly tempted to have a pudding but were stuffed. Last time we had starters and couldn't finish our mains. beware, they are big portions but you can get a carry out for what you can't finish. Can't fault the food and service. The Lithuanian beer is also worth trying.

Wanted to try something different so went to Klumpe. Friendly welcome, good selection of 'different' drinks (very good ). Extensive menu of Lithuanian foods, we're recommend the 'zeplins' we did but a half portion, good idea as the portions aren't small. Had bbq lamb and an aubergine dish, Excellent meal , will be back soon.

the food here is superb and in huge quantities. The starters are of main course size portions. I have had the best calamaris ever as a starter. Yes the service is a little bit slow but we heard other tables being advised how long their main course would be if there was a delay. Other reviews have said that the staff sound stroppy or indifferent, we dont believe that its simply the way they speak english which is obviously not their first language. Overall excellent and will be returning , the menu is vast!

8 of us went to Klumpe for New Year's Eve. My parents moved to Scunnie and we still live near London so quite excited to try our first Lithuanian restaurant. Pros: big portions, some nice meat, cheap Cons: everything is pickled and gets sickly after a bit, moody staff, gave us 2 hours then turned the music off to get rid of us for a private party(could have been more polite) Nice change but not good enough to return

We had Sunday lunch and the food was marvellous the beef was so tender, the service was very good and friendly,it would have been nice if the table had a table cloth on it and the floor was tiled which has seen better days, in conclusion lovely meal the restaurant needs carpet and table cloths the price does not reflect the decor

Great food, service, and flavours. Definately worth a visit or 2 to try more from the menu. Sirloin was cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef.
