This is a nice coffee shop offering very good coffee and a wide range of changing cakes and brownies. Take- away is available and the service is friendly.

Arrived at 12 on a weekday, room upstairs to seat. Does have a downstairs when busy. Toilet downstairs, can only get to this by stairs. Homemade soups every day, specials also available, salad bowls. Cakes and baked on display. Reasonably priced clean and staff friendly and service efficient.

I can't visit this little gem of a coffee shop enough due to work commitments. The coffee is lovely and the food is amazing! All freshly made and top quality. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming too. As for the review saying it's terrible because they don't allow dogs.....I'm pleased about that! Glad you went elsewhere as I don't particularly want to eat with a smelly dog around thank you very much!

went in here a few days ago and was told it was only tea and cake on offer despite advertising other food, as they were making food for outside catering job. so we had nothing to eat or drink and went elsewhere. they should of done that food in there closed time as they lost a few customers that day.

We have been more than once, and usually visit mid-morning. Good decor in premises which are quiet, very clean, and provide two floors. Staff pay attention to detail, and deliver Americanos from only the best Brazilian plantations. Where do the Mardy Crumb cakes come from? Perhaps no mortal place, but one blessed by angels singing Gloria in Excelsis. Neil and Sandra

We normally come here for a drink, but on Valentines Day, me and mum has a girly day and decided to have something to eat! And I’m so glad we did! Chicken and Red Onion Pesto panini for us both! It was blooming lovely!

I visited the Mardy Crumb recently and am so impressed with the attention the detail. It is such a nicely done cafe with a nice touch to everything. It is newly decorated so all is in such great condition. So far I have had numerous cakes for birthdays and special occasions. I literally go in with an idea and Ruth makes it come to life. The brownies are delicious, the scones are incredible and coffee was so fresh and a real treat. The prices are beyond reasonable! Oh, i'd also recommenced the fruit toast! The one time I had proper food, I asked for my chicken sandwich to come as a salad. Which was accommodated, so thank you for that! If you are in the area or just looking for a nice cafe to visit, I'd definitely take the time to stop by and visit these lovely ladies.

Well couldn't review this cafe as it's not dog friendly so went to the excellent Pavilion Cafe at Hopton Mills which is dog friendly.

We visited for lunch with our grandson after nursery and were given a warm welcome. The menu isn’t vast, mainly sandwiches, panini and wraps. Everything is freshly made and well presented. Even the cakes, biscuits and shortbread that comes with the coffee are home baked. The coffee was excellent and came in generous measures. They also have a children’s menu and involved our grandson in making his choices, a nice touch. The whole place is clean and the decor modern, the toilets are well appointed. There are extra tables downstairs which would be an excellent space for a meeting or community activity. Will definitely go again and highly recommend.

Always a pleasure visiting here. Great range of soups and reasonably priced coffee £2 or pot of tea £1.60 (Dec '18). The staff are friendly and there's a outdoor seating area which in summer is a real sun trap.

Great selection of craft beers, always changing. Highly recommend 'Neck oil' when it's on. Loads of choice for non beer drinkers too. Not tried the food since it's changed, menu looks good though. Really friendly and helpful staff.
