Could hear fabulous singing from the street outside on a cold Sunday January afternoon. Was supposed to be heading home but decided to investigate! Made to feel very welcome by small group of locals/regulars and 2 lovely lady bar staff. Had fab wee hour singing along, dancing and just blethering. Loved the tambourines - we have these for our karaoke too! Will definitely be back, hopefully with friends to enjoy more fantastic Falkirk hospitality. PS Would like to add we were only on soft drinks and thank you to gentleman at bar who paid for them.

Was dissapointed couldn't get a breakfast because the kitchen is being worked on.However the girl seving was very apologetic and helpfull. We had rolls and tea but the rolls were baps which are not as tasty as scottish rolls.

When your first experience when walking in here is a guy shouting to another man at the bar “you effing Cnut” and this continues for half an hour as the rest of the patrons join in with the swear fest, the only thing left is to hope the barmaid puts an end to it. But no. This creature joins in and it might be true that the other guy is indeed a Cnut along with the other six halfwits next to him. A total shambles of a place that can’t go on fire quick enough.

Ordered a take away. Effectively paid £14.50 for stone cold fries massively undercooked burger and a can of sprite. Unacceptable

Best bar in, decor is amazing, and all the comfort and service you could ask for,

lovely as usual. such a nice ambience and friendly staff. the food was really yummy and the childrens meals exceptional. they cater for all and highly recommend . tiny glitch in that the ladies toilets were not up to standard and one out of order

Asked for no peppers on steakwich completely ignored which I cannot eat, pancake and Nutella missing and and questionable whether it was one shot or two shot espresso I ordered

Really like the Caffè Nero coffee. This store is great. Clean and comfortable. Staff are great as well. Lovely.

So my baguette 🥖 I asked for cheese and ham with salad on the side, salad came on the roll which didn’t bother me to much but they also forgot my cheese which I thought wasn’t ideal but then what really annoyed me was the baguette was cut from top down completely ruining it terrible baguette will never be back!!!!!!

We were on a canal holiday and this place had been recommended by one of the boatyard staff. The food was as described – good honest food and the quantities and value were really good. The lounge area was like stepping back into the 1970’s and lost this place a star for its lack of ambience. Overall good honest value for money.

Went with family all had different tastes ages from 8 to 85 all enjoyed it staff fantastic very attentive couldn't recommend highly enough

I've been a returning customer since they opened. Will continue to buy. My favourite are galaxy caramel, tablet and vimto
