The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Blaenau Gwent South Wales

I don’t eat out in restaurants or cafes, however this cafe was a exception on approach to the premises it was clean, inside it smelt clean and inviting. The food was outstanding the staff were polite and friendly and professional. Definitely going again with the rest of my family. Breakfast the best 10 out 10.

Did a little bit of shopping and stopped for a coffee. Lovely cup, perfectly made and none of this “do to hot” nonsense. Completely burns the milk and makes it taste horrendous. At least they get the temperature right. Unlike other places I have been too ! It was quiet and the centre itself could do with some more shops as its looking poor. Can not fault the service here though. Staff were fab. Offered to take my tray over and got me my spoon and sugar. Will definitely return.

Went for breakfast as I was working around that that area still closed at 8 . Could not eat in morgans eatery

The food at the top house is always fantastic, cooked fresh and very tasty. The owner Ellie always makes you feel welcome and Joe the chef is an amazing chef. We eat here at least once a month sometimes more. We would recommend this place to everyone and do. The portion size and price are excellent.

Absolutely terrible had a turkey dinner Turkey was stuffed but was warm and hard veg was just warm it was like it was prepared the day before and warmed up in microwave The turkey portion you can buy in the supermarket which I think this came from The cost was £24.99 Definitely not worth it and the party I was with all said the same and won't be back and won't be recommending

Great little place in the middle of Abertillery. We've had a few meals here and the staff are always pleased to see you and nothing is too much trouble. A wide range of choices for food and drinks. Food is prepared quickly and well presented. The fact that we keep going back tells it all we love the place and it is good value for money.

Lovely evening out Wednesday with the Zentangle Club for our Christmas meal. Food was delicious. Would have liked a dessert menu though. They did offer Baclava. Would highly recommend this place.

Arrived at and they had run out of jacket potatoes which was crazy for a bank holiday. Ordered coronation chicken baguette with side salad and crisps. Well I had to search for the chicken and had 2 bits of crisps, side salad was a bit of lettuce slice of tomato no cucumber. Worst meal I have ever had. Couldn’t go back to raise an issue as it was packed and I didn’t want to queue again and gave my coffee go cold. Other people sitting by me ordered the same and their meal looked so much better even the couple said they couldn’t believe theirs to mine. If you are charging over £7 for a baguette then please make it the same as everyone’s. All I can think is the person in the kitchen was tired and just couldn’t be bothered to be working . Normally I give 5/5 but today you get -20 .

Advertised as having breakfast included in the price of the double room, gets there, pays, only to be told they dont do breakfast

Nice place, good food but the management should be more professional with their staff. Raised voice while dinning is not acceptable. May not return.

Great please great food, the staff are always happy and friendly they even call me by my name now. Food came out quite quickly it was hot and fresh once again they did not disappoint.
