We had afternoon tea for two, this cafe is in the Bryn y mor hotel overlooking the prom, really nice cakes , friendly lady, be aware you have to ask for extra tea and you have 2hrs to finish otherwise ok.

Very very dissapointed had a jacket spud with tuna and cheese £8.50 well it came OMG absolutely rubbish came with a teaspoonful of tuna and a bit of grated cheese I did actually say £8.50 for this you are having a laugh aren't u oh ill go get u some more tuna lol ,My wife's came tuna mayo same as mine hardly any tuna a teaspoon full omg RIP OFF STAY AWAY

Delicious, beautifully presented and generous take away afternoon tea! Everything was freshly made and tasty, couldn't fault it, and highly recommend. Really useful to know that the coffee shop is there too! Will definitely visit when I'm in Llandudno.

Afternoon tea for 4. Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely and cosy inside. Sat by the window with a few over the pier. Food was amazing, plenty of choice and delicious. Boxed up what we couldn’t eat. Debs was so friendly and made it special for us. The young man who served us was lovely and friendly too. Have recommended to family who are going to book soon. Thank you 😊

The food, service and staff are outstanding! I recently went for my mums birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special , she felt like a queen for a day. The best view in llandudno on the terrace. Thank you so much i will definately be back.

Debs has a unique talent of bringing happiness to homes with her delicious afternoon tea deliveries.Her scones are the best in the area and beyond as is her presentation of her food.She went the extra mile to help my elderly Grandparents during a difficult time. It isn't often that we experience random acts of kindness but I am so grateful for Debs help and generosity.Can't wait to pop in when I visit Llandudno x

We had an afternoon tea delivered on Easter Saturday afternoon to celebrate a significant birthday. The items arrived very fresh, plentiful and were absolutely delicious. They contributed perfectly to our occasion and were tastefully presented. We will be using them again and do recommend the them to any one looking for such a gift or just for a pleasurable change. Whilst I do not wish to damage this businesses reputation I must make nut allergy sufferers aware of a recent experience I had with this business.I ordered an afternoon tea which I specified must be nut free as I suffer from a serious allergy which means if I come into contact with nuts it could bring on an anaphylactic shock which could potentially be life threatening.My allergy was made aware during the ordering process and reiterated when the afternoon tea was delivered, I was assured it was free from nuts.Upon sitting down to eat the afternoon tea, my mum noticed a cake that resembled a battenburg, a cake which I know is made with almonds. I left it to the side and contracted the business owner who admitted that yes, it was certainly made with almonds!This mistake could have cost me my life, I have already suffered one anaphylactic shock due to carelessness of another business. If you have a nut allergy I encourage you not to order from this company as I do not think they take nut allergies seriously enough, this simple mistake could have cost me my life.

Ordered afternoon tea for my Brother as a surprise to be delivered to the house !He was delighted, plenty for three with a mixture of sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche, sides, salad and a wonderful array of cakes, cupcakes, scones with jam and cream, cheesecake etc ! Then to top it off strawberries dipped in yummy chocolate ! It was all fresh and very very tasty, I don’t think my brother stopped eating for about an hour then we had to refrigerate some because we were all full ! Thank you Uppercrust, we will definitely be ordering again !!

We visited it for the first time at the end of August and ended up returning for at least 4 days running. The ladies that work there are a delight and give great service and will do anything to help. We had a variety of hot sandwiches during our visits and they were all excellent - hot pork, early Christmas dinner, cheese panini etc.Highly recommend and we will return when we go back in October.

