Went today as I had won a fish and chip meal for 3 at a fundraiser. Was lucky to win it as only 3 in my family and was looking forward too it. Went with our tickets got our food and left. Staff absolutely fab. Got home and set it all out. Can honestly say best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time. Will be going again now

Hard working friendly staff. Always welcome everyone who goes in. Brilliant varied menu with reasonable prices. They do a fab breakfast. Even our dog ' Bella ' drags us in there for her sausages in which they bring every time. I would recommend this place to everyone . You will not be disappointed !

Brilliant home cooked food and very good value.

Went with a group for my 50th birthday ! The service was terrible ans absolutely spoilt the whole evening and overshadowed some nice ish food ! The menus were dumped into the middle of the table and the waitress just walked off ! Took ages to take orders. We had to go to the bar and order drinks as no table service ! The list goes on and on regarding no attentiveness at all ! Dont bother if its a special occassion

for this order everything was great, but I ordered previously and then cancelled they took the payment and didnt give a refund so people be aware that you dont always get your money back

Couldn't do enough for us. The owner gave up his day off to accommodate my father's funeral party. Can't sing there praises enough. A fantastic local with a decent selection.

Been a few times with with my partner. Good always spot on, hot and delicious. One of our favourites is the pig in blanket with bubble and squeak mash.
