Fabulous cafe, easy to find. Great coffee, sausage roll and lovely, friendly staff. Wish we had one like this close to where we live. Definitely recommend

An absolute disgrace of a bar. If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend got attacked in there and ended up with a fractured eye socket which needed operating to save his vision in that eye. Office refused to hand over any CCTV footage as they were protecting the assailant. Presumably because he is a regular customer. They refused to cooperate with the police. Would strongly recommend staying away from this bar.

Been a few times with with my partner. Good always spot on, hot and delicious. One of our favourites is the pig in blanket with bubble and squeak mash.

When we called in at short notice I had an omelette and my husband had a breakfast. Both were very good indeed and we'll certainly return very soon.

As Reids of Roberttown and Arthurs in Mirfield are in close proximity to The Pie Shed it would be beneficial for the owner/cook to take some lessons in customer services. After waiting 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive I politely enquired how much longer would it be? Five minutes later the owner/cook arrived with said lunch to be told sarcastically "good food takes time". I thanked her but omitted telling her the table to our left and behind had arrived several minutes after us and were served a good ten to fifteen minutes before us. I also noticed they had ordered the same dishes as ourselves. We all make mistakes and if our order had somehow been pushed to the back a simple apology and the truth would have been more acceptable than a load of claptrap. On a brighter note the girls taking orders etc. were both polite and courteous. The food was ok

I called in at the Mirfield Starbucks store on Monday 5th June. I was met by a really lovely member of staff. Lovely smile, attentive, a pleasure to be served by. Then I had the misfortune of listening to who I can only guess was the manager verbally bullying this member of staff in the back office. Totally unprofessional, totally unfair, and tantamount to bullying!!
