Excellent 2 night stay at Tynedale hotel, perfect location for us, The outside terrace was ideal for relaxing with drinks. Breakfast was also very good also. The room was comfortable and modern. Thanks you for a great stay.

Food is exceptional small menu but adequate Booked in only breakfast but stayed every night for evening meal was excellent Did hear you can order food in advance if you want something different

Excellent stay. This is our 3rd stay here and cannot fault it. All the staff are very helpful including the owner Nathan. The food is excellent. It is situated on the sea front and is very clean. It has the added bonus of a marquee on the front. There is also a Car park at the rear of the hotel, and they also accommodate mobility scooters.

We love coming to the Tynedale for Lunch especially outside underneath the Canape. Great atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Small an simple Menu but consistently good and well pleasing food.

We are local residents and have been calling in recently just for a coffee or a wine, staff are always happy, professional and attentive. We decided to try lunch today and so glad we did! Prices are great for the generous portion sizes, food was delicious and fresh and didn't take long to arrive after ordering. A good selection of menu items, definitely something for everybody on there, couldn't manage a dessert as we were all stuffed! The cakes do look lovely and lots of people were ordering these...hopefully have enough room for one next time! Will definitely be calling in for lunch again and will be bringing friends/family when they come to visit. Light lunches are served between 12 and 2 (I think!) and are served in the lovely gazebo out front overlooking the prom and sea...great views and atmosphere...if you're in town give it a try you will not be disappointed!

We stayed for 1 night last week and can’t wait to repeat the experience. The staff are lovely, the room had a Sea View which gave us the full experience. We had appetisers before the evening meal which gave us chance to look around at the beautiful decor. After the appetisers ( strawberries in chocolate) we had a tasty 4 course meal followed by coffee and retired to the bar for some fabulous entertainment. We had a lovely sleep in a King size comfy bed and woke up to have the thrill of watching the sun come up over the Pier and the town waking up. Breakfast was delicious and my husband is still talking about the oats with whisky topping. Well done to the owners, they tick every box and deserve all the accolades.

I visited with my mum for 4 nights for the holly and mistletoe break it was really good value for money. Very festive, feel. We had a sea view room which is highly recommended the views are excellent. Really large bathroom with walk in shower. The food is amazing we had breakfast and a 4 course evening meal which was always serviced promptly and professionally. The food is outstanding. The bar area is lovely and we had entertainment each evening and bingo, even Santa arrived with gifts for all. The staff go above and beyond for all guests in this hotel, the hotel and its staff are a credit to the owners of this hotel. There is a carpark at the back of the hotel. We will be back. Thank you to all the staff in the hotel from the hotel cleaners to the management everyone was so welcoming and helpful

Been here twice on dofferent weekends in Llandudno each time great drinks outside just people watching and looking at the lovely view that is .....Llandudno. Great service as always and good value!

I must state that we did not stay here. However we visited Llandudno on the Monday of the Queen’s funeral. This hotel was open for non residents to watch the funeral and have a drink in a very nice lounge. We were so impressed with the condition of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff that if we were to go back, we would definitely check availability here. We would like to thank the Hotel and the staff for a memorable few hours saying goodbye to our Queen.

Food was fantastic, service was second to none and the location and decoration top notch, I cannot fault this superb hotel

Went for 5 days with family the only faults was no entertainment while we were there but we made our own apart from that we had an amazing time

We stayed half board at the Tynedale Hotel. the food was excellent we did not eat at any other restaurants Maybe afternoon tea on a couple of days.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Made to feel very welcome by everyone. The staff really do make this place. Excellent location. The room we stayed in was a little tired and not the cleanest had to ask for certain areas to be cleaned unfortunately not great job done. But having said that the breakfast was fab, bar staff very friendly. Despite the issue with cleaning would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone. We will be back.

We always eat here when we stay. The set menu is excellent value the porridge with cream and whiskey is to die for, the English breakfast is pretty good to the food is Fabulous.

This was our third visit to the Tynedale. Our room was perfect looking out to the sea. Large and beautifully decorated. We were on our second Landlubbers Cruise, and it was superb. Everything about this Hotel is well thought out. The food is excellent as are the Staff. Great entertainment every night and so convenient to the pier and shops. Can't wait to visit again.

Had pots of tea and lovely Bara brith here on a sunny Sunday before drive back home. Been here many times. A pure delight of a hotel and restaurant. Very stylish but service with a smile and traditional!

The Tynedale is honestly the best place to eat lunch in llandudno. All the food is freshly prepared and is piping hot, the prices are so reasonable and about half of what you will pay on the high street. The soups are homemade and totally delicous, atfer trying various other places ove the years we wouldnt dream of wasting our time and money by going anywhere else as this cannot be beaten.

