Great food as always, tastes better than some of the more expensive Italian food places in Mirfield. The driver was early and food was piping hot. I would highly recommend to order from here as you will not be disappointed.

Order was late but still tasty and warm. Restaurant had a good reason for it being late and wouldn’t put me off using them again.

Just Eat recommending a 30-45min wait time for ordering and the food taking 2 hours to arrive is unacceptable. A text was sent saying the food had been delayed and it arrived even beyond that window. I’m unsure who is accountable for this Just Eat or Rustic but had we known it was going to be a two hour wait (which could have been stated on Just Eat) we would have ordered from elsewhere. However, the food when it did arrive as always was fantastic.

Always good pizzas from here. Delivery is usually quick as well. Do yourself a favour and add the Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Fries to whatever you’re getting, you won’t regret it

👎 going on 2 hours for pizza and chips ! Ridiculously late on numerous occasions, unfortunately going elsewhere now , food is class too

Pizza all toppings off and in box on a late order. This place used to be our go to pizza shop but need to move on. Last 2 orders really late. This order pizza toppings all come off one pizza so i had no tea. Called told them and they were good about it and v professinal but they take too many orders on a Friday and last few all been late. But i had to go out and take this back as all the toppings were off and one side of the box. Issue soeted promtly but just disappointed after a long wait.

Amazing pizza, the Garlic cheesy chips were amazing and the delivery driver was an absolutely star, delivered to my door and was a happy fella, nice to see! Definitely will order again

New to the area, do not need to have a list of take away places on here when these have what you need. Quality pizzas, decent meal deals, foods good for the price, deserts are nice too! top delivery driver Lee always brings a smile when he delivers! Wouldn’t order from anywhere else for family nights in!

Just eat said 30-45 mins the delivery time given after ordering was then 1hr, the food didn’t arrive until after 1hr 30 mins from ordering. This is over 45 mins late.

cold food last 2 times we ordered always loved the food before but last 2 times food has been cold pizza under cooked and some toppings missing on the pizza and no ragu for the mozzarella in corozza

Ordered a chicken burger and chips and the salad was all soggy and black and the chicken I’ve never seen anything like it it was two slabs of floppy chicken never seen or tasted chicken like that before and chips were burnt I will never order from there ever again I still feel sick now after taking a bite and spitting it out

Delivery was marked as delivered nearly 10 minutes before it turned up. The dough bites were well made but the cheese had an odd tangy taste which kind of ruined them, the mayo that came with them only made it worse as that had the same problem with the taste. The burger had a good amount of cheese on it but the meat was quite dry and unappealing. The chips were good though.

I really like the pizza but the base always seems a bit under cooked? idk if it's my preference but the base should be solid and not flop about like dough. I've noticed it everytime I've ordered. like it's been rushed out before it's completely cooked

I placed a order it was nearly £40 for 5 of us and biggest mistake of my life. The kids meals was wrong ment to be chicken nuggets got spicy chicken strips meat rogan josh got mixed meat pilau rice got veg rice absolutely shocking.

Pizzas ok and friendly service. But, delivery times are all over the place. 20 mins to 120+ mins and they don’t manage expectations or ring to say it will be late. Don’t expect to eat when you planned!

Always given 5 stars as I love their burgers and this is my go to place. But tried a chicken kebab as the menu said it was on naan. The others were on pitta (not keen on pitta). It came and guess what- in pitta and the chicken hard and dry in places and the whole thing downright awful. It's now in the bin