We love Upper Crust cafe for their fantastice breakfast rolls and amazing homemade scones.. “We found on Facebook that The Upper Crust was delivering afternoon tea for two for £25.00. It was delivered on Saturday but the wind blew it over and spoiled the look of the presentation. The lady who delivered it was most upset and demanded to go and get a replacement which she done within 20 minutes. (great service) We are glad she did because the whole thing was a lovely experience, we just felt so normal while sitting and eating this lovely Afternoon Tea. As my wife said "this is the first meal we have had for over 2 months which was made for us" A Delicious treat and the feel good factor alone was worth the money. Thanks Upper Crust

Ordered for the in-laws in lockdown at Llanrwst. Home delivered on a presentation 3 layer stand, what a wonderful treat. It really made their day. The baking was superb and sandwiches fresh and tasty. Whole experience very reasonably priced and definitely worth it for anyone wanting a cheery up treat, ordering was easy and can highly recommended. Thank you upper crust for providing such a service in such worrying restrictive times

The lovely DEB from upper crust in Llandudno has just delivered a fantastic afternoon tea for my 85yr old Mother, she absolutely loved it What a wonderful service to offer in these dreadful times of lock down. I will definitely be ordering another one for ourselves when my wife gets a day off, as a front line worker I’m sure she will enjoy it HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were looking for somewhere for a sandwich and cup of tea. The Upper Crust appeared on the other side of the road. The menu was extensive, we both chose sandwiches which were prepared by the lovely ladies without any delay. The pot of tea was certainly very welcome and enjoyed. We were the only customers at the time of our visit.

popped in for a snack lunch time, sandwich was made fresh in front of me lovely fresh bread was superb. Tea was also one of the best cups I have had in a cafe anywhere.Also bought some scones to take home these were to die for.Will definitely revisit

Called in at the Upper Crust on a Wednesday lunch time for a snack and a coffee. Sat outside as the weather was great and it was a bit warm inside the cafe.Lovely staff. I had an Americano Coffee and a egg mayo panini. Egg mayo with side salad and homemade coleslaw. Very nice. Reasonable price. I would probably call in again next time I am in the area.

My first visit to The Upper Crust, defo a unique place to go and relax. Lots of variety on the menu, all food is prepared freshly. The food is beautiful and tasty. Lovely atmosphere. Deborah the owner is so friendly and welcoming, gemma is also very friendly and helpful. The Upper Crust is well decorated, a lovely place to sit and relax especially if it's a hot day and there is additional seating outside.

Called here today, myself & partner ordered a full English breakfast...and my gosh,it was delicious!! By far the best breakfast in North Wales. The customer service from staff was excellent which many cafes lack... I’ll never go anywhere else for a brekky☺️.

Been here a couple of times when visiting Llandudno & have to say food is delicious, hot & fresh ...breakfasts are v good & bread sooo fresh....cakes are freshly made & should not b missed, scones are fab..staff are really nice & polite & coffee v good..will defo return

I highly recommend this cafe/ sandwich bar. I thoroughly enjoyed my bacon, Brie and cranberry sauce panini - the bread was SUPER fresh, and the panini itself was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend really enjoyed his full English breakfast too. The wonderful service and warm, friendly staff made this place even greater! Again, highly recommend.

Partner and myself popped in one morning just for a cuppa, saw someone digging into a full English breakfast, thought we'd have one as well, glad we did, it was great and very tasty. Will certainly be returning there on our next visit to Llandudno.

Visited on Friday as just outside the very expensive Christmas Fair. Wonderful welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Food was great and we will be back!

Generous portions of delicious food and staff that will bend over backwards to make absolutely certain your visit is the best possible experience. Me and my wife will definitely be going again.

Me and my friends have been going to llandudno for over 10 years now ...we only seen this cafe because we was lost and went up wrong street....omg I am so glad we did...it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle but so worth trying to find and superb for a coffee as you end or begin your break as it is on the same road as the train station...the English breakfasts are so clean and not greasy.... And the best touch by by far is the unlimited tea and toast with breakfast and for just £5.95..how can you go wrong....I went twice on my trip .(would of been three times but they shut on sunday)...I will be returning ...11 out of 10 for me...thanks guys

WE called in for a sandwich at lunchtime,such a choice of fillings,we chose our fillings and even took some away with us for later,Service was very good,prices very reasonable & close to where we were staying,Very clean & the staff very friendly,would certainly use it again when visiting Llandudno.

Lovely lasagne and souperlative soups all homemade, recommended when you're hungry and don't know what to eat. My wife will drive half an hour for the soup it's that good, also we live half an hour away

Get off that Main Street (contested and dirty!!) One street back the sweetest cleanest and friendliest small eateries ever.... will come back for more.... every thing is fresh made with love. Owner Deborah is so friendly!!!

