Been a few times but this year definitely gone down hill! Went in for coffee and cake, wasn't busy but took 10 mins to be served, I wanted to buy something to eat in and some cakes to take out, was told had to pay separate till can't understand why? It's same place generally the food standard has gone down big style definitely would avoid shame as used to be amazing

Estábamos en llandudno de vacaciones y estábamos luchando para ver si cierta colección de bocadillos contenía gambas. Una ayudante llamada Helen vino a rescatarnos, y ofreció servicio más allá del deber. Ella era brillante y también ofreció un consejo para usar en otras tiendas de Manchester donde normalmente compramos. Si ella tiene razón, lo cual no lo dudo, significará que después de 2 años volveré a los cafés m y s después de boicotearlos debido a problemas de actualización. Y si es así, significará más dinero gastado allí y la pregunta de por qué no se nos ha dicho esto en Inglaterra.

Disgusting attitude from one of the male staff members! What started out as a lovely afternoon turned into a horrendous experience. The bar is supposed to be dog friendly however when my dog had a wee a staff member accused me of just ignoring it when he had blatantly stood and seen the dog wee and i hadnt noticed as I also had a 9 year old with me (these things obviously happen) He then proceeded to argue with me in the middle of the bar about a little bit of wee, telling me I should have told someone, but I'd seem him watching and he had already noticed! I will not be returning, due to this staff members vile attitude! For the record the girl behind the bar was lovely and very pleasant!

The hotel itself really needs modifying, it's old unprofessional and if you have mobility issues then don't bother. We booked in with 2 dogs for 2 nights, dog charge £12 per dog per night, I can deal with that. But before we even got the keys, there was a £50 deposit for any damaged caused. When we got in the room, they should have paid us £50 to let the dogs stay in the room. Burns in the carpet. Tiles adrift in the bathroom. Electrical Socket coming away. Toilet seat broken and hanging off. Reception area a dump. Hotel Signage was better on Faulty Towers Took a good 20 mins to get out deposit back for the dogs. Only good thing I would say is that the location was good. Think I'll go to a travelodge nxt time.

Bueno, este es un lugar que no volveremos a visitar. El chico detrás del mostrador era lo suficientemente agradable, pero fue cuesta abajo cuando me dijo que no podía tener mis bebidas calientes entregadas con mi comida, pero tenía que tomarlos en el momento del pedido. El quiche especial de los días fue insípido y se presentó con lo que llamaron una ensalada. Todo el lugar necesitaba una buena limpieza y los baños no eran buenos. El costo de nuestra experiencia es algo que solo tendremos que cancelar

Fuimos allí hoy después de que la cafetería hermana no tenía comida al otro lado de la carretera. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Selección limitada de bebidas. Pedí mi comida y pagué £ 76 por un chile y arroz, plato de papas fritas, pastel de pescado infantil y papas fritas, papa al horno y mayonesa de atún más cuatro bebidas. Tomé mi recibo y me senté pensando que era caro. Comprobar el recibo con los precios del menú para encontrar que nos habían cobrado de más. Luego descubrimos que los precios habían subido en la caja pero no en el menú que se nos mostró y nos dio. La señora proporcionó un reembolso de £ 15. 00 por cobrarnos de más cuando fue señalado. La comida era pobre en el mejor de los casos. El arroz para el chile era papilla y tenía la textura y el aspecto del puré de papa. ¡Mantente bien despejado! ¡Especialmente a los nuevos precios sobreinflados por la calidad de los alimentos proporcionados!
