Bought 2 Groupon vouchers for 6 slices of cheesecake, booked online to collect today. Went to collect them to find they had sold out!! Surely ‘ordered’ in advance means they should be available for you at stated day and time! Voiced my displeasure and discovered the ‘young lady’ behind the counter was very prolific with the ‘F’ word and I was instructed to leave her shop. Absolutely disgusting service! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!

Booked to collect 4 cheesecake pots at 11 am for a child's party. Shop was closed no note on door to say issue. On website states open 12pm sat for over an hour and still no show. Very disappointed . Discovered it had happened to someone last week also.

Absolutely love these cheesecakes. Bought a 12slice variety and a box of mixed variety doughnuts for my sons birthday. Everyone loved them. All varieties were excellent. Can’t fault the service.

Extremely unreliable, runs scam competitions on facebook, they're on facebook adversiting cheesecake eggs that they aren't actually gonna make, they literally ignored our orders without any explanation. Yikes!

Arrived at 11:15 just as they opened up (Google says 11) we discovered this place in 2014 and always pay a visit when we come to the area. Can't recommend it enough, best cheesecake ever. Great staff today compared to previous visits.

Ordered cheesecake to be delivered to my colleagues as a surprise (a large group)- they were delighted! Feedback was that the variety of cheesecakes were all delicious and beautifully presented. Price was excellent. Unable to get through on phone line however was able to communicate via Facebook messenger. Highly recommend!!!

So good to have a shop selling cheesecake this tasty in Grangemouth. Tried the flake, lemon and tablet ones. All lovely. I’ll definitely be back soon.

In Edinburgh and saw on Facebook shop was open so detour on way home was in order. Tablet cheesecake slice is to die for, working our way through baileys slice and will definitely have to return for more. Shall endeavour to try every flavour, that’s our New Years resolution 😀

Ordered a birthday cheesecake for my daughters 18th. They were so helpful via correspondence regarding what flavour as this place does so many !! Opted for kinder bueno and Everyone absolutely loved it ..... best cheesecake ever! I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Cheesecakes are delicious and the staff are friendly. We ordered through a Groupon deal, the choice was very good but the taste was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Well worth the drive just for a slice of cheesecake. Only problem I had was chooding which one to try! I ended up with a slice each of Raspberry, Lemon Meringue and Strawberry. I will definately go back and try some other flavours next time.

Oh my! I was expecting some grand store front in a bustling part of town offering row after row of Cheesecake spectacular! The reality, a quiet little shop behind some houses, not far from a delightful little park. The few staff, very attentive and smiling and the cakes on display, although not as many as I had dreamt, was enough to make you argue with yourself! They were just fantastic. 4 of us all had different ones and all agreed that they were the best we had tasted. Even better than the Cheesecake factory in Dubai. Price, cheaper than a Mars bar and a can of Irn Bru! Well done to that little shop of delight

Popped in here today for some cheesecake after visiting a lovely coffee shop next door where the staff were lovely.The woman from this cheesecake company should take some of there experience in customer care as she was not interested in us being there she never even made eye contact with us never said please or thankyou when serving us never met anyone working in a shop and serving the public so rude wish now we hadn't bought anything and walked out certainly won't be back also not much choice of cheesecakes and accepts cash only.

We initially visited on the Saturday in plenty of time to find it was all sold out, so we decided to come back on the Sunday at 11am, several to choose from and the downside is to have cash only as no card can be used.

I bought mini cheesecakes for our chrismas dinner (sweets) when I went to pick my order up on Christmas Eve they seemed really organised and the cheesecakes went down a treat with everyone

Caledonian Cheesecake has gone downhill since they started many years ago. Back then the staff were friendly, and this felt like a little bit of city-centre luxury out in Grangemouth. Since then they stopped accepting credit cards and the cheerful staff appear to have vanished.

Have enjoyed this place since it opened and the cheesecake is good. However- they seem to open and close whenever they like. I check facebook several times before travelling to find them closed. Not impressed.

Vimos una tienda en Facebook y hicimos un viaje en camino a casa de la estancia en el hotel un domingo por la mañana. Tienda fácil de encontrar. No hay tartas individuales en la pantalla, solo rodajas. Dieron 3 rebanadas. 1 x 1 tabletas, 1 x x de frambuesa y piña. Buena selección disponible. A £2. 50 por porción era un poco caro. Las rebanadas eran de diferentes tamaños. El sabor era bonita, luz y no pesadas como una tarta. De piña en era sosa aunque. Yo lo intentaría de nuevo.

Fuimos a la tienda después de revisar en línea que sería abierto y no un alma en el lugar. Decepcionados al encontrar la tienda cerrada después de que nos registramos y presencia web que apertura veces como de 9 am a 3 pm.