He estado varias veces y definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Dropped in on the 6th of August for breakfast and enjoyed it so much, we went back for a second helping on the 7th. Food was plentiful and home cooked to order. Deborah was friendly and informative about the area. Delicious meal. Thank you!

On my way in to town I was feeling hungry and I always walk past Upper Crust and admire the menu boards outside, so I popped in to grab something to take out before heading into town. I ordered a jacket with cheese and beans and a hot chocolate and it was quickly made in less than 10 minutes and served to me piping hot. It was delicious! Plentiful portion and great value for money. Will definitely pop in again ☺️

Second visit to this little cafe. Today we shared a ham salad brown roll followed by a shared cookie together with a pot of tea ( 4 cuppas) don’t usually bother with recommendations on little cafes but I thought the food and service was excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and will visit again perhaps to try the nearly all day breakfast. Well done management and staff

We were on a tight time limit and Upper Crust had its doors open on a Sunday evening when we were heading for our meal at The Albert Pub next door. The owner gave us a menu so we could make our choices and order quickly the next morning. So many choices and such generosity of fillings - be warned the egg mayo with chicken is delicious but needs to be eaten with care! Good value for money too.

What a great little cafe .gorgeous coffee and always hot. I had a chicken salad which was really filling and was delicious .great value for money .the staff/owner were so polite/helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them .definitely will go back

had the misfortune of eating here the other week and wouldn't recommend food tasted like it had been heated up several times and very over priced. do your self a favour and try somewhere else

I called into the cafe as I was in Llandudno as it has a good reputation for breakfast baguettes and snacks. There are a few tables and a couple of people were eating so I decided it was much better spend some additional time and took a seat. Looking at the menu I decided on the full breakfast and I have to say that the breakfast was well cooked, well presented and the service excellent. All washed down with a hot mug of tea. In my opinion well worth a visit.

Lovely little Cafe serving the usual fayre but very quaint. I had the hot beef bap with onions, mushrooms and stilton with a steaming mug of hot tea and it was delicious.

Great little cafe and sandwich shop. We had a lovely breakfast for £5.95 including a really nice coffee. Good quality ingredients, full of flavour and nicely cooked, served by friendly staff. Couldn't fault this place at all. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!!

This corner cafe sits two streets from the seafront, but boy, s it worth a detour. Excellent coffee, a wide choice of sandwiches & snacks, and friendly service all combine to make this a lovely spot for some refreshment.It's well worth seeking out.Oh, and it's dog friendly.

we called in here a few times over the week. We were always greeted and felt quite at home. We didn't eat but the meals we saw were excellent. Would highly recommend it.

Having just booked into our B&B we were walking to town and came across the Upper Crust, as we were both hungry we decided to have their full English breakfast.It was all freshly cooked and served nice and hot, it was all very nice, including black pudding and lovely fresh toasted bread.It set us up for the day.

Nice food but both the owner (who was making sandwiches/salads) and the lady working in the kitchen had their long hair down. Very disgusting and should be tied up above shoulders when handling food.We weren't told the card machine wasn't working until after we'd finished eating and there was no sign of customer toilets.

Not exactly on the beaten track as on road behind the large church on the main shopping road. This road has lots of Charity shops so well worth a visit for the bargain hunters. We were visiting the solicitors. This street has also lots of estate agent. Don't be put off. There is a lovely old pub with clean toilets, next door, and an Italian restaurant on the road.Lovely fresh baked potato with crisp interesting salad and great pot of tea. It was served quickly, as we were pushed for time, and everyone was helpful. Locals came in for lunch and workers for their sandwiches. Regulars, so must be good.Thanks again for a lovely lunch break and service.Yes, tables could do with a sanding and varnish/paint as will always look dirty in their present state. A sand, paint and circle of glass could work miracles or a circle of anything under a heavy glass surface would change the perception...just and idea..

