Called at Haven cafe again today We had the hot turkey baps and coffee Fantastic baps with stuffing and cranberry Always have good service there from the waiting on staff Nice friendly place, certainly would recommend it In fact we don't go anywhere else Thank you so much

I rarely use this app, but today I waited the best part of half an hour for chicken and rice. I was the only one stood waiting for hot food .I only ended up getting my food when I did because the woman woth glasses on the counter asked where it was , then it was thrown into a box .I would give a zero for presentation and wait time ,the chicken was dry, over cooked and very tasteless . I won't be returning .

Attend twice and move the closing times as they like apparently now closes at 5pm last week 5.30 pm When challenged said it winter now and yet website says 6pm Staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired !! Oh and only given paper cups obviously to get rid of us but happy to take our money. Locals obviously need t welcome Think we will not be returning but she wasn't bothered and said ok Terrible customer service

We had afternoon tea for two, this cafe is in the Bryn y mor hotel overlooking the prom, really nice cakes , friendly lady, be aware you have to ask for extra tea and you have 2hrs to finish otherwise ok.

Great if you have a lot of money. £12 for 2 sandwiches. Totally not value for money. You pay for the filling and then 35p for each salad item. Save your money, go to Subway.

Clean modern welcoming, excellent service and food quality, good menu selection including lighter lunchtime options.

Myself, mum, a friend and her son went to Llandudno on Saturday. We went in here and asked for a table, we were told the empty tables were "closed" and they didn't have any others free. While we waited, an gentleman walked in and was sat at one of the "closed" tables. My friend was told he was OK to sit at a closed table as he's a regular and he was served. I won't ever be visiting this cafe as its not a welcoming place. Very disappointed in this. While I appreciate some of you will say its good for them to look after locals, my friend is also a local and has been to this cafe often, it was the only place she suggested we go as it has always been good. Not anymore. One star is too much for this cafe. We ended up at another cafe who were more than welcoming and made room for us by moving two tables together.

Very friendly, lovely tea to go with perfect sit down fish and chips.

Been here many times, everything is good value except for one thing the sausages are awful, just our own personal opinion.