Llegamos a mediodía. Había un par de tortas con sólo una o dos rebanadas a la izquierda, pero aún así había al menos nueve variedades para elegir, además de algunos mini tortas. La tarta era muy sabroso, muy ligero con un delicioso y digestivo. Tenían base Había un par de pasteles en oferta para aquellos que no somos fans de queso! Parece ser un servicio principalmente, pero hay un par de sillas estilo taburete de bar en el mostrador si quieres comer en aunque no parece un buen ambiente para esto. Había tenedores de plástico. No tome los pagos con tarjeta, sólo efectivo. El aparcamiento en la calle está disponible de forma gratuita. Utilizamos la cafetería de al lado, que era un lugar encantador, a tomar un café y tomaron la casa cheesecake con nosotros.

Visitamos hoy en nombre de un miembro de la familia que no viven en la zona, pero había oído cosas buenas y me quería elegir algo para ellos. Si no fuera por esto yo no he pasado ningún dinero en la tienda.

Quality doesn't seem as good as it once was. Bought strawberry and white chocolate slices, both never had much flavour to them and were still frozen in the middle. I'm sure when the shop first started the cheesecakes were full of flavour.

Mmmm I'm sure the cheesecake and the cake I bought are gonna taste amazing but after myself and my colleagues just spent nearly £75 between us I think the customer service could of been a liitle but more friendly, sorry Caledonian cheesecake I'm not sure I will be rushing back.

My wife found this place somehow on the net! Decided to visit last week when travelling from Edinburgh to Perth for a day trip. The shop is located in a housing estate in the town! We first expected to see a fancy looking shop with a seating area etc on a busy road but it was complete opposite! Anyway don't judge a book by its cover! Tried a few slices of different cheesecakes and they were amazing, this place is definitely a hidden gem for the sweet tooth. Must try!

Found this on trip advisor so popped in as we were passing, bought a selection of cheesecakes with the intention of sharing with the family but found it impossible not to eat another slice every time I was in the kitchen.A lovely treat but not recommended for those that are weak willed.There is a small counter if you want to sit in and they do take away as well.

Has the tablet cheesecake.... Easily the best cheesecake I've ever tasted! Very reasonably priced too & easy to find location. Highly recommended!

Been several times and would keep going back. Always loads of different unusual flavours. The cheesecake itself is very tasty and not sickly at all. Would highly recommend

A little shop tucked away in a housing scheme. After reading reviews I expected the cheesecakes to be displayed better. They are in 2 tall glass fronted cabinets that other shops use for storing canned drinks. One cabinet is in the the shop front, the other behind the counter. I got the feeling the sandwich part of the business makes more money and takes over. There are no kinds or prices displayed although they had about 7 different kinds. I had to ask to have the cheesecakes kinds explained which I felt was an effort for the woman and a smile would have been good customer service on her part. However, the cheesecakes were nice, light and creamy but didn't taste much of tablet. I don't think I would drive all that way again just for cheesecake.

If you like cheescake this is the place to visit. The variety will have your eyes popping out and your mouth watering!

Well worth the visit I drove 15 miles to try this place out. The cheesecake is yummy. I tried 3 different flavours and they were all delicious. The staff were really nice and friendly. The place is tucked away in a housing area it's not a big place. I would definitely go back.

Great shop, super staff and the cakes are 2nd to none. Super choice and quality and the service is fab.From the outside it does not look much, but take it from me, if you like cheese cake it is a must visit place.We go to get cake if we are having a family meal, or just for the cakes.

While on holiday in Spain I contacted via facebook message to order a share jar as a surprise for my mum on the day of my return only to be told I had to do this by phone as the person replying to me was also going abroad, I did explain I wasn't able to phone as I was abroad and asked could they call the shop and order for me but to surprise was told no they couldn't do that for me either, now I did say that I would have to give up and forget about buying from then on this occasion and they simply said ok.I then emailed the shop directly and never even got a response there! Maybe they don't need the business? It certainly seemed so as if I was running a business I would jump through hoops to secure an order, sad to say I was a regular but no more.

Oh my goodness! Delicious, scrumptious, amazing and delightful! So many varieties to choose from and lovely friendly staff. Great cake, great service, what more could you ask for :)

Best Scottish Cheescake (and Ice Cream)! Tucked away in Grangemouth but well worth finding! A great selection of flavours and styles but be sure to get there early in the day b4 they sell out!

The best cheesecake you will ever taste, be naughty and go visit you won't regret it well.........maybe if you're on a diet BUT hey ho life's too short go get some cheesecake and enjoy

This is the most delicious cheesecake I have tasted. They have so many flavours, it's hard to choose. It's not cheap, but it is good quality and tasty. Only downside is they periodically run out due to the popularity, so get in quick! Would recommend.