My sister and I came in here for breakfast in the morning thinking it looked nice outside!! Well wasn't we pleasantly surprised. We walked in to see filthy tables with them cheap plastic covers on them so obviously they aren't hard to clean!!' No one was in there but yet there was a dirty porrage bowl on one of the tables plus a cup which clearly the staff wasn't going to move.... So we waited and waited and waited to get served but no one came I then spotted a bell to ring for assistance no one came!.... Aweful customer service and I will not be coming again... Ignore all the reviews below because they are aload of crap!!!!!

I went here during the Llandudno Xmas Fayre. Everywhere was very busy and the staff were rushed off their feet but were still friendly and helpful. I just had a coffee to warm up, but it was lovely and the woman who served me was very nice.

Had our breakfast batch from the Upper Crust every morning of the 4 day Christmas Fayre. Absolutely brilliant after an early start from Wirral each morning. Freshly cooked bacon and fried egg set us up for the day. Lovely staff and really reasonable prices. Looked to be very popular with many of the traders attending the show as well as locals. Highly recommend this cafe.

I suppose the place is quiet, not because its poor (which it's most certainly not) but because its a little known gem really, the food is cooked to order fresh. the staffs are really kind. the choice is overwhelming, they will cater for whatever you want, without fuss and complaint. we now go every time we pop into llandudno

Went for Breakfast with my young son (I had Full English breakfast and hot choc with cream & my son had sausage, egg and beans with a glass of milk and toast). It was excellent, all fresh, great quality (NO excess oils/fats) and good value for money. Looking forward to going back soon.

We visited Upper Crust one Sunday afternoon in May. Close to the station and the centre of town but just outside the main hustle and bustle the cafe is small but with a plentiful offer of hot and cold foods. We had the most delicious pork and apple and beef baps. The 2 ladies that served us, one of them Deborah the owner, were so friendly to us and showed an interest in why we were visiting the area. Even though they were due to close at 4pm they kept serving us and stayed open. Great place, great staff, go!

Greeted with helpful staff and lots of tempting options. So far I've only gone in for a latte to take-out but have been very impressed with service and the produce. Great for stopping in after a trip around the shops.

This is a small delicatessen with a few plastic tables and chairs crammed in to allow people to sit in and eat. We placed our orders for paninis and the server was friendly enough. However we later found that she'd assumed we were taking out when actually we'd never been asked if we wanted to eat in or out. The food didn't take too long to come. It was nice but a little bit soggy. I wouldn't say I'll never go there again but I won't be rushing back.

Staff, very well mannered, cafe very very clean, and service is fast, bacon butty as always made to the highest standard.

the food is all fresh and most of it (apart from the toasted sandwiches, because they have to be toasted in the back) is prepared right in front of you. Reasonable prices that time for the month when money is a bit tight, the staff were friendly and the place was clean. Wide range available even though the cafe itself is quaint, from minted Lamb to meatballs, chicken tikka, prawn with marie sauce etc and also a make your own salad option, soup is also available as well as jacket potatoes.

I come here for lunch occassionally. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and cheerful, which is lovely. There is a really good range of choices available for lunch, and the prices are so generous. The food isn't the most amazing lunch I've ever had, but it's very tasty, affordable, and the people are lovely.

Probably the smallest sandwich bar in the world! But a great range of sandwiches and snacks. Sit inside, outside or takeaway. Staff are really friendly. Daily newspapers are available to peruse. One of Llandudno's hidden gems. Well recommended.

Owner is a lovely person always serves you with a smile, makes you feel welcome and never rushes anyone out. please is relaxing and fresh. Wifi available and you are welcome to sit there for hours. I come here on a regular basis to get one of there delicious homemade smoothies!! And they are amazing and at a small price of just £2.50 for that you can't go wrong!! There sandwiches and baps are also worth it all in all LOVELY!!!!

I had the Ham cheese pineapple panini and strawberry refresher smoothie. They were both good for a quick bite on the way to the train station.The staff were very friendly. There's a lot of variety here to choose from.

I pop to upper crust every week for there wide selection of homemade cakes I love the banana sponge cake they have can't be beaten anywhere apart from the cakes all baps baguettes are made fresh to order so I would highly recommend upper crust for any visiter to Llandudno.
