I popped in today with my little girl. I was met by three very happy, polite and welcoming staff. I was looking for a hot chocolate for my Little one, they made sure it was not over filled so I could add as much cold milk as needed for her to enjoy. I had a cappuccino which was great too. Lovely place and will definitely be back again.

This is a church cafe run by volunteers. It says it is an outreach cafe and an asset to the community - but this is hardly the case when the prices are off putting and more expensive than most cafes run as businesses. A very poor cappuccino cost £3.40 and my baked potato was nearly £8. It is set up in a church hall and the volunteers are pleasant but not exactly efficient (my baked potato was left on an adjacent table until I asked where it was). All the members of our table had their food delivered at different times so some were finished before others had started (we ordered together).

Really lovely cafe, reasonably priced and very friendly service. Ideal for a quick bite or coffee and cake. Cheese scone was lovely with Soup of the Day. Pet store was very well stocked. Dog Wash was only £8 for 10 minutes which was plenty of time for a grubby Springer Spaniel. Planning on visiting again later on again during our holiday.

Felt very intimidated when I walked in to use toilet and then purchase an item. Woman with blonde hair in a ponytail shouted at me and was very rude and making faces at me for using the toilet first after stating I was going to buy an item. Before being so concerned about you toilet use, you should probably have a look at your customer service :)

A consistently well-poured pint of Theakstons, regardless of the member of staff serving it. Wine wasn't too bad either. Good atmosphere with views of the Forth Road Bridge.

Popped in for a coffee to go on a visit to South Queensferry whilst staying in Edinburgh. We really enjoyed our cappuccinos and got some extra local tips from our barista whilst chatting. Lovely friendly spot with plenty of sweet treats on offer too and a seating area if you’re sitting in.

Total rip off. Took 3 boys. 7, 5 and 4, Myself and my partner and the most exciting thing for them to do was decorate a horrible tasting gingerbread man. All for the lovely price of £180 as we had to pay for us adults to follow them around. The place was a muckhole as all they did was cover it in road plainings. We thought the money we paid was for everything but it wasnt even for half of it. It was another £10 to put 3 boys on each thing on the funfair. Even the kids soft play was extra. Total rip off and will never return.

Very friendly and welcoming staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere for dining. However very unimpressed with the size of the portion of peas included with the fish and chips. Their presentation with the dish was quite off putting, for the price of the dish and the style of restaurant would expect much better. We asked a member of staff about this but they only pointed to the peas on the plate, no resolution offered. The fish itself tasted very nice. Unfortunately the pizza appeared and tasted like a frozen one which could be bought at a supermarket.

Enjoy.

Great wee cafe for a coffee or a bite to eat. Fairly basic menu but tasty food. The cakes are amazing. Staff are very friendly. Would recommend.
