Stopped off here whilst waiting for the next train. Fantastic Dirty Chai Latte, the barista was friendly and chatty. Overall great experience and a nice little find!

My partner bought us both a Barista Workshop for Xmas. It was led by Steven and was really enjoyable from the history of coffee all the way to trying our hand at coffee art. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My partner paid £4 for a latte which was a size of a small whisky glass. It was tiny and could get something twice the size at costa or any other coffee shop. don’t recommend

Stopped as my partner had been struggling to find good coffee in Wales served at right temperature. She said this was the right temperature and the best we found. Would be great if more food options than toast.

Always wonderful coffee (quite strong), served with a smile. On this occasion I just had coffee, but I know from past experience that the blueberry and lemon bakewell slices are sensational, and the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels are good, too. A great haven in a slightly quieter but still handy part of the town. And the WiFi works!

Purchased a flat white and some coffee. Flat white was well made but coffee was quite bitter and not smooth, for lower price point of £5.5, not unreasonable. Closed at 11 on a Thursday with no explanation. Mediocre place, orite of a quick coffee if you can get there when it's open.

Three of us had a snack here yesterday and were very impressed by the delicious toasted Vegan sandwich - great crusty bread, humus and falafal; good coffee/tea (wide variety of flavours) and cake. It will be our first choice upon return to Llandudo.

Sainsburys staff recommend this place as their coffee machine had broken. We only had drinks but it was lovely, young man that served us was very polite, nice to see him busy cleaning, wiping around the tables

The Caramel Latte from here is delicious, but my only gripe is they only do a small size, it might be worth if they could introduced a larger size as an option then it would be a 5 star rating for me

We had coffee here a few times when we were in Llandudno on holiday and it was top top notch every time. I was trained to make amazing coffee over a very long time by someone who owned his own coffee company that he created from scratch and sold for six figures back in the 80’s (that was a lot of money back then) There was nothing he didn’t know about coffee and I mean nothing. So I know my stuff when it comes to top coffee. The coffee here is impeccable and impeccable every time. How this place is 25 on trip advisor is mind boggling I don’t believe there is 24 better coffee shops in the whole of Wales let alone in Llandudno. I would recommend anyone to go try the coffee here I’m sure you will love it if your a coffee snob like me. We’ll done guys I love to see passionate business owners especially in the coffee field because of my history and love of coffee and you guys are certainly that and more.

Lovely flapjacks (vegan), initially I hadn't ordered anything but when I tried a piece from my friend on the road, I ran back and had to buy my own piece. While I didn't actually eat here, they have a lovely upstairs bit.

Nice atmosphere, good barista. I had a very tasty mocha, and sat in the upstairs seating area. Free WiFi thankfully. Compared to Costa etc, you only get what I would describe as a ‘medium’ sized drink for the price of a large (£3.20)

Really disappointing. Cold and uninspiring surroundings, no decor and no atmosphere. Cake choice disappointing. Service not friendly but just does the job. No choice of coffee blends and no choice of coffee type i.e. cafetiere, drip etc. Seems odd for a "coffee house". Was expecting an "experience" but couldn't leave fast enough. Americano was ok though.

I waited 15 mins after paying for my coffee (for two takeaway coffees) despite there being no long queue and 5 people working behind the counter. The coffee wasn’t that great either. Such a shame - this place used to be one of my favourites.

Visits with a friend. Coffee was lovely but the staff were very unprofessional. A member of staff was discussing something personal in a very loud manor. The shop had ourselves and two other parties in there was we all made eye contact as we couldn't believe it. It was also quite chilly. Not half as good as the one in llandudno town. I wont be coming back.

Wasn't expecting to find coffee this good here. Glad I trusted the satnav! Much easier than going to the sister shop in Llandudno when you come from the south.

Delicious toast and jams as well as the best cappuccinos in the area! We love popping in on a rainy day and !bonus! Providero is dog friendly and our pooch always gets a warm welcome from the staff! Cosy feel and relaxed atmosphere makes for an enjoyable experience every time.

heard a lot about it but very disappointed. Place looks ramshackle, black coffee undrinkable and staff were bland. Didn't have the food but what was on show looked quite uninspiring.

We love visiting this lovely cosy coffee shop, it not only has the best teas and coffee it also has a great selection of yummy cakes (vegan too) 👍👍the staff are very helpful, and welcoming and there is always a happy relaxed atmosphere, dogs are given a warm welcome too. Had the most delicious take away coffee as usual and happily served in a biodegradable cup. Lovely customer service and my car smelled divinely of freshly ground coffee after having a pack ground specially. The cakes looked divine too!

I frequent many coffee shops but without doubt providero is thumbs up for me. Especially with a slice of carott cake with my americano. Staff always pleasant & obliging.

Came in a coffee as I was visiting Llandudno junction and enjoyed a superb cup of coffee. The place is a bit small with seating for possibly six people but there are more places upstairs. Tempting display of cakes although I had to pass this time. Nice friendly staff too.

Like to take my son out on a Saturday morning for breakfast & coffee or coffee & cake so we can go over our week together.

The best coffee house in North Wales. I drop in as often as I can for coffee, and I also buy my ground coffee from here for home. Friendly and welcoming, trendy atmosphere. Run by staff who are knowledgeable and skilled baristas. This is an authentic local business which serves a range of different roasts made to your exact requirements. These folks know coffee! Many dietary requirements are tailored for. Non-dairy milks are available as are decaf coffee options. Vegan snacks are on offer, as are a range of cakes and a few brunch options. I.e. toasted crumpets. A "bring your own lunch" policy means you're welcome to bring your own food to enjoy on the premisis with your drink. Pricing is good for a local coffee business which produces drinks of this calibre. Costs are on par with chain coffee shops, if not a little cheaper. In terms of value, you're getting excellent value. Card payments are accepted as is cash. Contactless is available. This store also stocks a range of coffee beans and accessories which can be ground to your requirements. There is some downstairs seating with more capacity upstairs. WiFi is available and is of good quality. The store is cozy and may not suit large groups. However, there is anothed Providero in Llandudno that may suit larger groups. Parking may be problematic as this is on a main road. Park in a nearby street and walk up, it's worth it.

Best coffee in Wales. Hands down

The best way I can describe Providero is its like stepping into a trendy coffee shop in upper Brooklyn, right down the to NYC style coffee. It has a good vibe and could tell it has a lot of regulars. Llandudno Junction hasn't really got anything to compare this to as its a very small town so its unique in that way. If you're looking for a relaxed place with a hipster vibe then this is the place for you. I can definitely see why it has so many 5 star ratings and people love it, but it wasn't for me. I'd recommend giving it a try.

Disappointed no savoury lunches available. I've had a while hot chocolate from their in the past which was delicious. Shame there isn't a little more choice but what they do have is excellent.