Situated on the sea front this is a fairly small but very stylish hotel. There is a small car park to the rear. The restaurant is in the basement but there is a lift and wheelchair access from the front entrance.

Great atmosphere, staff really friendly. Very pleasant hotel. The food as always is excellent, this is the 3rd time we have visited and it doesn’t disappoint. Would definitely recommend a visit. It was mock cruise weekend when we visited and the whole hotel is dressed up like a ship with the staff in sailor uniforms.

I was here recently with some family on the way back to Ireland. We only dropped in for lunch but it was really nice. It is a bright modern hotel. We had lunch in the bar which was a perfect location to look out at the sea. The waitress was happy to fulfill any requests and the food didn't take too long to come out. The food was decent and the portion sizes were spot on so I was left satisfied. As a tea drinker I was particularly impressed with the large tea pot it didn't dribble at all. So overall a lovely lunch with a friendly staff and a great view.

We called in for lunch. It all looked very modern and impressive. But the roast lunch was very disappointing. The veg was old and had been reheated probably from the previous day. The beef was not fresh and the roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding were certainly not home cooked.

Called in here for pot of tea and cakes before driving back after fab day in Llandudno. Stayed in hotel so know the staff well! Lovely classy place, very friendly staff and great location! Always love calling in here!

We visited the hotel restaurant at least once a month ..we have always had excellent food ..but on Saturday the roast dinner was disappointing vegetables were very hard to the point you couldn't cut them ...4 slices of potatoes that had been in the fryer .small amount of dry pork ... next visit we shall choose an alternative ..the restaurant is lovely .staff are excellent very friendly .Martin always stops and asks how everyone is .x

I visited the Tynedale Hotel on a coach trip for Mothers Day lunch. From arriving at the hotel the staff were so attentive offering to take our coats, and advising us where we could have a seat, then at the bar we were served by a very pleasant young lady. We were taken for lunch and the waiters were very smart with beautifully white shirts. The food was delicious. All in all it was a very pleasant visit and I would definitely like to return in the future.

We called in by chance whilst on holiday in Llandudno for a bar meal. The reception and bar area are both warm and welcoming and we were served by a pleasant member of the bar staff. Our sandwiches were freshly made and came with a dressed side salad and the chips were piping hot. We had a very relaxing lunch in very pleasant surroundings. As we left we picked up a hotel brochure as we would consider staying at the Tynedale in the future.

Brought my family and family friend for the day to Llandudno and came in here because they are staying here in near future! Loveky chic upmarket lounge/bar/receptiion area! Had nice pots tea and cakes! See you next yr! GREAT!

Having spent a wonderful week in Llandbedrog but repeatedly disappointed by the service received in coffee shops, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding areas, my faith was restored by the service we received at the Tynedale Hotel in Llandudno. My 18mth old son and I stopped off for lunch in Llandudno to break up our long journey back down south. We received a warm welcome and from that point on it was the most relaxing lunch we'd had out that week. There were no problems in providing a fully functioning and clean high chair or in adapting the lovely lunch menu for a toddler. I had the scampi which was well presented and had clearly been made fresh. We were served by Monica who without needing to be asked was aware of needs of a toddler and was happy to bring his food first etc. The bar lounge area was bright and clean although had the weather been slightly better we would definitely have eaten out on the front terrace which looks great and with its location opposite the bandstand I can imagine evenings making the most of this. So much so that our next visit will hopefully be to stay over and make the most of the hotel and the excellent service.

Went to a day time function at the Tynedale with family and friends. The decor was nice and tasteful, the staff were very polite and attentive and the food was first class. We had a few drinks in the bar area afterwards with drinks reasonably priced and a fantastic view of the seafront.

Visited Llandudno by coach for a Sunday lunch. What a treat to eat at the Tynedale. Spotless rooms, food top class, and staff efficient and pleasant. Would have no hesitation in booking rooms for a longer visit as its position is close to absolutely everything.

I live in rhos on sea which is 10 minutes away from llandudno, a friend recommended the tynedale for lunch so thought I would give it a try. Firstly the welcome, staff so friendly. Went through to lounge , decor cleanliness surroundings first class. Food excellent and so reasonably priced, absolutely loved it. Will be going again as soon as we can, three of us this time, the family of 6 next because it was so good, really recommend locals to give it a go.

Had lunch at Tynedale Hotel on a hot day in July - food was excellent (Welsh rarebit). The bread was fresh and locally made and tasted delicious. On a par with the best in the World including Cape Town and Australia. The only problem would be that as the sun leaves the terrace in the early afternoon the ambience is spoiled because it can be chilly.
